I was trying to get a new betta fish because I have a tank and it was going to waste. I walked in, and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. Even though I knew I didn't, I told them why I was there and directed towards all of the beautiful options of bettas that they had in. However, I was so taken back by all of the tanks that I really just wanted to explore the store. Rows and rows of all kinds of aquatic life! Fish, crustaceans, plants, eels, and I don't know what all was there, but it was a lot. While the place isn't huge, I could've easily spent an hour just looking at every tank and enjoying all of the wildlife. Then they had some tortoises, hedgehogs, mice, spiders, probably snake? Seriously, I was just impressed by all of the selection. But, that's not why I was there. I needed the betta and a new heater and was very easily accommodated. Great store, a little pricey, but you'll probably find what you need without much of an issue.

With no credit and no replacement of a fish. I also tried to trade in another fish I bought from him just two days earlier because it was attacking my other fish. His response was that the fish was "supposed" to act that way. What kill my other fish? He refused to offer store credit on the $20 fish and said he needed to "see if it survived." He then told me to come back in four days for possibly a $7 credit. This is unacceptable service. The lack of accountability, poor customer care, and unprofessional behavior are reasons why I cannot recommend buying from this store. We will no longer support this business.

Of course they have all the basics, but also multiple varieties of each type of fruit tree, including some less common tropical varieties like longan. There were bonsai starts and supplies, super hot peppers, a seemingly endless variety of landscape plants and pollinator attractors. All of this lovingly tucked tightly together in a way that didn't feel busy, but lush and inviting. Inside the store was no less impressive. There was a wonderful selection of pond/aquarium supplies, small animals, and fish. A young man working on one of the indoor ponds spent a lot of time talking to us about ideas to improve a pond that we have, along with recommendations on fish for it. Booked an appointment through the app to get my Auggie groomed, that process was a breeze. I…read morearrived to my appointment about 20 mins early and I was greeted by Kat. She's a super sweet person so i knew my pup was in good hands. I was referred to her by a friend and she did not disappoint. She checked peaches in while I explained to her my vision for how I wanted peaches to look since she hasn't been groomed in a while. I wanted her ears trimmed down, her body cut short but not completely bald, and her butt short to where using the bathroom wouldn't be an issue for her. Kat took my vision and made it a reality, everything was perfect. Not only did peaches smell and look amazing but she was all smiles! Knowing my pup, she normally hates baths and being groomed so I was expecting her to run back to me ready to go but no she was jumping with joy running to both me and kat! Not only did I have an amazing experience but so did my dog and that overjoyed me the most. I'm not sure if there's a leader or head position in the grooming section at petco's but if there is I would fully encourage Kat be that person.
