They said yes, we work on Lexus. I told them that the rear hatch was not working all the time, very intermittent. After 1 hour and $206 later, I was told "it works fine, we couldn't get it to act up". NO further ideas or exploration. I called the manager after the hatch not opening the NEXT day. No reply ever. Yesterday, I made the trip to Lexus of Milwaukee, the service person told us he knew exactly what it was. The lift supports/motor had to be replaced. I got a beautiful loaner, picked my car up today and everything is working just fine. A little pricey but it's all good. Bottom line: if you don't know about the make of a car, DON'T make the appointment and take peoples' money.

The manager said there's a possibility that the technician might've missed something but why I would I go back if I'm just going to get charge again. The headquarter can't even do a thing since it privately own. Unfortunately, I'm stuck to paying more shit that they messed up.
