Buffet stations.
Bob M.

My usual Chinese buffet place was closed so thought I'd give this restaurant a try. Parking lot was loaded including a senior bus so I had high hopes. Stood for a few minutes while the hostess and server had a conversation and ignored I was there. Finally after 5 minutes I was seated and my drink order was taken. They have multiple stations, 2 just for desserts and they have an ice cream station as well. Headed to find the hot and sour soup. It looked good, that's about all I can say about it it wasn't hot or sour, just pretty bland overall. The chips I put in wouldn't even absorb the liquid and they were pretty tough. Next on to the appetizers. Teriyaki chicken on a skewer was very large and had good flavor. Egg roll, again, was very large had pork in it but not much flavor. Crab Rangoon was medium sized but was mostly fried wonton than filling. Spring roll was small as expected, flavorless as was the pot sticker. On to the entrees. Have to say there wasn't anything I can really comment on. The only thing that comes o mind is the honey chicken, nice flavor and crispness. The food was piled high on all the stations. The whole time I was there I didn't see one dish replenished which means things were staying on the steam tables for a while. Having said that I only found one or two things that were on the dry side. They did have great hot mustard, brought tears to my eyes which is what I like. There is a very large sushi station. Was a little odd to see a dog in the restaurant. Small one, nothing to identify it as a support dog however. And people not minding theirs kids as the kids put their hands into a number of desserts, so didn't have dessert. Given my experience I really can't say that I would go back again. Price was in line with my usual place, $15.29 for the buffet with a soft drink. Atmosphere is okay, noisy for the size of the restaurant which is to be expected.

Regular American Chinese buffet. Nothing special. I came here when I was extremely hungry or the time I just want to eat, not flavor.

We have enjoyed this buffet almost every Friday for years, and now that they have added Hibachi, it may have to be more often.

I ordered roast pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs. Simple and delicious. I also got the edamame which came plain or possibly lightly salted - either way I put my roasted garlic blend on them at home. They seemed fresh and popped at the right time if you know what I mean. The rice wasn't full of the usual stuff you see in a lot of like foods around here. That stuck out to me. The boneless spare ribs weren't dripping in sauce which was nice. They also were also not dried out the next day for leftovers. I'd say this place is def worthy of the high reviews they've received lately! Seems unassuming from the outside- a bit smoky inside but not the burning smoky- a stir fry smoky!

Designed to be wolfed down over a bed of soft rice. The kind of place I THOUGHT I'd have no trouble finding in New York City, but which my husband and I actually make a special point of ordering from every time I come home to where I grew up. Vegetarian? Get the Szechuan bean curd. It's pillowy fried tofu in a spicy sauce, accompanied by all kinds of steamed vegetables. Their General Tso's tofu is generally the same thing, but no vegetables. I wish they had scallion pancakes, because I know they would kill those too. The veggie fried rice is great. My mom swears by the hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef. Come to their unassuming storefront with $35, leave with two entrees, two apps, and that sweet feeling that you got exactly what you wanted.

Would definitely order again General Tsos: 1/10- chewy, gummy, slimy. Eggroll: 10/10- kind of hard to mess up. Portions: 10/10- thelis order could easily feed 4 Service: 0/10- I couldn't make requests on DoorDash, so I called in and asked for no vegetables in the rice and the lo mein. They confirmed the request and still added them to the order. Annoying there was A LOT of vegetables. They seemed a bit taken aback that I called about the food I'm paying for. I will not order from them again

Its offerings encompassed sushi and Thai dishes in addition to Chinese-American but they were executed well and tasted good. No cloying MSG or overly flavored with soy sauce. I had a Thai ginger chicken dish (pad khing) which was flavorful and ginger-forward (which I liked) garnished with whole sprigs of fresh cilantro. My daughter had a chirashi and she said the fish (tuna, sea bass, yellowtail, and salmon) was good and fresh. My wife had a Thai sweet basil vegetable dish (pad ba gai pow) which was nicely spicy and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive. A good place for a meal.

Food is always awesome, service is always good, chefs are always awesome. The problem I have is they charge an 18% tip charge to your check automatically. They do not come out and tell you this, they just rubber stamp it on the bottom of your receipt. This is almost unreadable unless you know it is there. The lighting is very low so it is close to impossible to notice. We paid an additional 18% not realizing they had already done this. We paid close to an $80 tip!!!! We love this place, but this is like some sort of robbery adding a charge without telling us in person. If you're not doing something underhanded then be honest and up front with your customers. Don't put a faded rubber stamp on the bottom of a receipt in a dimly lit restaurant. Check your receipt people! This is a scam that needs to stop! We are extremely disappointed. Please realize we have absolutely NO complaints with the food or service, we just don't like when an establishment takes total advantage of its customers financially. We pay a pretty hefty price for the food and service at these places! The tip is our choice, NOT YOURS!
