Only fixed 1…read more I came home that afternoon and it wouldn't open I called she acted like I was lying that it wasn't fixed only one was fixed ..now they are trying to charge another travel fee of $150 and swearing it was fixed since they had a video and photos (which I never saw) apparently it opened once! that night it wouldn't open when calling mgr was rude and didn't try to help fix the problem that they created HORRIBLE co with a great pool cover.. I called another co that works on Aquamatic they will be here nxt week not 2 mos out!!! service is horrid!!!

We have now replaced the cover for the second time. A new cover every 15 years has been well worth the price. It has kept our children and now grandchildren safe and helped keep the pool clean and avoid too much water evaporation. The company was originally installed our cover and gave us the first replacement is no longer in business. It took a while to find Aquamatic. We shopped around and got three estimates. Jeff came out and has part of his estimate took a video which he texted to us explaining the work that would be done. Although they were not the least expensive, the description of their services and product sounded like the best for us. We upgraded from a manual cover which had to be crying to open to an automatic with a key. Installation took two days. Unfortunately when they came the first day they did not have all of the equipment necessary to install the cover. The cover looks wonderful. The system is run by hydraulics. It takes up far less room than the last cover. So far opening and closing it is simple. It was getting harder and harder to open the old cover manually because of both its and my age. Before they left they explain to us how to open and close the cover as well as what to do to maintain it. Hopefully this one will last for at least 15 years and the mechanism will last longer.

He also recommended essential repairs and updates that needed to be addressed to ensure the final result was not only stunning but built to last. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, we now have an amazing new pool that exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated that Coral Pool and Spa is a family-owned company and that they do not subcontract their work. Instead, they have a specialized, in-house team for every aspect of the job. Every employee we interacted with was professional, skilled, and respectful. We also enjoyed working with Louie's dad, the owner, who was always available to answer our questions and make us feel confident in the process. My husband said the father seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest when he came to quote. We paid the $1000 deposit and the start date was scheduled. Day one seemed to go well. However, from day two until the completion of the pool, their communication sucked. There were multiple days that they just didn't show up with no notification. We didn't hear anything until we reached out to them wondering why the no show. They claimed they had emergency jobs that pulled them away. We can understand that, but we would have liked a courtesy call. We had a scheduled date to get our house painted thinking that the pool work would be done, but due to all the missed days, it wasn't. So we pushed back the house painting a week. Come to find out, Coral Pool said we SHOULD get the house painted first. If we had better communication from them, we would have known not to push the painting back a week. Most communication was through text, which is fine, but this was not the experience we expected since they were so easy to work with in the beginning. Ultimately, the pool looks beautiful and everything seems to be running fine. I am pleased with the final out come. I am not sure if I would recommend.

She has a family pass and she and her children use many of the facilities and programs of this new and well-used community asset. She was allowed to sign in and show me around as a guest. I was impressed by the wide range of activities, classes, and senior services going on during my visit. Lots of parking and the building is easy to navigate and barrier-free for the mobility impaired. As soon as I get settled in I plan on becoming a member.

Then, an alert ..congratulations all good go pick up cards! Went there, they checked , nothing! Again asked to speak to a manager and Lord! As if I'm asking for Google CEO! Insane, frustrated! But so quick at processing my payment!!! The anxiety! Called once again! Night manager, I can't do much, call back tomorrow! NOPE! Thank you! Asked for refund! Sad sad! HORRIBLE! Zero starts for me!
