Yes but... if you're interested for a Chicago Dog, make sure you ask for a poppy seed bun! I was just there 9/16/26 and as I drove down the 40, I realized I got screwed out of a poppy seed bun! Delicious dog, however, not a true Chicago Dog! Try again next doctor visit. read more

Food is always fresh and delicious. I had a mustard dog with onions fabulous. The drive in makes it easy to order grab and go . It's a beautiful day to enjoy my hot dog outside. read more

Fix your hours please. I had a 2good to go order that I couldn't pick up twice now because yall close a lot earlier than you say you do

I threw this 10 dollar burrito in the garbage. You shouldn't be able to get away with a crime like that breakfast burrito - the sausage didn't taste fresh, there was some white people style salsa in it that I'm sure will be the reason I spend ten minutes in a Loves bathroom in kingman later today. I don't get how anyone can dishonor a burrito like that. Gross read more

I got two chili cheese dogs to go and a side of French fries. No photos taken because I was starving and few foods survive to go container trips to a hotel in photo ready condition. French fries were good. The chili dogs were good and bad. The chili cheese topping was good. The dog flavor was good. The hotdog casings were tasty and they were TOUGH. Really tough. My old chompers were barely up to the task but I wished as I ground them down that they had casing-free or more tender casings. I would give them another shot based on the taste of their chili sauce but maybe a chili burger or chili fries instead. Prices were very reasonable. Service was great. Staff inside were very professional and focused on their tasks. read more

Really cool spot along Route 66! This unique drive-through also has a takeout window with some outdoor seating. We enjoyed the chili cheese dog and Chicago dog. The French fries were delicious, not sure what the seasoning is but it was a pleasant surprise. Loved the nostalgia of this place, and service was helpful and quick. Great view of the mountains too! read more

Love the Dog Haus on Route 66 in Flagstaff! Must stop whenever in the city. Originally came for the nostalgic Route 66 vibe and Eagles history (if you know, you know) but now come for the delicious food and outstanding service! Their chili is scratch made and AWESOME! Have enjoyed on everything from burgers, dogs, fries, and tots! Live in Vegas and always get large batch of chili to take home in our ice chest. Can't forget the steak burritos at breakfast! This is an outstanding anytime spot! Great owner caring for the quality of product and the long term staff who all provide a level of customer service hard to find these days! Highly recommend! read more

Love the food, sometimes love the service, but there is no ambience as this is primarily a drive-through or walk up spot. Don't let that deter you. The hotdog was of high-quality and had a grilled taste to it as did the burger..kind of reminded me of family picnics. The pictures I posted are of the kids meals which unfortunately were partially consumed before I remembered to take a picture. Do be aware that if you pay with a card, an additional 3.75% is added. And as is true just about everywhere these days this was not inexpensive. I've posted a picture of the bill so you can get a feel for it. read more

Every time we go up north we stop here! We have NEVER had a bad dog here. The people are always so nice and welcoming. If you're passing through make sure to have a chili dog! And the French fries are great!! read more

Delicious hot dogs, with great toppings, and super nice and friendly service! We even got a free hot dog for our dog! We had just made it the BOGO too, so half of our dogs were free! What a deal! There's a drive through but we walked up and waited and the food was fast! Highly recommend! read more

I really miss eating this amazing food (dietary restrictions now). I can always remover how fresh the food is, whether you drive up or walk to the window. The chili cheese dog was my fav! The customer service is always good, as we still go for my family's food cravings. The fries-omg, some of the best in town! I really love how fun it is to walk up to the window and sit down at the table to eat. Reminds me of better times. This location can be tricky if you're in a vehicle just due to the location, but it's also easy to spot from Route 66. I highly recommend you stop here by yourself or with your family to get some delicious hot dogs and fries! read more

Doghaus is conveniently on rte 66 and doing a brisk drive thru service when I was there. Service was excellent by Phylia. I had the polish dog sandwich with sauerkraut and tater tots on the side which was at my table in about 10 minutes. Doghaus is a fun place for hot dog craving people. read more

My 5 year old son who loves hot dogs and corn dogs wanted to try this place, which is a converted former der wienerschnitzel drive through restaurant. This was way better than der wienerschnitzel and I'd say this as a recommendation... Try the Steak Sandwich, it's a nice, I think rib eye cut of steak that's huge beyond expectations and good quality. I got it with the Chili which was only a mistake because it's messy to eat and unnecessary for any added flavor benefits. We were happy and satisfied as a family with our meal. read more

Stopped here for the first time today. Not impressed. Hot dog was swimming in ketchup and mustard. I had to wipe a ton of it off with the wrapper. The fries were undercooked and were too salty to eat and I like salt. My daughter liked the chili cheese tots so it wasn't a total loss. Probably won't stop here again. read more

I'm a sucker for basic hot dog places like this. I find them to be disgustingly delicious. Not a fan of the owners politics and beliefs displayed on the ordered windows but oh well read more

Boom! The Chicago dog is excellent. That's all I got the 1st time there, always drive by to go skiing so stopped for a snack. Worker said next time try chili dog so that's the plan. read more

Always friendly service! Great breakfast burritos and burgers! We always make sure to hit Dog Haus up when we're up in Flagstaff!

I really wasn't attracted to the dogs as much. It was the silhouette of the mountain with the snow on the top and the backdrop. But I thought I'd send a sweet review since it was so picturesque. I'm not a quick fan of spicy hot weiner lengths. I hope this does somebody well as it was a beautiful site much love read more

Route 66 Dog Haus - So beautiful I had to snap a picture of the spicy wiener hut with the snowy mountains... - Hot Dogs Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

We drove by this hot dog place and decided to give it a try in spite of other ratings. I ordered a #2 Arizona Polish Sandwich but I didn't want it on rye bread and they were more than happy to make it with two hot dog buns. It was quite delicious with soft and fresh hot dog buns, a very tasty and flavorful polish sausage, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickle with an option of sauerkraut (which I had). I also had large crispy fries, soda and a cheesecake chimichanga for dessert! I was in Arizona for five days for the first time and this may have been my favorite meal during my entire trip! The staff were all so friendly and patient as my friends and I took several minutes to view their extensive menu. The only thing lacking was Coke. They served Pepsi so I ordered a Dr. Pepper. If I'm in this area again I will definitely return and have another #2 and would probably try their Chicago Dog as well! read more

Route 66 Dog Haus - a red building with tables and umbrellas - Hot Dogs Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

I ordered a patty melt with fries and found my meal so greasy that it was almost inedible. The grease seeped through the bag and onto my lap as we drove home. I was hoping that the flavors would make up for it, but it was so greasy I couldn't taste any flavor. My friends got the chili dogs and they were wrapped so tightly that the chili was barely on the hot dog as it was smooshed all over the wrapper instead. The fries were decent, but that was about all I enjoyed from here. I will not be coming back. The workers were super friendly! So no complaints as to the staff. The food was just not worth the price and most of it went straight in the trash. read more

I am not sure what people were expecting when they came here, but this place is as Americana as it gets. Our servers were two (I'm guessing) students from the local college who appeared genuinely concerned with how we liked our food. We ordered Sonoran hot dogs and tots. The tots were beyond perfect hot and salted just right. The dog was awesome as well. Not sure if the advertised the jalapeños on the dog, but it was an unexpected surprise. A bit hard to get in and out of due to the road construction, but make a few minutes and visit this old time gem. read more

Employees are requiring facemasks in their drive thru. No other drive thru is doing such a thing. 5 years of dedicated business and the poor customer service has caught up. Can't recommend this place anymore. Tolerated the inconsistencies with portions, tolerated the messy packaging, tolerated the missing napkins forks and straws, but collectively it's time to call it. The mask thing? Not worth it. read more

Food was made fresh off the grill and packaged right in front of me. The service was excellent and the employees are very polite. It's a classic burger and a classic hot dog. The breakfast burrito was also amazing as it's always been. Brings memories when I was younger. Still tastes amazing. Even the wife loves the food. read more

Classic drive-thru stand that you don't see much of anymore. Quality dogs cooked to perfection with the nice snap you expect from a good dog, and a bun that doesn't overpower the taste of the meat and toppings you're having the dog for! Chili cheese dog will always be the #1 choice for me, but just a classic dog with mustard and relish, like I just had, cannot be beat either! read more

Good food. But, for the prices is very low quality. A breakfast burrito is half the size from previous owners. I shouldn't pay $9.79 for something that should've been $4. I should've gone to Mike and Rhonda's. Also update your menu pictures. Apparently nothing has been updated. Bad bad new ownership. I should've listen to my family and friends that live here to not to go. Next time, I'll just cook. read more

I would not recommend this place at all once it used to have different ownership and you would get quality food at a great price now they're charging an outlandish amount of money for a chili cheese dog with about a tablespoon of chili on the hotdog read more

BEWARE they charge more than $3.00 "Convenience Fee" when using a debit card A great way to rip off tourists. No mention of that little fact on their website or menu board read more

Absolutely horrid. Two plain hot dogs and a soda. $13.50. Really?? All I wanted on them was mustard and onions. Not enough mustard put on them to even color the bun yellow. Didn't realize mustard was such a valuable condiment. Never again Oh, BTW, they don't even bother to post a current menu on their own website. Prices are all much higher. read more

Had the fried baloney sandwich. It had NO FLAVOR at all. Probably because it was not a all beef product. It was probably a mystery meat concoction. Fries were boring grade. Will not return. read more

After a long hike nothing beats a great hot dog and fries! Drive through center of hot dog stand or park and eat on concrete table watching cars on Route 66. Supposed to be the spot Jackson Browne wrote song Running on empty. Excellent! Getting back to great food and very reasonable. Visiting a few years ago same great food and service. Be careful and check your order as we were missing one item and they made it right. Don't miss out! read more

Stopped here while on our way back to Sedona from visiting the Meteor Crater. We had driven by it a few times during our stay and thought we'd give it a shot since it had 4 stars on Yelp! The drive thru was decent, staff friendly enough. The food was a mixed bag. My husband ordered the Chicago dog and loved it! I had an original dog on a pretzel bun...big mistake...the pretzel bun was nuked for sure :-/ It was pretty soggy, not the pretzel consistency I had hoped for. In hindsight, I should have just ordered it with the regular bun. My husband said his was nice and soft. Not sure if we'll be back. We only stopped in because the weather was so bad (lightening and hail) so we opted for a drive thru dinner instead. read more

Save your money. The prices are triple what they should be for what you get. Tiny hot dogs in smooshed buns. And I am doubful of their cleanliness after I found a smear of chili in my daughter's plain hot dog bun. On the plus side, the drive thru is a huge plus in these contactless times. And to be fair, my actual hot dog (the Original) was tasty, just not tasty enough to justify the price. read more

Passing tough town and needing a quick easy bite to eat. Had never been here so we thought we'd give it a try. My husband got the a couple beef chili dogs and I got the all beef kraut dog. Both very good and filling. Also got an order of fries and onion rings. Fries were so so, good but nothing exciting. The onion rings I thought were very good. The service was very friendly and attentive. More than what one would expect from a fast food joint. We'll be back. read more

The breakfast burrito instantly turns you into a super hero. After eating it, I became faster, stronger, and could jump really high. It also made me sing mariachi music in the key of F#. (really hard to do). Eating here also turns you into a king. The employees will sometimes kneel and honor thy wishes. They will praise you for slaying the evil dragon who guarded the princess up in the tower. Be bold and mighty and eat here peasants...and you too can join me in Dog Haus royalty! I never eat hotdogs anymore but when Im in flagstaff I eat here every time. Love that the owner runs it. He's always good for a conversation the Dogs, Patty melt and fries are amazing. After driving by this place many times over the years during our many trips to Flagstaff, I decided to give this place a try for lunch one day. I got two Chicago dogs and a cheese fry (nix the chili). As a Chicago native I've had plenty of "Chicago dogs" over the years. And yes, I realize this is Flagstaff, AZ - many many miles away from Chi-town. With that in mind, their Chicago dog wasn't bad. Actually better than I expected, and better than many other attempts I've seen here in the desert. The cheese fries were decent - was hoping for nacho cheese but it was the sprinkled cheese that was obviously just nuked for thirty seconds or so. The guy working outside taking orders was friendly and helpful too. Looked like the people sitting outside were enjoying their meals and chatting with the owner (I assume) who was making the rounds. read more

Not sure I will go back to an old Flagstaff favorite anymore. Have gone for over 30 years. The prices have sky rocketed with the new ownership. The super breakfast burrito was about the size of 2 McDonalds burritos. The hash browns have changed and soaked through 4 napkins with the grease. So long to the old dog haus. Unfortunate read more
