I would give JJ 10 stars if I could. She is so good with my dogs and did a fantastic job grooming them. One of my dogs is very scared and she allowed me in her mobile unit while she was clipping her nails so she felt comfortable. She gives them treats when they are done being groomed and provides you with an appointment for next time before she leaves. She is personable and kind. It was a great experience! read more

JJ's Mobile Grooming - JJ is amazing! - Pet Groomers Near Me

We called Jan after we saw her grooming our neighbors dog a few times. I used to be a dog groomer (I sucked) and I was grooming Alister at home in the backyard; it gets to be hard when it's your own dog and no table. Jan came out, met Alister, and took him to be groomed! He had a couple mattes since it had been so long and some gunk in his beard. Long nails. Etc. She brought him back inside about an hour later and he looks great! He was super happy. She gave him treats (with permission). He was excited and happy with her. No bad vibes! We'll definitely be using JJs Mobile Grooming again. In fact, we prebooked for his next shave. I would recommend booking ahead, because she's very busy. But it's worth it! If you're looking for cost info - Alister is a small dog, about 15 lbs (really 20 because he's overweight). I'd say about the size of a pug. His groom was $60 which included nails, glands, bath, and haircut. Obviously, there's probably differences in sizes and dog condition in cost. And probably distance, I would think. We're super happy with Jan and JJs Mobile Grooming and so is Alister! read more

Our doggies give their paws of approval! My Bichon's love Jan, Owner at JJ's Mobile Grooming. That's why we have been happy to be using JJ's for 2-1/2 years and are completely satisfied with her work. As requested, Jan does a puppy cut on the dogs, clips their nails and brushes their teeth. They come back smelling and looking great, and best of all they are happy dogs when they're all done (and it helps when she spoils them with doggie chocolate chip cookies ). Our dogs have never been returned to us with a nick or cut, and they're groomed perfectly every time. Jan genuinely loves her business and the dogs, and it shows in her work....I won't let anyone else groom our doggies! read more

We have used JJ's Mobile Grooming 3 times now and they are great. You can tell they really love animals. They are patient and gentle with my dog. They make him look great. It is so nice having them come out to your house instead of having to bring the dog to them. They even have air conditioning and give treats when they are finished. I highly recommend them! read more

I have used Jan for at least 3 years. My dogs have always been very happy after their grooming session. I have 4 dogs and one is a fear dog. She has been wonderful. We schedule every 8 weeks. She is awesome . Thank you from Dale & Joe read more

Jan arrived took Jake right in and turned my 3 year old Aussie into a Prince! I am amazed how beautiful he looked and relaxed after his grooming session. Last time he was at the groomers he came home, cowering and clingy. After his visit with Jan he was frisky and ready to play. He was clean, fluffy and well trimmed. His nails and feet were trimmed to perfection. I will definitely recommend her to all my doggy parent friends and use her services again. Jan is very busy but called me back within 24 hours and worked with my schedule. Very positive experience and best of all my dog was happy. read more

Jan is fantastic. I have used her for years. I Highly recommend JJ's Grooming. She does a great job.

My dog is terrified of the groomers, she doesn't get along well with other dogs and becomes very anxious. Having JJ's come out to our home made it very easy. Although they were a little tardy for the appointment, they did a very good job. I will be using them again. read more

My Dogs give JJ's Mobile Pet Grooming "ALL" paws up approval! They are treated like a King and Queen having a pampered Spa day! I have a female Shih Tzu, and a (morkie) which is a Male Maltese terrier mix. They are so happy and so beautiful when she is finished with them both. She even gives them each a treat after there done. She takes her time with both of them, working only on one at a time, they look beautiful when she is finished. when she brings them each back in the house they are so happy and wanting to play, they love her! she is very careful with each of them. she is quick to respond to my phone calls and accommodate our needs, even working on her day off if need be. I can't stress enough how happy we are and would recommend her to anyone! read more

I just gave JJ's a call to see if she was in fact a mobile grooming service and if she would groom my dog. She was not friendly on the phone and told me she did not groom this south (which is North Central Phoenix) yet her business is in Phoenix. I would have paid extra $$$. I will be calling another mobile groomer! read more

She responded fairly quickly to an email with the following response. One week passed and never heard from her again. Went somewhere else. Ddh Thank you for inquiring about my grooming services. I will give you a call as I have found it is much easier to provide a quote over the phone, after a few questions. Talk soon Jan read more

Never had a mobile groomer before but our Gabe had had an all out panic attack when Ieft him off at our usual groomer a few days prior. I have never seen him act like this, ever. Or any other dog for that matter. Gabe has never liked going to the groomer but endured it. Anyway, hoping for a calmer atmosphere I randomly called JJ. She listened and could come on Saturday. She was quiet and gentle with him from the get go and though he trembled for a while and whimpered a bit he stayed the course and was successfully groomed! Yes it costs more but we certainly got a good and kind and professional groom. JJ literally had Gabe eating out off her hand by the end of the grooming! read more

Jan has been grooming my dogs for about a year. I have breeds which require frequent grooming...Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso, Maltese. Leaving them all day at a groomer doesn't work well for me and is too stressful for the dogs. I love that Jan comes right to the house and can do all 3 dogs in about 2 hours. Jan is very good with the dogs and takes time with each one to get them comfortable and relaxed to ensure they have a good grooming experience. The dogs love their spa day! Jan is always on time or calls to let me know if there is going to be a delay or if she needs to reschedule. She accommodates my schedule by scheduling in advance. If you are looking for a mobile groomer who is dependable, reliable, and good with dogs AND knows her trade then look no further than JJ's Mobile Grooming. I highly recommend Jan! read more

I was very pleased with Jan. Jan is a very pleasant person and I really trust her with my dog. She did a really great job on my girl and I have no major complaints. Unfortunately, she stopped servicing my area and couldn't be my groomer any longer. Very sad about that, but I completely understand. read more

My appointment was at noon and as the clock was chiming twelve, the doorbell rang and Jan was standing there ready to groom Gurdy as promised. She put my normally very nervous little dog at ease, and did a great job. The cut was just what I asked for. I didn't hesitate to rebook. Very happy with the good, caring, on time service and the very clean, organized mobile unit. THANKS JAN!!! read more

I met Jan yesterday while I was at the auto repair shop. She seemed like the sweetest lady and I would definitely recommend her. Hope to see you again read more

I will NEVER use JJs again!!!!! After being over an hour late with no call or text I called Jan. No answer. It took over 5 times and 2 VMs to get ahold of her! She proceeded to tell me that she doesnt have time to call people when she is running late or else she wouldn't get anything done. I had a personal obligation at 5pm (which I told her when I booked my appt). My appt was a 3pm, at 4:15pm when she FINALLY got back to me (I had been waiting since 2:30pm) she basically told me to kick rocks because she was behind. She was rude, unprofessional, nasty, and unreasonable. SHE was late and didnt even have the decency to take 1 minute and call (some owner)! Unfortunately for her, 3 of my family members and 2 neighbors (13 dogs total) will never be using her again after today! She lost major business with me. Untrustworthy, unreliable, and down right rude. Call 602-678-Dogs - at least you can actually get an appointment with them! read more

Jan was so sweet with my little Yorkies today. Tiny Dash had a terrible cut up north in March, which Jan was able to even out. Now the terrible hack job on her thinnish silky hair has been remedied. Not only that, Dash was HAPPY instead of clinging, cowering, and shaking like after the last place. Our Ted E. Bear with tons of thick cottony hair, who we sometimes jokingly call Bed Head Ted, was cleaned up and looks incredibly handsome. At ten months, it was his first experience with a professional groomer, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Jan listened and did exactly what I asked with both of them in about an hour each. I'll call her again for sure. read more
