**VISTOR REVIEW FROM COTSWOLD VILLAGE ROWER** Dropped into this location when I was out of town for a wedding. I was surprised there was one so close and couldn't pass up the opportunity to row with a "home away from home" boat! I called the studio and got myself into a 10am saturday class. Brooke at the front desk that assisted me in getting signed up was delightful and so helpful! And when I showed up at the studio the other girl helping in the front was fabulous too! Coach (Kristin) Hammond was awesome! She kept her energy and the entire boat's energy up the whole class! Lots of pumped up motivation from her, your neighbor rowers and the whole class. Also she had great music (per usual, as most row coaches do)! It was a full class -- coach announced a new rower and myself being a visiting rower and everyone cheered and welcomed us. I just love the community feel carries from class to class and studio to studio. The row house as company is definitely doing something right! I LOVED the energy in this studio! If I find myself back in the area I will definitely be back! read more

Took a class here and they were so warm and welcoming! The instructor and other employees really provided a great atmosphere and were so helpful in getting us newbies set up to have a good first time rowing experience. They played great music as well and it was such a positive environment. Most of the class was on the rower- rowing at different paces while there was a 5 or so min portion of class where we did planks, good mornings and other floor work exercises. I would definitely come back. read more

Fun class. Great instructor! Kristin was awesome. Easy check in and lots of good energy

Great high energy workout led by Deena. Nice atmosphere with good music, motivational, and fun. I go every week.

Wonderful community of folks that will help you get started and keep going - no matter your rowing ability or fitness level. If you have never rowed on an Erg (that's an indoor towing machine) OR if you are an old pro, there is a place for you on our crew. I love the camaraderie and how all the coaches meet you where you are AND push you ahead. They support you as a person and as a rower. If you are looking for a place to start your transformation, this is it. read more

I took my first row class July 2021 and have never regretted it. I started taking 2 classes a week and quickly realized I wanted to be there much more often. The energy and support from coaches, staff and everyone rowing is SO motivating! Never do 2 classes feel exactly the same which I LOVE! I addition to gaining cardio vascular health and endurance, I've lost 40lbs because I was also motivated to eat better and reduce alcohol. This is one of THE BEST things I've ever done for my 50 year old self read more

Awesome fitness option. Never Rowed before = No Problem. Knowledgeable staff who will talk you through the process. Scariest part is walking in the door :) The row room is low lighting teacher up front. You have your over metric on your machine and the front shows everyone's collectively. Like you are on the same team. Great atmosphere! Small shop area incase you forgot something or need some new gear to row in. Locker up front to keep your items safe. New to the area! If you are looking for a challenge stop in and check it out!! read more

I wanted to try out a new workout and this place was great. The teachers were very welcoming and always tried to include everyone. If I lived closer, it would definitely be a place I would consider frequenting more often. read more

Upon seeing the transformation of a friend of mine with her workout at Row House, I decided to join her for a complimentary workout session. After just the first class I was pumped to join up. I absolutely LOVE Row House! Between the coaches and fellow rowers, it's a place I look forward to going to each time. All of the coaches encourage you, not shame you, along your personal workout journey. This is so important to me and motivates me. After having ankle surgery a few years ago, I'm grateful to find a workout that provides intensity, but not extreme impact on my ankle. A couple other things I love about this place is diversity of the group, the music that motivates, and the different class styles they offer. There's a class for everyone. read more

The #1 requirement for a fitness studio is cleanliness. The studio always feels clean and they provide wipes after each class so you can clean off your erg. #2 is the friendliness of staff and, in particular, instructors. It's a very friendly staff. They remember you and celebrate you. Classes can be hard to get through but always worth it. #3 is that they provide you clean towels! I love not having to remember to bring a towel. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. read more

I highly recommend rowing at Rowhouse. It is a low impact, full body, cardio workout that caters to all levels. It is such an inviting environment. I absolutely adore my coaches and fellow crew. Your first class is free, no experience needed, coaches welcome you & set you up for success. The way the classes are designed a beginner can row beside an experienced rower without issue. There is no obligation but I don't see how anyone could try it & not keep coming back for more. read more

If your looking for a little change in your normal workout routine I would recommend you try a row house workout! The pumping music and the dark lights has you rowing to the beat!! They keep it fun and it's always different, depending on who leads the class! I love that it works the whole body, core, legs and arms...don't let it fool you in the beginning....it starts to get challenging after 10-15 minutes! Love it! Above all...the staff is super friendly and always leave feeling charged! read more

I've been coming to Row House for the past 8 months and I've never had a safe space like this at a gym before- everyone is so kind, no one is judging you, it's filled with people of all shapes/sizes/levels of fitness, the coaches are amazing at what they do, and rowing is something I genuinely look forward to doing instead of dreading. read more

Best thing I ever did was to walk into Row House and try it, 2.5 years later and 3 million meters strong, I still am a fixture in seat 8 or seat 3. I have made so many friends and feel much younger and more energetic. Doesnt matter if your young, old, in shape, or just beginning your health journey, we have a seat for you! This is called Rowhouse and it is an exercise place...but it is like a second home. The people, coaches, and employees make you feel so loved and welcomed from day one one and the work outs are amazing! I am 1 1/2 years in almost and feel so much better! This has been the tool to keep my RNY moving forward! read more

This place is great! All the staff were very welcoming & nice! Even Teddy (little doggy that greets you when you walk into the door)! I was worried that rowing would not give me as great of a workout as running. I WAS WRONG! It works every major muscle group in your body! It's definitely a great alternative to running and way easier on your body! I can't wait for my next class! read more

Great people, encouraging coaches in a motivating environment. I like that the coaches are helpful to beginners yet encourage milestones along the way. I row now instead of running and every class challenges me in a different way. read more

I'm a HUGE fan of Row House!! The facility in Cool Springs is 5 minutes from home. Class schedules are great (30min or 45min). It's hard to talk yourself out of a 30 minute class! Coaches are great and very helpful. The workout!? Butt-kicking, Calorie-burning and muscle building. The results? Trimmed/more defined waist, legs, arms and back. I love this place!! read more

Very welcoming staff and environment. All shapes, ages and fitness levels means you don't feel out of place or intimidated. A workout full of energy that is fun and addictive. I'm just a few classes in and I already notice my waistline shrinking, my core and back are getting stronger too . I'm recovering from a knee replacement, so rowing is helping me gain flexibility. One of the best decisions my wife and I have made. We decided to finally give ourselves the care we needed. Rowing is a total body workout every time. No more upper body this day and lower body the next day. We are fulfilled everyday, every class. The trainers are super and music gets you pumped. No Brainer. Try a class and don't leave without signing up. Will & Debora Lambert read more

I started Row House back in July 2020. My goal at the time was to commit to two times a week. The boutique feel and personal attention each staff member gives their clients has made this place feel much more like a family than a workout. I now go 4-5 times a week when able and miss it on the days I cannot. I've strengthened my lung capacity and my high blood pressure has improved. It's a fun environment, a great workout and everybody knows your name! Highly recommend! read more

This is a great place for a good workout! I love group classes because it is so motivating and this didnt feel competitive so I could enjoy it more. Highly suggest trying it out to see if you like! read more

If you want a great full body aerobic workout that's actually fun - look no further - this is the place! I am in my 60s and hadn't done much in the way of strenuous exercise in a while, so was a bit wary and intimidated to try rowing. No problem - they greet you warmly and immediately put you at ease. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they make sure you are familiar with the machine and explain everything. The coaches are upbeat and encouraging, and though you work at your own comfort level, they do challenge you to push yourself to do your personal best. There is time off the machine to work more on core and strength training with weights. The room is darkened, the music is driving, the rowers are all ages, shapes, and sizes, and you really feel like part of a team. It doesn't take long to start seeing and feeling results. Addicting - try it, you'll love it! read more

Entered this gym six months ago and 25+ pounds heavier. Rowhouse and the awesome instructors had a big part to do with this. If you're looking for a cardio workout without running (ew) and a welcoming environment, you've found the right place. Do it. read more

I can't rave enough about Row House Cool Springs! I've been going for almost 4 months now and love everything about it. It's a great effort based 45 minute workout. So basically you get out what you put into it. I love how supportive and encouraging the entire community is. Perhaps my favorite part is walking through the doors and being greeted by name. There's just a huge sense of belonging! Come row with me. read more

Just went to Row House for a class and this was my first time for both, rowing and a Row House experience. I'll be back next week! It was fun to join the energy of the class, yet it was custom fit for me as I rowed according to me within the group. Tyler made it fun by teaching and leading us to do our best. Thanks Row House for inspiring me to keep working towards a better physical me. First timers, arrive early and get a feel of the place before class starts . It pays dividends!! read more
