Renzo is the best, I have had dealerships wanting to charge me 1 to 2 thousand dollars. Renzo has fixed my car for 1/3 of that price.

I had gone to a different dealer and they did a full inspection of my car after aligning and balancing my wheels and an oil change. The ONLY issue they found was that might right wheel bearing needed to be replaced as the back of the car was making a louder sound. I went into Billy's a week later (because they were cheaper) to get the right wheel bearing replaced and after I got the car back, the car was louder than ever. All of the sudden my left wheel bearing supposedly had an issue as well despite another dealer saying it was in great condition. Two days after leaving the shop, my check engine light has been on and despite a few calls to the dealer, no logical explanation has been explained and overall service was awful. I guess you get what you pay for here - strongly recommend going anywhere else, even if more expensive.

My boyfriend and his mother kept pushing me to drop my car off there to have a look at. I was wary as it being a very small shop with practically no review online, but with both of them telling me they have gone here for 15+ years and this shop knows what they are doing, I took their word for it and dropped my car off the first week of September, The worst mistake in this entire world. A week and half later and a $900 bill from the repair shop, Absolutely no cure for the smoke. All was done was a oil change and a treatment was added to the oil for the smoke. We were told the car will forever be like this. OBVIOUSLY, There is something wrong with the car. After some googling online. I opened my hood, pulled out the ignition coil AND DRENCHED WITH MOTOR OIL. The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. So because I'm afraid of my car being further destroyed by this horrific shop. I am now forced to either spend 1,000+ at a certified dealership OR repair it myself, a beginners in mechanic. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. RUN AWAY.

I was…read moreabout to get a new upgraded Jeep the next day, but thought to just check this store out as I pass it on my way home every night and have never considered Subaru as an option. I was surprised to find that the new models felt very sporty, sharp, upgraded technology, comfy, and really really nice... enough so that I got very interested in changing my mind to consider the Subaru over my Jeep! My sales person Kayla was outstanding... her knowledge about the cars, options, process, etc and her great personality and patience with my questions makes her stand out as the best I have ever dealt with in my 8 car purchases at dealers throughout my life. And let me mention she also stayed very late after store closed to help me as I arrived close to closing due to my work schedule, as well as the time she spent when I picked up the car to teach me how to use all the cool gadgets in my new car!!! She took care of me from start to finish!! She deserves the best sales person of the year award!!! I also met the manager, Nelson, which he was absolutely wonderful as well... he has such a welcoming and very friendly/nice personality, his kindness, patience, knowledge, and help with deciding which car was the right fit for me, was so appreciated. He offered me a very fair trade for my car which I really appreciated. I will add he also stayed very late after hours to help me decide which car was the best fit for me, which was soo nice of him. He is truly the best store manager I have ever met !!! Rich, the very nice and helpful financial gentleman that spent time to provide, review, and process the paperwork for dmv, loan, trade, etc was also fabulous. He answered extra questions I thought of and offered me a few other options with the loan and protections which also really helped me as I finalized everything. I really enjoyed my time with him as well... such a great man. Due to all of the reasons I listed above, I decided that night to buy a Subaru, not just from any office, but from that office in Brewster, put the deposit down, and drove off with my new car the next day. My new purchase happened and was based on the outstanding teamwork of these 3 individuals and the experience and service they provided to me. Thank you for all you have done for me, I am so happy I walked in your dealership that night..was the best 'let.me check this place out' I have ever tried... walked out happier then when I walked in. I know their service dept must be as good.. I love my new dark gray hybrid Crosstrek.. it is gorgeous and has the best technology features!! Not to mention the safety ratings are top of the top and is known for being the best in the snow too, need here in CT. All my neighbors and coworkers are making comments that they think it is beautiful and hot.. very sporty!! Every day I can't wait to drive to and from work for my 1 hour commute.... I just love driving in my new Subaru... I am sold.. I love Subaru now!!!... Btw.. I also love the app that I can turn on my car ahead of time from anywhere, to get cool with ac or warm the heated seats while I wrap up at work, etc .. or check to make sure I locked my doors and lock them.. and can turn on horn and lights to scare off potential losers trying to get in the car... while I lay in bed or anywhere! I highly recommend if you dont live close by, take a ride to Brewster Subaru, it is worth it for the experience and to drive off with a gorgeous car/SUV, etc.!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Monro location at 41 Lake Avenue Ext,…read moreDanbury, CT 06811, where the manager is Ron. I originally brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and they informed me that my oil pan needed to be replaced. Because it was a very expensive repair, I was required to leave a deposit of over $740, which was approximately half of the total cost. After I dropped off my vehicle, I received a call telling me that they could NOT perform the repair because the job was too complicated and they did not have the proper tools to complete it. Obviously, I expected my deposit to be refunded since they were the ones who determined they could not perform the work. What happened next makes absolutely no sense. I was told that in order to receive my refund, I first had to pay the REMAINING BALANCE for a repair they weren't even going to perform, and then the entire amount would be refunded to me. I followed their instructions and paid the remaining balance. They refunded that second payment, but my original deposit of over $740 was NEVER refunded. It has now been over a month. I have repeatedly called Monro's corporate office trying to get MY money back. I keep being told they are waiting on a request or trying to figure out how to process the refund because Ron, the manager at this location, apparently does not know how to issue a refund for a deposit. I genuinely cannot understand how a customer can be left waiting more than a month for over $740 because a store manager does not know how to process a refund. If Ron needs assistance processing it, why hasn't the district manager stepped in, gone to the location, and helped resolve this? This isn't a small amount of money. I have bills and financial obligations just like everyone else, and I should not have to spend weeks making phone calls and chasing down money that should have been returned immediately after Monro determined they could not perform the repair. The repair was never completed. Monro told me they could not do the job. I followed every instruction they gave me regarding the refund. Yet more than a month later, I am still waiting for over $740 of my own money. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I have given them more than enough time to correct the issue, and having to repeatedly chase a company for a refund for work they never performed is completely unacceptable.

I scheduled a service appointment with Bruce Bennett Infiniti of Danbury for the end of March, 2026 and provided a detailed description--along with iPhone video footage--of multiple infotainment and camera system issues to two service advisors (and to the Service Director, Sam Asmar). Later that day, Service Advisor (Lexi) contacted me and stated they "could not duplicate the problems" and asked me to pick up my vehicle. When I reviewed the service order, I discovered several of the issues I reported were not documented at all, and the ones that were included were inaccurately described. According to the paperwork, the only action taken was a code scan. When I asked whether they had checked for software updates or technical service bulletins, I was met with a dismissive and rude response from another advisor "I'm pretty sure they checked" and "you can go somewhere else if you'd like." I requested to speak with a supervisor and after a discussion with Service Director, Sam Asmar, he provided his cell phone number, a courtesy car and an apology. While I was leaving, he remarked that he had been brought in because the service department was, in his words, "a fu#king disaster." I was told they opened a case with Infiniti and were waiting to hear back. Eleven (11) days later, again I was told they "could not duplicate" the issues and was asked to pick up my vehicle and return the loaner with a full tank of gas--which I did. When I received my car back, it was in unacceptable condition: - 221 additional miles on the odometer (and 221 miles closer to the end of the 60k mile warranty) - Gas tank empty (was full when I brought it in) - A gouged wheel - A new scraping noise over bumps - Food particles, french fries, beverage condensation marks throughout the front cabin - A Dunkin' Donuts bag left on the floor - Dead insects covering the front of the vehicle and windshield - User profile ("Lisa") added to the system The service department closed as I was leaving so I immediately pulled into a parking lot to photograph and document everything, including the "mileage out", which they had conveniently recorded as unchanged from the "mileage in" on the service order. I sent the photos to Service Director, Sam Asmar, via text message requesting to speak with him. Sam's text message response was "I'm sorry for the late response", "My uncle passed a way yesterday so I'm not thinking right", "I'm so sorry for everything.", "I promise you I owe you a full wash". Sam did not respond to me further. I called the following morning and requested to speak with the General Manager. The receptionist refused to provide his last name at first stating "you don't need his last name", placed me on hold without notice twice, and attempted to redirect me to a sales manager instead. After insisting multiple times, I was finally given his full name - Abe Asar. I left several messages, made additional calls, including to their Wilton dealership location. To date, no one from this dealership has returned my calls. Due to the unacceptable condition in which my vehicle was returned, the lack of accountability and not knowing who or how many people were in possession of my vehicle, where it had been, etc., I filed a police report with the Danbury Police Department and I am pursuing all available legal and administrative remedies. This experience reflects an extreme and serious lack of professionalism, communication, respect and care for customer property. I would strongly caution others to stay far, far away from Bruce Bennett Infiniti of Danbury/Danbury Infiniti.
