They don't take appointments- everything is first come first serve and they're happy for you to leave your car there overnight if it's waiting for a service. My car was returned to me in the same condition I brought it in - clean and reliable. They did exactly as I asked - put the rear tires in the front and the new tires in the rear and to align it. They also ordered tires for me because they didn't have it in stock. The guy working in the front is super nice and chill. I actually tried to go to costco before this but couldn't get an appointment until 2 weeks out. But Tire Central was available on the same day with comparable prices. Prices are very fair, transparent, and they get the job done. Alignment was $90. Each tire was about $200. And then a few more dollars for the servicing. I will definitely be back here for any tire needs in the future!

Aside from my deep gratitude for free service, these guys also work really hard. The customer-facing representatives were visibly busy with phone calls, mediating between customers and mechanics, tending to other customers who were there to pick up/ drop off/ get a consultation for their cars, all while exhibiting coolness and professionalism. There was a customer there who was being a little irksome, but the guy helping me handled it with such professional calmness, which even made me feel proud of him lol. Great job, guys!

I used to like this place a lot. Would go there for all my tire needs. I have bought brand new…read moretires from them, and always bought the warranty certificate. They have previously replaced my tire when they couldn't fix it due to a nail. However, this has not always been consistent. A few weeks after one of the tires got replaced because of a nail problem, I unfortunately had another nail problem, and they refused to replace it even though I bought the warranty. In addition, during my most recent experience, I had gone to them 3 separate times because the same tire keeps saying the pressure was low. They finally inspected and told me there was a nail, but states they could not legally remove it because of the location in the center of the tread. Which was odd, especially since I also bought certificate of warranty, but they could also not honor it because they said the tread was too low. So I went to another tire shop nearby, (Thank you Fair Oaks Tires!) who were surprised that America Tires could not easily fix it. They promptly removed the nail and patched it for $45. I am now taking my business elsewhere, after a decline in services and lack of honoring the warranty that I had bought.

They accommodated my BMW i3 last minute for an oil change. In less than two hours, they called me back with a comprehensive, digital inspection report of my car--complete with pictures. They flagged some damage to a back tire and recommended swapping out just the rear tires. They were able to order and stock the specific tires that very same day! The entire operation is unbelievably seamless. No matter who I spoke to over the phone, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on top all things relating to my car. They even offered a shuttle service for both drop-off and pick-up while my car was being worked on, making the whole process incredibly convenient. A massive thank you to Steven, Robert, David, and Carlos! I was so thoroughly impressed by the team's swift work, honesty, and professionalism that I brought my partner's car in the next day for a full tune-up; which they did in single day! When I dropped the car off, I specifically asked them to reset the tire pressure gauge after they installed the tires. They tried to upsell me a bit but I just declined, and everything seemed fine. Within 3 minutes of driving home, the tire pressure gauge light went on. I was already taking my car for a tuneup to my trusted Mercedes repair person whom I've been working with for over 15 years, so I just had him reset it. He mentioned that all four tires were set to a different pressure, with one of them set to 63 pounds when the max is 45! In addition to this sloppy job, when I texted Crown City about the pressure gauge, they stopped responding. Then they sent an automated text asking for a review, which then gave me the option to share feedback directly with them so they could contact me. Welp, they never did, so here's the honest review. Careless work and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Since I bought the car used and hadn't changed the tires before, I decided it was a good time to replace all four. I started searching for an affordable shop with good tire pricing. After extensive online research and calling a few shops for quotes, I came across Pasadena Tire Pros. They gave me a quote over the phone for Pirelli tires, and based on my research, there was also a manufacturer rebate available. I asked whether they would honor the rebate, and they said they needed to check and would get back to me. A few days later, I received a call confirming that they would accept the rebate. That made the price very attractive, so I went in right away to get the tires replaced. The entire process took about 1.5 hours, and I spent the time walking around the area. Everything went smoothly, and Henry took great care of us. I would definitely recommend Tire Pros for your tire needs--be sure to ask for Henry. He's very friendly and easy to work with.
