But they can contact me about the pink slip to my trade in, and when the sales person called me asking if I bought a car from the them the following day I knew I was gonna have issues with this dealership. I was skeptical at first as I've never bought used from a private dealership like this. However,…read moreafter working with Luis my opinion changed. He's a great person and made the car buying process a lot smoother. I would recommend going through him - if possible. It's a one stop shop, everything wrapped up fairly quick. The downside was coming back to get an oil change and inspection; I was there for 3 hours. Outside of Luis and the Spanish gentleman with the man-bun, the professionalism is lack luster at best. The sales manager has quite the obvious ego and it comes out when he speaks to customers. Everyone is bro, babe, sweetie, "ma nigga" etc. He certainly talks down to people (not me, but I witnessed it with a disgruntled customer who had a miscommunication with another employee). Walls separating the customer sitting area from the sales team would do wonders for this place. If the goal is to get a car for a fair price, I'd recommend checking Philly Auto out. But, if you want that factory dealership feel and treatment, look elsewhere.
