Your dog needs to get used to you and not a trainer and just like every dog is different ,so is every trainer and that's why it's best for you to learn how to train your animal and it's not hard. It is based on trust between you and the animal, patience, and the ability to repeat and repeat the commands and practice until it actually becomes second nature to the dogs, don't tell me that when we all had children it came with a manual because it didn't, and we all learned how to be parents to our children if you have any, and grandparents, teachers and babysitters cannot raise your children or teach them the way that parents can, so the same thing with a dog and a trainer. I'm not a believer of the trainers and it's all about the money, find time to do it yourself. He's a big boy who had very little manners and was unable to be walked on a leash without dragging the person walking him. He would growl at me or my family members over food and would guard his bowl or his treats. We were at the point of either rehoming him due to us having smaller children or having him trained. I am so very happy that I brought Gunner to Ace's Dog Academy! He has been there for 5 weeks now and I see such an improvement in our boy! He is walking on a leash very well and learning new commands to make it easier for us at home. He is doing well with the work they are doing regarding food aggression too! The first day the girl insults my dog who was a six month old Pomeranian as ugly. Pomeranians go through a ugly period at the age of six months. I overlooked her ignorance. The main issue is that I suspect they used a shock collar on her as I have reasons to believe this. The other issue is she learned nothing, nothing at all except to come back traumatized.
