You know, pet necessities. They also have pets. Puppies, rabbits, ferrets (ewww), birds and fish. I do not own a pet. So why do I even come here? Four words. Puppies in a bowl. Well, not really a bowl. It's a big open bin and it's always filled with adorable puppies. My kids always ask if we can go see the puppies in the bowl, so that's what I call it too now. That's just too stinking cute not to say. The employees don't mind if you come in and pet and play with the puppies. In fact, they encourage it as long as some kid isn't picking the puppies up by their tail. It's fun for the kids and the puppies. Absolutely worth the drive out. Lots of great fresh and saltwater selection. I got a beautiful sea urchin and two awesome little decorator crabs for my saltwater fish tanks, who are all in good, healthy condition. Lots of other really cool sea creatures I am excited to go back and get and look at! Not to mention everything is very reasonably priced. Teddy greeted us right away when we walked in and was very polite, kind, and enthusiastic! Altogether a great experience, and looking forward to returning.

Lots and lots of stuff to see here, you might even get a chance to pet a ferret! I'm always surprised on each visit; it's like I'm finding a new little nook or cranny that holds something cool for Frecklesberg McWolfington to destroy with them big dog teeth in his little dog mouth. Check out their shopper program, too, there are giveaways and sponsored items at a discount, things like that. I mean, really, what are ya waiting for? No pet? That's silly, there are hundreds just waiting to find you at the local humane society (NHS) so you can bring them to Adventure Pets! P.S. Don't forget to check out the in-store koi pond!
