The cars were great and the staff were very friendly. However, when I went to purchase the car, there was a $2,000 administrative fee that I've never seen at another car place and was not included in the list price. They said that it was on their website but I couldn't find it anywhere, and had someone point it out to me over the phone. It was in a fine print, bottom of the page after you pick a car, read disclosures sneaky area, and never even stated that it is $2,000 or what this is clearly at all. Just know that if you're buying a car from here, it will be $2,000 more than they're saying (not even including tax or tags). Naryan is nice, but this is sneaky and misleading. Please ask about this when you call or go to buy a car instead of getting your hopes up like I did! read more

Do not trust this company! I purchased a 2018 GMC Yukon from Naryan Auto Group on 1/4/25. At the time of the purchase the dealership stated that all systems passed inspection. Less than 3 months later the transmission began hard shifting. I took the vehicle into a local GMC dealership for the transmission fluid to be exchanged. During that service it was noted that the thermostat had a code, I had the dealership replace the thermostat. Less than a month alter the transmission failed. It is currently into Aamco in Dover, DE for replacement. During their teardown and inspection, it was found that the transmission had significant damage, and the cooling system was packed with metal shards. It was also found that the radiator was not working causing issues with the engine. I have attempted to contact the dealership 3x to discuss the need for them to support the vehicle they sold. The GM and Owner have both refused to get on the phone or call me back. To compound the issue, they sold me an aftermarket warranty that covers all major systems. The warranty company they sell will only ship a degraded replacement to Naryan to replace, even though they sold the warranty as "take the car to any location in the country". I am looking for Naryan to cover the balance of the repairs at $4200. read more

Naryan listed a car for $13,777 on CarGurus.com. On their website I noticed this disclaimer. "All prices reflect $2,000 cash or trade equity. Tax, tags, title, and other fees are not included and will be incurred as extra charges. This offer applies only to current inventory." I queried the chat on this and asked what it meant. She said it's just showing you the discount. I asked what I would pay for a car that's listed for $13,777. Her response was, "If the car is listed for $13,777 and you're planning to buy it with cash but without a trade-in, the sale price would still be $13,777. The $2,000 discount is already included in the listed price." So I scheduled an appointment to drive an hour to see the car in person. On the way the the appointment, I asked the salesman to give me the cost to leave the lot with the car. He quoted me over $17,000 and told me the sale price of the car was $15,777, not $13,777. Just be forewarned that they don't publish this information anywhere on CarGurus and when CarGurus rates the price, they don't include that hidden $2,000! Buyer beware. i don't want to do this because the seller is Good and Professional I bought a car that 2 days later the check engine and EPC came on. I call the dealer (Daisy) give me a service number that they never answer, I left a voice and text message making it difficult for me because I need the car to work, I call the dealer again and they tell me that the mechanic is going to call me which He calls 2 hours later (his name is Elvis) and tells me to bring the car on Wednesday and that he will send me the address by text, the message never came. Monday arrives, I go to the dealer to complain, they call Service and tell me to take the car on Wednesday. they call me Thursday and tell me that it is ready to pick up the car that had 2 bad injectors and that they replaced all 4, a few days later it starts to dump Gasoline through the injectors the car left me at my feet in NJ, the next day a tow truck looks for it and takes it to the Mechanic, returned the car to me after 2 days said it had a pricked seal and the next day it does the same it dumps Gasoline again. And here I am, they let me use another car, a car that made me feel uncomfortable, I told them if they could give me another car for mine, a better car and they told me No. Im just thinking to get a Lawyer or something read more

Went here with my business partner to buy a truck to use for work. My partner had no credit, but they were super helpful with finding him a loan and even auto insurance. It took most of the day, but we eventually drove off the lot with a beautiful 2-yr old Silverado that will be perfect for our work in construction and for his personal use as well. I whole heartedly redact my first review. This company sold me a lemon. The GM George told me out his mouth "take ownership of my car". 3 months of owning my car it broke down. I purchased extended warranty from AGWS that they offered. On June 28, I initially got a quote from Jims Auto, a reputable mechanic that handles the fleet for Comcast. They told me I need sensors and that the warranty company would not cover it. I called Naryan Auto and spoke with the salesman Paul who sold me the car. He told me that was a mistake and I should have brought the car to him. On Aug 1, I had the car towed to the dealerships mechanic. This is where the nightmare begins. It took a week to get a diagnosis from them. During this time I repeatedly called for answers in which I spoke with Paul and George to no avail. George told me " I would love to fix your car as i make money off it too" "we know how to word it so the warranty company covers it" and "we don't do loaner cars because the last time we did a man hit a pregnant woman and killed her baby". After finally getting a diagnosis I was told the timing belt went. Aug 17 I got a text at 2:01 pm saying the car is ready for pickup and they are available for a hour. I read the text at 2:57 pm. I called and text back with no response. I called my warranty company today Aug. 19 and they told me they are still waiting for documents from the mechanic. I still don't have my car or answers and will be sharing this story with local new outlets. read more

Water was getting inside the camera and Naryan wanted me to pay to have it fixed even though the damage was on the car prior to me purchasing it. The car i drove off the lot wasn't my first choice and it was stick. I was assured by the sales rep that the entire car was gone over and in great condition. I went to Wildwood NJ with my 1yr old granddaughter and my daughter and on the way home on Roosevelt Blvd the back tire almost flew of due to the entire wheel hub assembly being bad. I had the car 4 days at this point. They did take it and fix a lot of the issues with the vehicle. NOW at 9 months into the loan and about 3000 miles on the car it already has to have the clutch replaced. Really? It is a 1200 dollar fix that the warranty DOES NOT COVER. I have been driving for a very long time and definitely know how to drive stick and there is no way it wasnt bad when i drove off the lot. I wasn't going to write this review until I got the worst call yesterday. From the loan place and tried to threaten me.....yeah okay....here it goes.... If I were you I would steer clear of this place. I purchased a vehicle that had problems as soon as I drove off the lot. They claimed it was a sensor. After driving the vehicle for days being nervous that it would shut off on me. They told me to take it to their mechanic. The mechanic said the throttle body was dirty and cleaned it. I set there 5 minutes and the car continues to do the same thing. He says they will have to replace it. Couple days passed and I took it back to the mechanic after he received the part that they ordered used.....smh at this point the car is seeping oil from it and shaking uncontrollably in idle.....I called they said they will take it to another mechanic and gave me a loner for the time being. At this point I'm livid, I purchased a vehicle and got the run around for a week back and fourth to the dealer and mechanic. The car couldn't pass inspection and I'm pissed. I goes back Monday morning after contacting the loan place and them telling me They had to replace the car, give me my money back or fix the car. At this point I just wanted another car which I was told I could only get the same one that I had in another color. I felt like I was being forced into a vehicle that I did not want. They appear laid back but they are full of it. The sales guy told me in the end you should just keep the car because you have a warranty.....then proceeds to say you're not gonna find a car anywhere else based on your down payment. Then says now I gotta sell this car again. I demanded my money back....I figured I would take my chances somewhere else it couldn't have been worst.... Happy to say this whole deal was bad, I went somewhere else and got a way nicer car and lower payment and not to mention a great sales guy!! Stay away from this place. I financed a car from Naryan on Monday, 9/2. I returned it on Tuesday, 9/3. After driving the car for maybe an hour that Monday, I noticed there were a couple of things wrong with the car (dim lights which resorted in me driving with my high beams on and a loud screeching noise that made me feel uneasy). Through further research, the headlight issue is a Nissan issue so I won't put that on then dealership. Nonetheless, the car was brought back Tuesday to be looked at because I had a warranty. From Tuesday to Thursday, I only heard about the condition of my car if I called in. No one bothered to give me a call about a vehicle I had literally just purchased. I decided to go in that Thursday to term my contract. Upon arrival, I could immediately tell I wasn't expected. My new headlights weren't put on and I felt that it was still uncertainty about what was making the car screech. One person told me it wasn't brakes and that it was likely rust, another person told me that the noise was gone all together, and then upon arrival Thursday the owner mentioned the brakes. Talk about confusing! At this point I just wanted out of the deal. I'm giving this place two stars because the owner eventually let me out of my contract in good favor after some debate. I can now move on and find a car that works for me. Overall, it was a bad buy. The customer service during the purchasing process was exceptional (that's to be expected). I even got a free tv out of the deal (I gave it back once I termed the contract).However, the customer service once the vehicle was funded definitely changed in a matter of days. No issue is too big or too small. I felt like the owner belittled the issue with the car stating that it's not like it's the engine or the transmission. Point blank, it doesn't matter. Purchased a 2015 Cadillac with transmission issues and brought it to the attention of the owner the day after the purchase. Was lied to over and over while the car was, supposedly, being evaluated. Nothing was done, despite many promises. In addition, I had traded in 2009 Genesis and they refused to pay that loan off until I retained an attorney to intervene and contacted the Attorney General.
