I had usually gotten dip on my nails but Kim convinced me to try hybrid/poly ... again, so glad that she did. My nails feel lighter and stronger. My issue was that the dip would have cracks in it and wouldn't look good. So that's why Kim suggested we try this. I have continued to go see her and every single time I go she takes her time and ensures I like everything before going to the next step. The salon is clean, friendly and they use high quality products. I also love that they use filters when filing your nails so that you aren't breathing in all that dust.

Updating from 3 to 4 stars- Since my review yesterday,…read morecommunication with management has been timely and professional. While the manager explained that the nail tech is newer staff, she was also apologetic for the quality of service I received. I feel that she was receptive of my feedback and heard my concerns regarding the nail shape and polish. As I mentioned, this salon seems to have a solid base of regulars. Hopefully newer staff can receive more training so that the quality is consistent and this local small business can continue to serve the neighborhood! --- My friend and I went for pedicures this afternoon. It was busy and we were walk-ins so, understandably, there was a wait. There seemed to be a good amount of regular customers, which was encouraging. My nail tech was nice and seemed to take his time despite how busy it was. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed by the quality of the pedicure. The polish is uneven both in its coverage and texture. Some nails aren't painted fully, even after I pointed them out and he went back to touch them up. Because of multiple coats (he did 2 coats of polish, top coat then more touch up polish then top coat again), the color is uneven and some are bumpy. The paint left around my cuticles is easily visible too. I wouldn't mind as much if these issues were on one, maybe two, toenails but it's on multiple and the pedicure looks messy overall. I was hoping this might be my go-to local nail spot but I'm disappointed by my pedicure experience.

I also chose a polish color that they ended up not having in stock, and the alternative I was given looked nothing like what I expected once applied. Staff began to speak in their language obviously talking about the polish and myself. The technician who did my pedicure was quiet and did an okay job, but there wasn't much communication throughout the service. At one point, I noticed what appeared to be shared use of tools and supplies in a way that made me uncomfortable regarding cleanliness, especially seeing manicure items being used in the pedicure area that's not mine! In my space. So gross! Files, soaking bowl, lotions. By the time I was finished, I was already ready to leave. I did still leave a tip, but I won't be returning. If cleanliness is a priority for you, I would recommend taking a close look around before deciding to stay. USED not by me!

Didn't think it was anything much different than getting my normal trim, just a lot more inches. Came in and was seen by Sally. I wanted one length but ended up with an A frame cut because I didn't want her to cut anymore off. She ended up not charging me because she felt bad and offered to fix it when it grew back in 2 months. While I appreciate the gesture, I think it's safe to say I won't be coming back.

Not much use in having appointments if you don't actually clear space in your schedule for them! Another thing is cleanliness.
