We just moved here to Peoria from Texas and we have a Giant Schnauzer who requires a very good groomer and Samantha was amazing! To be honest I am the one who use to groom Paché, so I tend to be pretty particular/picky and yes, detail oriented! Samantha did all the things I requested and the best part is that she loved our big boy and he was very happy with her!! I already made our next appointment! You can see for yourself what excellent work Samantha does! And Shannon! Wow! She was attentive and got back to me and was very kind and loving! Absolutely a wonderful experience through and through!!

Jan came out, met Alister, and took him to be groomed! He had a couple mattes since it had been so long and some gunk in his beard. Long nails. Etc. She brought him back inside about an hour later and he looks great! He was super happy. She gave him treats (with permission). He was excited and happy with her. No bad vibes! We'll definitely be using JJs Mobile Grooming again. In fact, we prebooked for his next shave. I would recommend booking ahead, because she's very busy. But it's worth it! If you're looking for cost info - Alister is a small dog, about 15 lbs (really 20 because he's overweight). I'd say about the size of a pug. His groom was $60 which included nails, glands, bath, and haircut. Obviously, there's probably differences in sizes and dog condition in cost. And probably distance, I would think. We're super happy with Jan and JJs Mobile Grooming and so is Alister!

The owner Debbie is very irresponsible and the groomer lied about the situation. Just be aware. If you've had a great experience, I'm glad, but we did not.
