Yes Royaltea is the one that has the lightbulb and the bear cups! That was the first question my friend asked me when I suggested we check this place out. This Royaltea is on the upper level in between all the different Foot Locker stores. It's a shop that's really more for pickup as there is only one small bench that's the waiting area. Interestingly even though you can't really dine-in there, there were notices on the windows asking people to scan a QR code for contact tracing. The menu is a little hard to read here. There are digital signs on the walls behind the register that have specials listed but it doesn't have the full menu. That is on a giant board in small font close to where you have to order. You don't have a ton of time to decide! It's also pretty long so read quickly lol. I ordered the Forever Spring Tea with Tapioca & Coconut Jelly with 70% sugar. It actually tasted like water. It did seem suspiciously lighter in colour that in the photo on the menu so maybe they just messed up the order somehow? The coconut jelly was fine and definitely the best part of the drink. The bubbles had a great texture but they had no flavour at all versus some places that do soak them in honey/syrup. The large cup that my drink came in was a hard plastic that seems reusable so that is nice at least.

Small bubbletea shop that also serves pastries and Filipino meals…read more Their standout offering, of course, is the bubbletea. The tea is loose-leaf, so is elevated from the typical bubbletea. But it's the tapioca that really makes the drink shine with how fresh and bouncy they are. For a tea shop, this place also has really good food. Tried the scones and they were super buttery, very flavourful, and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like all great scones. We also got some Filipino meals - the lechon kawali and lumpia super crispy, the bangsilog had a good portion size for the price, and the halo-halo was refreshing. Place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a couple of small tables to sit 4. Service is friendly. Tea offerings are extensive. Worth a drop-by.

Walking in, there's a great amount of cakes, cookies, and drinks. Cookies: The matcha white chocolate cookie was freshly made. Quite soft and delicious. Reasonably sized cookie. Yema cake: It was my first time having the Yema cake so I was looking forward to try it. I got the ube flavour and a soft chiffon cake texture. It wasn't too sweet and was perfect for a nice small dessert. The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's too bad there's limited seating as it would be great to dine-in. I definitely want to come back to try out their drinks!
