From the start of the process to the finish we couldn't be happier with the Royal Pools team and process. We want to especially thank Manny, Auria, and Mitch for all of their hard work and support. Mitch was the initial contact we had with Royal Pools. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as we considered our options and designed our new pool. Once we got started with the actual pool construction, Manny and Auria took over as our day-to-day points of contact and they both were excellent. Because of Manny and Auria the pool was completed ahead of schedule and it is exactly what we were hopeful for. Thank you, Royal Pools!!! We are grateful!!!

However, we soon discovered a frightening leak that raised concerns about potentially significant expenses. I can confidently say that every time I contact Manzera Pools, I expect nothing less than exceptional service, integrity, and a commitment to my best interests. I highly recommend Manzera Pools to anyone seeking a reliable pool service that delivers quality work and, most importantly, transparency throughout the process. Thank you again Armando and team.

Fortunately, we found Luis and his team, and it has been one of the best decisions we've made. They've been maintaining our pool for the past six years, and their service has been consistently outstanding. Recently, we discovered cracks in our pool that were causing a leak. Naturally, we were concerned about the repairs and the cost. Luis took the time to inspect everything, explain exactly what needed to be done, and provide a clear, detailed breakdown of every expense. He answered all of our questions and reassured us the repairs would be completed within two weeks. True to his word, everything was finished on time, and the results exceeded our expectations. Our pool looks absolutely beautiful and was ready just in time for summer. What sets Luis and his team apart is their honesty, reliability, and communication. They always take the time to explain things, are transparent about pricing, and genuinely care about doing quality work. We highly recommend No Problem Pools to anyone looking for a pool company they can trust. After six years of working with them, we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

He…read moreis the owner of No Problem Pools and if you wanted a picture of SHADY OVERPROMISE &UNDELIEVER, you would see a picture of Luis. When this guy talks, its always so positive like "no problem I got it" but when it actually comes to meeting deadlines, this guy is a 0/10. The people he subcontracts to while he sits on his fat ass collecting a check, do horrible work. I bet they're underpaid too. He does nothing but collect money. Drives around in a Shelby Ford truck that he paid for scamming and overcharging people for and underpaying his workers that he subcontracts to. But then again, maybe they're not really underpaid because the work they do is absolute garbage. I paid him $33,000 to remove a pool, and he missed just about every deadline; finished about 2 weeks AFTER when he told me it was gonna be done. Did not re-tile any of the surrounding areas and left it a mess. Said he would do me a "favor" help me sell my pool equipment (filter, control panel, heater, etc). Didn't do any of that. In the process broke a light that I could have resold for around $500 from god knows what. This guy is the poster child for shady sales. Overpromise. Underdeliver. Make shit up, and repeat. I will be posting this to ALL of his applicable review sites. Yelp. Google. BBB. If after reading about my review (and be sure to read all the 1 star reviews he's gotten before mine from Google Reviews) if you are still considering hiring this bum, then god help you. When I'm done with this sucker, no one is gonna entrust him to setup a kiddie inflatable pool let alone install/service an actual one.

Their pricing is fair, and one of the reasons I chose them is that they're one of the largest and most established pool companies in the area. Other than that, I've been very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise. I would definitely recommend them for pool equipment repairs and maintenance.
