Another (nearly) seamless experience with Ridgefield Glass today. Have used them a number of times…read morein the past for Thermopane glass replacements and always been pleased with the quality of the work and price quoted. This time around, needed the door glass on one of our French doors replaced. Walked into the store and was able to make an appointment for an estimate on the spot. Lead time for the glass was adhered to, and the installer arrived during the earlier part of the (thankfully short) time window quoted. Job site was left as clean as the installer found it. Only quibble: while I essentially gave this project to Ridgefield Glass in order to get a perfectly matching surround door insert frame (as opposed to ordering the insert on line and crossing my fingers that it "might" match and installing it myself), and was assured repeatedly that the new insert frame would match "perfectly," it does not. The molding profile differs significantly from the existing one, and the installer's comment "they don't make them like that anymore" doesn't quite ring true--the door is only 3 years old....sounds more like the 100% correct profile was not in stock/on backorder and what I received is the closest thing available. That said, the finished result looks good--it would have simply been nice to get a head's up on not quite receiving what I was hoping to.

On this blisteringly cold day, I cannot state how THRILLED we are to have worked with All-Pro…read moreWindows on replacing our windows and sliders. They made a stressful and huge project turn into the best decision we ever made. Julio (Jay) Gomes was incredibly helpful, and these Quantum Kensington products are without compare. The price point was extremely affordable, and we are significantly happier with the performance and look of our windows and doors than our friends who went with the more "well-known" names from the bigger builders and stores. If you need new windows and/or sliders, you need to check out All-Pro Windows. Jim and Jay will treat you like family, and you will never meet a nicer and more professional group than Dave and his team of installers. Thank you to All-Pro!!

I wanted to share the excellent experience I recently had with Alpha Glass. This is the second time…read moreI've chosen Alpha for bathroom renovations, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The company offers very competitive pricing, delivers exceptional workmanship, and provides a high level of customer service that's hard to find. For my most recent project, Alpha created a shower panel, flat glass mirror, and frosted glass bathroom door insert. They sent a technician to carefully template all the areas in my home, and within just a few days, the finished products were ready and beautifully installed. George, the installer, went above and beyond--checking in with me before and during installation to ensure everything met my standards, especially since I couldn't be on-site. Once the work was completed, he followed up again and even sent photos of the final results. I can't say enough about the outstanding service and quality from Alpha Glass. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional glasswork and a seamless customer experience.

The first time we went in the guy was taking notes on sticky notes which should have been a red flag. Guess what? We come back 2 weeks later and they have zero recollection of taking our design plans down and they can't find any drawings of the plans. So we have to start over. And guess what? They do the mirror part incorrectly and not as we had asked... I told my contractor I cannot handle them anymore so luckily he was on top of them for the rest of the renovation, but he said they kept messing up right and left. Anyway... I'm still bothered by this 2 years later and am now doing a renovation to my third bathroom and am grateful I found a different vanity place that isn't irresponsible. I would never ever go here again and I warn all from using them for any custom jobs.
