Her battery died in the parking lot and a good samaritans jump didn't help. I looked up Pitbull towing to get her towed home. They showed up right away and explained to her that due to covid restrictions they may not be able to help. Randy then helped my wife walk next door to Home Depot, pick out a battery that would work, took out the old, hooked up the new one and started it right up. This allowed her to come to the hospital to see me once before my surgery then get home safely. All that and he refused payment of any kind! Saying that he wanted to pay it forward during these trying times. We are so grateful for Randy and will go out of our way to use them in the future if needed. It's heartwarming to know that there are so many good person out there that just want to help their fellow man! Thank you Randy! P.S. when I get out here, lunch is on me, no arguing!

He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars. Even putting an oil change sticker on and the oil wasn't even changed. We will never ever trust them again. Scam artists

They came to help a second time, no charge, but the battery just wouldn't hold a charge. They had to pull it up on their flatbed wrecker truck to get it back to the shop and me without towing insurance! Long story short, all it needed was a new battery! The two mechanics who helped me were very professional and nice and the owner himself drove me back to my apartment, then returned to pick me up when it was done. I was honest with him in the beginning, letting him know I was strapped for cash and he gave me such a great deal which fit in my budget and a break on the labor and towing. I know that old car won't last forever, but it made my day that they got it running again. Would definitely recommend this business and return to Riteway Automotive (Sheboygan) if I need more car repairs in the future!
