The grooming loop severely damage their tracheas. Now they sound like they have kennel cough..which is not, according to the vet. If i knew about Tanya earlier the dogs would not had suffer with the grooming loop at Petsmart,Petco or The Stock Shop.. Go that extra distance in travel and the time and she is very reasonable. But, note of warning..she is book up, so plan a month in advance.

I feel they treat my family like theirs. Old school so no debit or credit cards accepted. Cash and checks only. Helps them save us money in the long run. Call and leave a message if need be. Someone will return your call. Facility is clean and odor free. Open and airy too. Let them know of any known issues your family member has and they will accommodate them as best as they can.

When I contacted the salon, I was told they reviewed their footage and spoke with the groomer and found no evidence that my dog was injured there. I was also told that a veterinarian friend looked at photos and believed the cuts appeared to be old. That explanation doesn't add up. The injuries were discovered the very next day, so they weren't old. If my dog had arrived with visible cuts, I would expect the groomer to have documented them and informed me before or during the appointment. That never happened. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. Rather than showing concern or offering any resolution, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I was told they had no explanation for how it happened, but there was no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. I understand that accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend this groomer.

In fact when the groomer took my payment and said I'll bring you the change, she didn't give me all my change. She actually helped herself to a tip. She never asked me if I wanted to give her a tip. And if I did want to give her one, let me decide how much I want to give you. Also, when she gave me my dog back, she told me my dog was decrepit. Wow. Now you have to call my dog a name because he is old? why be disrespectful and rude to him? I've had him since he was a puppy. He's been a wonderful dog. Calling him a name shows me a lot about her character and what kind of heart she has. The whole experience today was really disappointing, which tells me it's probably just time for me to find a groomer. I wish I had the former owners back. They were kind people.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken by my experience here…read more When I went to pick up my German Shepherd after her grooming appointment, I had no idea anything was wrong. I put her in my car and shortly afterward discovered a puddle of blood in my backseat. Her nail had apparently been cut incorrectly and was bleeding significantly. What makes this even more upsetting is that no one told me about the injury when I picked her up. I was allowed to leave without being informed that my dog had been hurt. When I called, the only solution offered was for me to drive approximately 30 minutes back to the grooming facility so they could put a liquid on her nail. There was no real acknowledgment of the seriousness of what had happened, no offer to reimburse me, and no attempt to make the situation right. I had already paid for the grooming service, and despite what happened, I still left a tip. This is especially traumatic for me because I have previously had to put a dog down after an infection, so seeing my dog bleeding because of an injury that I wasn't even informed about brought back a very painful experience. When you leave your pet in someone else's care, you are trusting them with a member of your family. At the absolute minimum, I expect to be told immediately if my dog is injured while in their care. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a business handles those mistakes. In this situation, I feel the communication, accountability, and customer care were seriously lacking. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews how injuries are handled and communicated to pet owners. Pet owners deserve to know immediately when their animal has been hurt--not discover it themselves in a car covered in blood.
