Kind of surprising to see the number of bad reviews for this place, because my experience was pretty much a breeze! Rented a couple of tuxes for a wedding, and Roxy helped us out greatly. She's knowledgeable, professional, and has great customer service, pretty much what stood out for me. Measurements were easy, last minute additions like shoes were no problem. A button was missing on a vest for a tux, easy fix for her on the spot. The place itself is not super nice, but wasn't an issue for me. I wanted to writes this review because the staff and owner were very nice but my daughters dress fell apart and ripped 3 hours after she had it on . I spent a lot of money on her 2 dresses and I was extremely disappointed how the dress was after she had it on. It tore underneath and she kept tripping on it and the front of her dress the tule ripped right down the middle. My daughter was in tears that was her dream dress And she hadn't even done her grand entrance. I called the owner and sent picture but I never had a follow up. Very disappointing because I had planned for this day for over two years. I even bought my dress there and I had ten girls buy there dress there . Also two of the girls dresses had to be fixed. Awful customer service! They tried giving my son pants that were too big. Then they said they ordered the correct size to be delivered only hours before the event. Needless to say, his event starts in 3 hours and he's still there, waiting for the correct size pants to be delivered. I have to say I don't ever leave reviews, especially bad ones. My advice would be to avoid this place. This was honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. So here is my story.... I was instructed to only bring one bridesmaid to try on the dress I chose because she only had one in store. (Weird and cheap but ok) we then Got measurements for my other bridesmaids and I was told I would have them no later than the last week of March. I called the last week of March and she said they should arrive any day. I called again the next week still not in. Long story short I didn't get them until the middle of May! My wedding is June 5th and my girls had to scrabble to get alterations. she would never return my phone calls she was Always incredibly rude to me and not to mention at one point she actually told me that my dresses were late because prom Had priority even though I ordered my dresses long before prom. When I asked for receipts she didn't even have the "common customer service" to do that! It was a nightmare. It's a cheap, failing shop. I'm surprised it's even been open this long. I had a lot to think about so I left the place I went to another dress store. I got my prom dress from Roxys Bridal last and this year. They are really helpful and have a lot of beautiful dresses! They measure you to have your dress shipped in your personal size. This year they accidentally sent in the wrong size dress for me but they were quick to fix it. Within 24 hours, my perfect size dress was shipped in. DO NOT go to this place !!!! We just bought my sister her prom dress on Saturday. And the owner gave us a "discount " of $40 on her dress because your was one of the dresses on display. We got home and had my sister try on her dress to show our mom and the zipper broke. Now my sister has to pay additional money ($50) to get her $200 dollar dress fixed . The worst experience we have ever had . And of course this place has a policy of no refunds or exchanges . We should have known when we saw that sign ! We will be sure to tell all of our friends and family NOT to shop here!! We are seriously mortified that is happened. I'm going to start off by saying I would NEVER Recommend this bridal store to anyone. First of all, the owner is completely unprofessional. Customers should always come first when in the right. Just to make a sale, she sold my friend a dress, where my friend specified she was not not pleased with the color. I had several witnesses who saw. I even gave her a color pattern to match it. She did tell me that it would not match exactly however; I asked will it be emerald green and she stated no It would not. When picking up the dress it was not the color my friend was told it would be it was emerald green. Last time I checked green and emerald are two different colors. I feel that in this type of industry you should know your colors schemes correctly before you go and sell something to someone especially when they are pressed on time. How unprofessional on your behalf to lie just to make a sale . Then an email came to my attention after I made a phone call to Roxy stating "We can not accept your money for the bolero jacket please pick up your refund." How convenient now they don't want to do business with me. Since they also emailed that the jacket is out of stock. Really? You had no problem taking my money the day I wanted it. Completely unprofessional on so many levels. The disappointing thing is I had heard so many negative reviews about this place prior to coming in, but I gave it a chance anyhow; and to my surprise we were screwed anyhow. My boyfriend and I went to look for my prom dress here and chose one and even left a deposit on the dress she said altering would be done and one size bigger would be ordered as well I went back after a week to check on the dress and they didn't do anything to the dress and had tried giving me the small display size they said my deposit couldn't be put on any other dress and there was nothing I could do which was disappointing Because I work a part time job and don't make much so $60 was a lot for me. Went in to try on bridesmaid dresses . Found a dress we liked , I told the lady measuring me to order me a size I knew I was she said oh ok I'll have the company figure out what size you are based on your measurements. Fast forward one week later my dress comes in and its a size to small and not the one I told her to order. She still insisted I was the smaller size and laced me in . The dress still couldn't zip she said oh just wear a spanx, um no not everyone wears those maybe if my dress would have been the correct size. They offered to take it out lil so it could zip . I came back a few days later to try it and still it's to tight. In frustration i just left with the dress. I had to take the dress to another shop to fix it , even the other store stated this is to small why would they not listen to you and order the size you told them. So now I'm hoping it can be fixed if not it was a waste of money for a dress that doesn't fit right . I came here after looking around and found that the prices to my daughter quinceanrea dress and dama dresses were not too bad. Roxy herself is the woman that tended to us but not until we made an appointment even with that my daughter found the dress she wanted in a catalog but it didn't come in the color she wanted so we needed to have it custom by roxy. Well roxy didn't want to order any material until we gave a deposit so we did...I waited about a month and no call to choose the material so I called and when I did she claimed to not have any record of my deposit. Thank goodness that saved the receipt otherwise I would've ended up paying another 400 dollars. So apparently she hadn't even ordered the material. When the dress was finally made she tell us that it's not going to be the same as in the catalog. At that point it's too close to order anything else and no it wasn't what we asked for at all. She just ordered a a top piece and added rhinestones to it. My daughter was polite about it but wasn't satisfied. We took home the dress and found that many of pieces were falling apart and we're still torn. The hand piece we ordered was discontinued and again she doesn't tell us till we ask about. At thus point we know not to trust anything with her. Its a goid thing we planned so far ahead.And yes she is pushy when it comes to taking payments. She will tell you that she email you a receipt but won't. Another situation one of the damas went in to try on her dress that roxy ordered , when roxy was helping tying her up from the back she ripped it. So she told the girl it's going to cost you 25 dollars to fix this. The girls father was furious and disagreed. After arguing about it roxy told her assistant you deal with. So the assistant fixed the dress for the damas by force for free. Again she claimed to give a 40% discount if we ordered the tuxes for the boys in the Cort from her so we did..100 dollars for a rented tux isn't a discount . They weren't ready till the night before the event. I do not recommend this bridal shop to anyone it was an embarrassing experience for me. But my suggestion to anyone that goes there is SAVE YOUR RECEIPT SHE WILL NOT EMAIL YOU ONE. No one I know got one. read more

My experience throughout was absolutely positive. Roxy has a great variety of dresses. My daughter liked a couple of dresses. I made an appointment to try on dresses and Roxy and her staff we're excellent and gave us great customer service. She allowed my daughter to try multiple dresses which was something that other places do not allow. Other places also charge you a deposit fee to try on dresses and if you don't purchase you loose it, not Roxy. I did not feel any pressure to purchase from her or her staff. Her prices were comparable to prices in LA which I had already researched price on dress my daughter wanted. I did order dress from Roxy and received dress in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with service I received that I ordered attire for her court here as well. We came across some small issues getting dresses for her court and Roxy again went out of her way and made it happen to get dresses my daughter wanted for her court. Thank you Roxy! I have no idea what business these individuals are talking about but it can NOT be the same business I was in. Our experience with this bridal shop was beyond exceptional! From the moment we walked in the door we were met with professionalism and kindness! I originally ordered a wedding dress online and needless to say it was not useable at all. With only 3 weeks until the wedding, I had very little hope that this situation would have a happy ending. I needed a miracle and that's exactly what Roxys has done! Not only did they have an amazing assortment of dresses, they had my PERFECT gown! The staff went above and beyond to make all required alterations (including converting the zipper back into a corset back) in an extremely quick time frame... 6 days before originally promised! What other business works this hard to ease a brides stress!!!!! The staff even helped us find a 2nd bridesmaid dress for my daughter and managed to get it ordered and in store 6 days early!!!! I have been looking for my wedding dress desperately since my wedding is four months away. I came across the Roxy's bridal boutique and went inside to look at the catalog, I fell in love with the dress and told the lady I was going to go back Saturday with my bridesmaids so they could give me Their opinions. When I went the day I had agreed they didn't want to show me the catalog and gave me a catalog with Dresses that I didn't like I asked them to show me the catalog they showed me the week before and they said there was no way my dress was going to get here on time, they practically set a goodbye before even giving me other option. I left to another boutique and funny enough the dress I wanted gets here in two months. It only took a phone call keeping in mind it's the same company that made the dress ,same catalog.
