This store is at least twice as big as that location. There were plenty of places to sit down and enjoy your tea. I had a couple of fruity sparkling drinks at the CF Markville place. It's the only reason why this place doesn't get five stars. I'm so glad that Jason was with me. While we were waiting for our drinks we sat at this really cute window nook and just took in the peacefulness. The server was very helpful with tea selections and knew which teas paired with what flavours. I got the non caffeinated tea (picture) with honey, no sugar, with grassy, and no ice. My wife had a mango tea with foam. Our drinks were perfect. I love that it was zero fuss. Surprisingly not very busy but we did just have a killer snowstorm. Minor problems aside, the service was good and friendly and our drinks were good.
