When I went to American Fleet & Auto, I was beyond grateful that Todd took the time to explain what's happening and what my options are after they looked at my car and did a test drive. There was NO "scare tactic" of Todd saying "you need to get this done right now, also it'll be $30k", like the other auto shops I went to. Todd offered me car advice when purchasing a new car. He was so helpful and he genuinely cares about the customers. It's not a fake customer service façade either. Todd seems like he legitimately cares. This company went above and beyond for me. He didn't talk down to me if I didn't know what he was talking about - he broke it down so I'd understand. Anyone, females or males who don't know about cars and don't want to be taken advantage by slim ball auto shops, I would HIGHLY recommend this place.
