I was happy to discover that salesman Steve there in Gilroy is incredibly knowledgable, helpful and low pressure (I for one cannot tolerate that sort of stress) and there was a wideselection of hot tub models. We discussed our needs with him and after some comparison shopping finally decided upon on a Caldera Seychelles (really glad we didn't impulsively go with Costco for this decision!!!) Steve was even able to recommend an electrician who often hooks up this brand and has an ongoing relationship with HTW. My wife had some real concerns about access to our yard but they were dispelled once we did a facetime video call down our pathway and clarified the dimensions needed. When it came time for delivery it was fascinating how professional and careful the crew was, like a brutish ballet! Now basking in the glorious 102-degree temperature of our tub, as our tensions melt away we now think that this might have been one of the better decisions of our life!

We got a 2026 model Hotspring Jetsetter LX. Best hot tub I have ever been in, super quiet, powerful jets. We use it a few times a week. I was a bit concerned about the power needs of keeping it hot but the insulation is amazing and the heater only comes on for a few minutes every 4 or 5 hours (see the graph from my Tesla power management app). The top is very light but keeps in heat and also the water. Only had to add a bit of water after 3 months! Recommend this equipment and this vendor. I can't comment yet on their warranty service as the product has been flawless.

You can rent a standard life jacket at the front, they just hold onto your ID if you don't return the jacket it's a 25$ charge. Cabanas get cheaper the longer you're there I believe we waiting until 2pm and got the last cabana rental for 30$ There's tons of lifeguards doing an excellent job watching There's 4 areas at the center, one that's about 3 ft deep and has lots of fun water spouts and toys/ mini slides next to the bigger water slides One that's is more of a splash pad Two pools, one smaller one larger The water did get a little murky after 3/4 hours we were there I saw a bandaid and some hair got stuck on me but that's to be expected since the pool was pretty full for a Monday! Looks like they have a cute mini golf course there too!

We installed our first walk on cover for our pool 30 years ago when we moved into our house. At…read morethat time our children were three years old, 18 months old and a newborn. We have now replaced the cover for the second time. A new cover every 15 years has been well worth the price. It has kept our children and now grandchildren safe and helped keep the pool clean and avoid too much water evaporation. The company was originally installed our cover and gave us the first replacement is no longer in business. It took a while to find Aquamatic. We shopped around and got three estimates. Jeff came out and has part of his estimate took a video which he texted to us explaining the work that would be done. Although they were not the least expensive, the description of their services and product sounded like the best for us. We upgraded from a manual cover which had to be crying to open to an automatic with a key. Installation took two days. Unfortunately when they came the first day they did not have all of the equipment necessary to install the cover. The cover looks wonderful. The system is run by hydraulics. It takes up far less room than the last cover. So far opening and closing it is simple. It was getting harder and harder to open the old cover manually because of both its and my age. Before they left they explain to us how to open and close the cover as well as what to do to maintain it. Hopefully this one will last for at least 15 years and the mechanism will last longer.

However, from day two until the completion of the pool, their communication sucked. There were multiple days that they just didn't show up with no notification. We didn't hear anything until we reached out to them wondering why the no show. They claimed they had emergency jobs that pulled them away. We can understand that, but we would have liked a courtesy call. We had a scheduled date to get our house painted thinking that the pool work would be done, but due to all the missed days, it wasn't. So we pushed back the house painting a week. Come to find out, Coral Pool said we SHOULD get the house painted first. If we had better communication from them, we would have known not to push the painting back a week. Most communication was through text, which is fine, but this was not the experience we expected since they were so easy to work with in the beginning. Ultimately, the pool looks beautiful and everything seems to be running fine. I am pleased with the final out come. I am not sure if I would recommend.
