After over 2 months trying to get on their schedule (which included 4 follow-up calls on my part because I never received a return call from them), they finally came. While the basic window turned out great, my side window at the front door did not have the best outcome (see picture). The guys left with the screws showing. I called immediately after realizing this and the guys working on it said this is how it was when they started. Are you kidding me?! It looks ridiculous with the screws showing and I'm pretty sure I would have noticed this. The other identical side window has the plugs. They said they would come back and silicone caulk the openings - which I can do myself. I asked them to find the plugs that cover the screws in these kind of frames. They found some and told me to come pick them up - my husband said they gave some pretty bad attitude when he went to pick them up. Of course they don't fit. So now I'm stuck trying to fix this eye sore on my own. I will not use them again.

I had a few window panes in my condo…read morereplaced, one due to a large crack & two others due to failed seals that were allowing moisture in between the two panes. The owner, Phil, came to perform the estimate. After that, different workers came to perform the work. Pros: Excellent workers. The guys who showed up to actually perform the job were courteous, nice, & professional. I would give them a shout out, but I've forgotten their names. Cons: After 10 days waiting for CT Glass to receive the order (the physical glass pane) on their end, they accidentally ordered a wrong size for one of the windows. So two of the three windows were complete, then we waited another 10 days for the third to be done. Not a huge deal by any means, just a slightly inconvenient mix-up nonetheless. The 10 day wait for the glass on their end could not be helped, as it was tempered glass so it needed to be ordered special. It can also be somewhat difficult to communicate with CT glass, as it doesn't seem they have much customer service experience.
