It is currently on soft opening so you get 25% off all drinks. My son chose the Chocolate Oreo Slush (large $6.45) which is his favourite. It was definitely worth the extra $0.50 to upgrade to large. I got the Tropical Blast with Sago ($7.95) which I love for the sago and mango. It also has grapefruit  and coconut. The two staff members are very helpful and courteous. During pandemic times, there is plexiglass and staff wear masks. There is no free WiFi but you can use the Basil Box free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.  There are 2 gender-neutral washrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible.  Parking is not easy to find. There is a parking lot at the opposite corner. Since it is at the northeast corner of Yonge and Finch, it is near the subway station. Review 2022-023 You can also find me on Instagram @chuan_chee. Thanks.

Its a cute and quite atmosphere. Decor is modern rustic with an open concept. I wouldnt take a first date here as the entire place can hear your conversations. Customer service is definitely NOT their strong point…read more Today is my bday and I came in, the male cashier is looking down doing something, and I asked if they still honoured a free bday drink. He said "Yes". while looking down and preparing a label/doing something for a takeout order. If a Customer is standing right in front of you, shouldn't you be taking their order, not putting a label on a drink? Anyway, cashier was just preoccupied doing something else and just walks away, saying that he'll be right back. When he finally comes back and scans my App, he says, "Oh, you haven't made a purchase recently...I can't give you a free drink. I can only give you a drink if you buy one now on the App. The bday drink is not for new customers." Wow. Just a waste of time, terrible customer service, and bad impression for someone who'll never be a regular customer of this chain. Terrible.

BBT Cravings Satisfied!…read more After a fun time at Pursuit OCR, we were craving something sweet and relaxing, so we popped by Kraft tea for some bubble tea and snacks nearby. We have tried their custard and Nutella-filled fish-shaped waffles - crispy on the outside and filled with warm, gooey goodness inside. Perfect snack to pair with our drinks! I went for the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte and my cousin chose the Taro Coconut Milk Tea, which were both was creamy and flavorful. They even has spots where you can sit, sip, and play a few board games. If you're looking for a cozy place to chill, this spot is a win!

Situated in a strip mall, you can always find parking. There's also a lot of restaurants around. There was a line up but for a good reason. I had the mango tea with mango chunks. This was actually my first time visiting any Palgong Tea but after a recommendation from a friend, I couldn't keep putting off visiting this store because I was already somewhat in the area :D When I walked in, one of the workers was hard at work taking promo shots for new drinks that were incoming. (he ended up giving us a few of the drinks to take with us to try but shhhhh) A different worker helped us during our visit to the store and she was extremely friendly! I ended up getting my standard drink of -[OOLONG MILK TEA] in large $4.49 with the least amount of ice and sugar possible! I usually always go for this flavor of milk tea because Oolong is one of my favorite flavors of tea to drink. This is usually how I establish a baseline to see whether or not I'll be back to try some more adventurous drinks! If you're wondering, I'll definitely be back and I have my eyes on a couple of drinks already.... -[TIRAMISU MILK TEA] *seasonal* I guess I have to go back REALLY soon or else this drink may evade me forever D: -[STRAWBERRY EARL GREY MILK TEA] This sounds like it could very well be up my alley because I love earl grey and the flavor of strawberry! I honestly don't see how this combination of flavors could go wrong so I guess I'll have to try either this or the tiramisu one on my next visit! Give this place a try because I heard their cheese foam pairs really well with their Oolong Milk tea! (I still have to try this combination to verify it but I trust the friend who told me this haha)

Contrary to the weather outside. The young worker behind the counter greeted me with a smile, in spite of their preoccupation in making drinks. I asked her questions to help me narrow down my choice. I settled on a creamy mango with boba. With less ice and less sweetness. It was refreshing and satisfying, next time I will ask for 80% sugar because going down to 50% was too much of a drop. The place is pretty modern inside with an exposed brick interface, it kind of gave me the impression of being on a street in Taiwan. Outside they have this cute street post sign on the side of their building. All in all, service 10 outta 10, ambiance 10 outta 10 (although when I went the only other customer had left, so knowing how loud it gets, I was not able to decipher and that may impact this rating.) And drink... ah 7 outta 10. This is because it came out to be expensive for the size . Will try again.

We went twice this week-- the first day there was absolutely no wait, but the second time, we had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The drinks are also really yummy! I had the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Latte (of course, because I can't resist anything brown sugar), and also tried their Oreo Smoothie (which tasted just as good with 50% sugar).
