The set up is adorable. They have really cute stuff. Plan to spend lots of money from wanting to grab everything to buy it!

Are you looking for a hedgehog? This is how you get a hedgehog…read more.. Okay, I wasn't going in for a hedgehog. I was trying to get a new betta fish because I have a tank and it was going to waste. I walked in, and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. Even though I knew I didn't, I told them why I was there and directed towards all of the beautiful options of bettas that they had in. However, I was so taken back by all of the tanks that I really just wanted to explore the store. Rows and rows of all kinds of aquatic life! Fish, crustaceans, plants, eels, and I don't know what all was there, but it was a lot. While the place isn't huge, I could've easily spent an hour just looking at every tank and enjoying all of the wildlife. Then they had some tortoises, hedgehogs, mice, spiders, probably snake? Seriously, I was just impressed by all of the selection. But, that's not why I was there. I needed the betta and a new heater and was very easily accommodated. Great store, a little pricey, but you'll probably find what you need without much of an issue.

This business owner does not stand behind what he sells. I purchased a fish that died within a…read morecouple of hours, and instead of taking responsibility, he blamed everything and everyone else. With no credit and no replacement of a fish. I also tried to trade in another fish I bought from him just two days earlier because it was attacking my other fish. His response was that the fish was "supposed" to act that way. What kill my other fish? He refused to offer store credit on the $20 fish and said he needed to "see if it survived." He then told me to come back in four days for possibly a $7 credit. This is unacceptable service. The lack of accountability, poor customer care, and unprofessional behavior are reasons why I cannot recommend buying from this store. We will no longer support this business.

Great place to go when you want to spoil your pet. I love to go there on my dog's birthday (or…read moregotcha day, or any other "special" occasion) to buy one of their peanut butter pup-cakes. They're quite pricey, but our dogs only get this one go-round with us. Might as well enjoy it! They have a selection of toys, collars, and other treats, as well as a grooming section, and baths in the back. I walked in the other day with my pup to get her nails done there (for the first time). Call ahead, as the groomer isn't there full-time, but once I had figured out she was there, I walked right in and it took about five minutes (they were long and needed a clip, then grind). Other than cost factors, and a limited selection (small shop, limited space), I think it's a great stop to treat your dog without having to go to a bigger, more corporate store.

I've been a long-time customer, but this experience ended the relationship…read more On my last grooming visit, my dog's tail was cut unevenly and inconsistently. When I asked the groomer to fix it, she acknowledged she didn't know how. At checkout, after reviewing the issue, I was given a 50% discount, which I appreciated as an acknowledgment of the poor work. However, the bigger issue came next. I scheduled another grooming appointment three days in advance, received confirmation, and made arrangements to get my dog there. When she arrived, the groomer refused service -- with no advance notice, no call, and no apology. I had to call the store myself to find out what happened. I was told the groomer is a private contractor and could refuse jobs at will, and that nothing could be done except "leaving a note for the manager." Regardless of internal arrangements, customers schedule through the store, receive confirmations from the store, and reasonably expect professionalism from the business they patronize. Denying service only after a customer arrives -- without notice -- is unacceptable. Grooming quality here has been inconsistent, but customer service and accountability have been consistently lacking. After years of loyalty and multiple chances, I won't be returning.

The bad reviews... ? well sometimes I think people writing these reviews are extremely spoiled. They Like to complain. really. take the girl from new york city reviewing What Kind of 'thank you' she got from the dog food store? They said thank you but... it was not good enough. four people liked that complaint. Amer-i-fucking-cans.
