Andy and his team completed vinyl siding on our house in September 2025. My wife and I 100% recommend the company! All employees were professional and did a great job with every detail. Andy's dad would hold a meeting every afternoon with me to discuss the work that was done, plans for the next day and questions about preference for certain areas with additional detail. Once the work was complete, the team cleaned up the work area thoroughly and you could never tell they were there! Andy also came back for a few days with his large magnet to assure that no nails were on the ground after there work. Those additional details meant the world to us since we have two small children. Two weeks after the work was complete, Andy and his team came back to install a piece that was ordered. In January, we had very high winds and one small piece got knocked loose. I texted Andy, and he showed up the next day to fix the loose piece. Like stated before, I would 100% recommend Creative Home Improvement! It was seamless, everything fit perfectly. Then, the trim work and finish trim. This is where I feel high quality carpenters are needed for a good install The team at Window Solution Plus, has great carpentry skills. The trim work both inside and outside look terrific. Spot on. The next stage was cleanup. It wasn't a 15 minute rush job. Instead, it was a well executed professional job, lasting over 1 hour. Vacuuming, dusting inside. Actually washing certain areas of the floor. Then the coup de grace, they go around the property near the outside of windows and pick-up debris by hand, then vacuum. When they leave , the inside and outside is perfect. Before I hired the company, Steve, along with manager Manuel Amarillo, were very generous with their time and provided me with a variety of products and quotes. In fact, the "leading brand" window company that I had previously conducted business with now "requires" two homeowners for a window quote. Really? What a demeaning tactic. They finally started the work in Feb. All around the house were long nails. They never cleaned up the mess after they finished the siding. We just had windows and doors replaced by another company and they scuffed up the new red door and one of the windows. They said they would replace the door. We are now almost in May and still have not heard from them. We brought up the nails all around the house and nothing was done about that. For the gutter, one of the guys face the downspout towards the house instead of away from the house. With the amount of money we paid. Service should be better. We shouldn't have to point out things. I recently had my roof replaced by A Plus Exteriors LLC in Milford, CT.. This is my review and…read moreexperience using A Plus Exteriors. First off, I have a High Ranch style home in a development of virtually identical High Ranch homes. All homes were built in the 70's and used gable vents in order to vent the roofs. The gable vents are literally like having 2 louvered open windows on each end of the roof. In the summer, the attic was so hot it would take the air out of my lungs if I stayed up there for more than 3 minutes. The roof was in need of replacement, so I called a few roofing contractors. They were all in the same ballpark with their prices using the same materials. They all recommended using a ridge vent that would "theoretically" allow the hot air trapped in my attic to escape out the top of the roof. Next, I called A Plus Exteriors LLC, and Alex Montero arrived at my home. Alex proceeded to my attic which was hot and it wasn't even summer yet. He tells me that gable vents are a cheap and inefficient way to vent a roof used by contractors, which is why all of the houses in your development have gable vents. He went on to inform me that the neighbors who had their roofs redone with ridge vents but leaving the gables now have worse ventilation problems because the air that comes into the attic through the gable vent goes right out the ridge vent when it enters, thereby leaving the middle of the roof hot. The two venting systems are fighting each other. Since I had insulation in my eaves, Alex suggested closing up the Gable Vents and installing an intake vent the length of the house on both sides about 2' up from the eaves to clear the insulation to allow cool air to flow in the bottom and hot air to flow out the top by the ridge vent. I looked at every house in my neighborhood and EVERY house had a ridge vent along with Gable Vents. That made me go online and Google informed me that everything Alex suggested was absolutely correct. It also explained why my central air system was inefficient on extremely hot days. The lesson I learned is that there are a lot of people out there who know how to nail on a shingle calling themselves "Roofing contractors." But there aren't a lot of Roofing Contractors that know Roofing. A Plus Exteriors knows roofing better than all that I've seen and is recognized by the manufacturer as a "Platinum Contractor" which allowed A Plus Exteriors to offer me an astounding 50 year 100% Guarantee on both Materials & Labor that is transferable if I sell the house.

On 3/26/24 at 11 26am. I call the company and left a message to let them know that the problem still exists and today is 4/12/24 I have not heard from anyone.
