What's not to love about this establishment. You get a gift shop and delish food. We had the cheese pizza, grill cheese, road rage sandwich, cucumber salad and chilli. Cheese pizza was perfect for my son. We had to order another one after he finished the first slice. Grill cheese, my daughter said it was really good. For the price and the size. Road rage sandwich, juicy, tender meat and lots of flavor. When you do bite down, mindful of the juices. Make sure you wrap it with a napkin other wise the juice will drip onto your hands or clothes. Cucumber salad was very refreshing and fresh. Right amount of flavor, not too salty and the dressing they use was light and balance well with the ingredients. Chili was great, we used the chip from the sandwich to dipped into the chili. The melted cheese on top of the chili added extra texture and flavor. For the price you paid for the full size items, it's worth it. read more

One of the friendliest places around that plays great alternative rock music. It's a store that carries souvenirs. I bought a beautiful leather purse for around $60. I found good bargains here and good quality. The wallets and leather items with a western type of theme were a good price. I ordered a latte at the Café located inside this store. I was so happy they had this drink on the menu. They don't have it around these parts. The employee working the counter was super nice. The latte was strong and good. I also got cookies. This place is roach infested beyond belief. They are so bad, they are out in the daylight hours. Employees have found them in the coffee and espresso machines and all other appliances in the building. But the owners choose to ignore the disgusting problems and keep screwing over the tourists and locals. I will be working with the health department to have this resolved. read more

We stopped in for lunch. A little confusing cuz you walk through the eating area and order at the counter. Of course they want a tip before you get your total to pay. There's also a charge to use a credit card. It wasn't very busy yet we waited nearly 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Mine was just ok. My husband liked his much better. DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST HERE!!! It's super sad, barely edible. I've never had to put ketchup on eggs, in my entire life. Obviously powdered eggs, bacon was thinner than Dennys if that's even somehow possible. We've laughed about this almost every other day since passing through. Lots of T-shirt designs and a few unique items I didn't see anywhere else. There's also an eatery in the back with a large menu. I didn't eat here but it looked like a good option. This place has the best service in town. I know, because I'm local. Sure it's a small town cafe, and maybe limited on some menu items, but the food is great and the people who work here are better. This is a Fantastic place to stop for yummy food, great souvenirs , and super friendly staff! I was driving alone with my dog ( they love dogs!) and stopped in for a hot meal on my drive from Cali to Colorado. Had a Turkey pastrami sandwich and a delish Route 66 soda pop . The sammich hit the spot! The gal and guy working the restaurant and store were delightful ! So friendly and made my visit welcoming -even giving my pup some snacks for the road. I was heartbroken to detour through Seligman and find Snowcap closed for the season, but then I saw this place down the street and was warmly greeted as soon as I stepped in. Great selection of Route 66 merch is in front and then the cafe is in the back. I ordered an iced mocha with oat milk and it was DELICIOUS! Wife and I visited town and saw they were pet friendly! Great staff and great sandwiches for lunch! Also nice selection of drinks and beer.

New place to try. We stopped there on our way home. We both had the Rt. 66 croissant breakfast sandwich. It was the best breakfast sandwich I ever had. The egg was extremely fluffy and very tasty. Mitchell our host was excellent. The cafe is located within a store about RT. 66. If you want good food with a nostalgic feeling and look, you should definitely stop by and try it out. read more

Stopped at Roadrunner for a quick breakfast on our way home from Williams, what a cute little shop with a cafe in the back. We found the service to be excellent and the employees were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and prepared to order. Who would have thought that a small town café in Arizona would have Nathan's Hot Dogs? I sure didn't & was in for a surprise! I hadn't had one since at least 1972, possibly earlier so seeing that on the menu made my choice a no brainer. Prices were very reasonable & considering how far off the beaten path it is makes it even better. Service was terrific & way more than I had expected but making you feel so welcome & that they appreciate your patronage. I'd say even so friendly as if you were family to them. My wife had a Grecian chicken salad that was generous & tasty. The staff even came by & asked if she wanted more dressing. Like I said, family. I saw on the special black board a ruben sandwich that if I see it next time (and there will defiantly be a next time!) I'll order that! read more
