In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

All of my streaming devices and video game consoles now enjoy the blazing fast 1Gbps fiber connection over cat 6e ethernet. The unsightly wireless router is hidden in a removable panel in my bedroom closet, and it's enabled me to do proper cable management behind my living room TV console. I also have a studio / in-law unit part of my house that I rent on Airbnb, and "super fast internet" is consistently mentioned in my reviews. It's all thanks to Javier. Before I got my home wired, that room was so far from the router I almost couldn't even setup the Nest x Yale door lock. The Molekule air purifier couldn't be reached in the app. Even my phone had problems getting the signal back there. With ethernet, I put a second WiFi access point in that room and hooked up the Apple TV via ethernet as well, so not only do they have blazing fast WiFi, they also have seamless 4K UHD streaming. They came and the project was difficult as my walls have no crawl space and they are plaster/lathe so they had to cut the walls. They cleaned up my HDMI/Ethernet wiring without me asking by running them through walls instead of the cord cover I was using. They had extra HDMI cable as mine was too short. After they finished they asked for less than 50 percent of what I expected the project to cost. I would recommend for any installation and just wished I contacted them sooner.
