I usually go to the North side Walmart but since they didn't have the Car Battery I needed in…read morestock, I went to the South side Walmart. This is towards the "Auto Care Center". I went to go buy and get a new car battery installed. The woman who was at the Auto Center counter seemed to be in a bad mood. So I quickly gave her the battery I wanted to buy and install, my information and my keys and she told me she'll call me back over through the intercom when they were done. So I walked around Walmart waiting for them to call me over. Luckily I wasn't in any rush to be anywhere because I walked around Walmart for 2 hours just waiting to get called over by the Auto Car Center. I'm not really a car enthusiast but I know putting in a new car battery shouldn't take 2 hours. So after 2 hours of walking around Walmart I decided to go back over to the Auto Center and there was a different person at the counter and I asked him if my car was ready and it was. So I paid the man at the counter and left. I know it was busy since there was only my car and some else's car parked in the Auto Car Center parking lot when I got there and there wasn't any other cars being worked on.

I recently took my 2005 Lincoln Town Car Signature here for a transmission replacement. I was…read morequoted roughly $1,500 from the shop. Not only was the quote exactly what I paid, but the work was amazing. This particular vehicle has been at MANY shows, and even went to the dealership with FRESH paint on the wheels. Not only did the car come back working properly, the wheels didn't have ANY new marks on them. In fact, I had taken photos to compare and make sure. Compared to my local Lincoln Dealership, which had my car for 10 minutes to check my door code, and messed up $200 worth of window tint. Long story short, Brian and his crew actually CARE about their customers, customer's vehicles, and customer's wallets. The price of the transmission was 1/3 of what I was quoted by other shops, and after a few hundred miles and many car shows (and burnouts), the transmission still shifts stronger than ever. Brian himself owns a nice classic car, so he understands what it's like to want your baby to be safe. That reason alone is enough to make him my go-to mechanic when things go awry.
