Pretty much the best seafood in town. Bummer they took the crab truffle fries & lobster gnocchi off the menu though. Last time we went (a holiday), my SIL's fish was obviously undercooked & we waited 20 minutes past our reservation time. And a lot of the entrees are $20+ so the bill can add up pretty quickly. SERVICE Some of the best in town usually. Plenty of attention & quick to solve any issues or complaints. Never feel ignored. AMBIANCE Great vibe, simple/minimalistic decor, good bathrooms. I do highly suggest not going on a holiday though, they are extremely popular & tend to be fully reserved ahead of time. When you pay so much money, you really want to have a good experience, & it's just not the best time to go. Lovely place, but when it gets too busy & loud, it loses a lot of its appeal.

Onion Soup Gratinee - $11 - Needed salt and wasn't very flavorful. 2/5 stars. Chorizo and Shrimp - $22 - This was easily the best dish. Cooked well, good flavor, and a decent portion (probably because the price is so high). 4/5 stars. Chicken and Leek Puff Pastry - $26 - The pastry was lacking. It was soggy, weird taste to it, and just not pleasant. The filling was also mediocre. Don't get this. 0/5 stars. L'Entrecote de Paris (Steak Frites) - $45 - The steak was chewy, the fries were over salted. For $45, this was not enough steak, whatsoever. Not like it was a good cut either. It's a rip off. 0/5 stars. Pan Roasted Duck Breast - $36 - My mom and I both ordered this, and we could combine both of our dishes to make ONE duck breast. Portion was horribly small. Never have I ever been given HALF a duck breast. The sauce wasn't good either and it was broken. 2/5 stars cause the rest of it was cooked fine. The birthday dessert was a scoop of ice cream and some stale cinnamon pastry thing. This was wildly bad. If the flavors were on point, the prices would be understandable. But the flavors were bad, the prices are expensive, and we waited a very long time to get our food. We couldn't get into a different restaurant that night (it was a Saturday night on move in weekend), but this one we could get into, and now we know why. Don't go here.

We were seated immediately and our server was very attentive. My wife got a grand sangria, which she absolutely loved, and I got a coke zero. They were very quick with my refills which I find important. We got the queso with brisket for an appetizer and it was very good. For the entrees, my wife got filet mignon and grilled shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. I got the blacked redfish, which also had grilled shrimp, lump crab meat and a sauce. I also ordered the brussel sprouts and loaded baked potato soup. Our server came with our salad and soup, and told me they were out of the potato soup and brought me chicken tortilla soup instead. It was alright, but I was looking forward to the potato soup. Our entrees came out and they looked very good. My wife really enjoyed hers. The food was good - however my medium rare filet came out rare and the ribs were slightly dry. However, the sauce for ribs was a 10/10. I have to shout out the Brussels which were the best I've ever had. Service was pleasant and chocolate cake to finish the meal was a decadent ending to a satisfying experience.

I was the only one in our party who had not been to this place before and, in the end, the only person who wasn't crazy about the food here. As with most hibachi places, the entertainment factor was A+ and the service was good, but the food was mid. Beth, our waitress, was attentive. Our group of 9 all ordered a variety of hibachi. I chose chicken hibachi which came with miso soup, ginger salad, and grilled shrimp with a egg yolk sauce. The others in my party were obsessed with the egg yolk sauce way more than I was. There was just way too much food and honestly, it was all a bit bland. You get lots of food here, that's for sure, especially of rice. I would have liked more vegetables to diversify the meal. As for the starters, the miso was actually one of the best I have had but the ginger dressing was a weird color and the shrimp dish was not my fave. I ate the leftovers of my hibachi for lunch the next day and it heat up well but I noticed that not all the rice was cooked in the end. I ate it all anyway, of course. Apparently, this is the best hibachi place in the area so maybe I am just picky. Try it out - maybe you're fine with lots of food that isn't too flavorful that has way too much butter and oil.
