    Stay away from this business! My entire cooling and heating system was left in an inoperable state…read more I called for a diagnostic of the air conditioner today because cool air isn't coming from the vents. I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!

Harmonic deserves 1 star, but all the starts below 5 are NOT indicated on the Google graphic of the numbers of review stars 1-4: false. 2. I never promised a review pull-down for a discount. My husband & I have better things to do than having an "agenda" as Harmonic accused. My husband was on a business trip. 3. I never called for an emergency repair. I did not switch from repair to cleaning & maintenance. I asked A. if C & M was possible afterward, unaware of 2 more with no heat. Harmonic called me "selfish" for this. 4. Any possibility A. and K. have unconscious biases towards people like me? They accused us of "manipulating" what? To save a few hundred bucks, while we spent in the tens of thousands at Harmonic's better former (aquired) company) you imagined up? 5. How could Harmonic accuse me of lying about my pain. Because I was able to and had to carry my 10 lb dog for a short moment because of her barkin? Why do I even have to explain my chronic severe back pain and mostly failed back surgeries and weak immune system? 6. I had no "agenda," but getting my heate fixed. I am not playing any "game" as accused. I am standing up for myself. 7. K.'s statistics on the number of my Goole reviews are false. 8. A. & K. are the ones who were "aggressive, harsh, unethical, disrespectful, and manipulative." Stop projecting and gaslighting. I wish I would remember to record conversations when I am alone with a person like A. Why did K pull down his absurd replies on Google?

Talked to Jim and he was nice at first until he was supposed to come for the quote and something I said made him thinking I was getting the job quotted by more than one person. I wasn't getting multiple quotes, in fact I was having a hard time finding anyone who actually dealt with boilers. He specifically said he wasn't interested in coming to give a quote if others were involved and when I tried to tell there weren't any others he basically hung up on me. Called him back immediately 2x and left messages with 0 response. Completely unprofessional. If I was actually bidding the job out (which I wasn't) only someone with something to hide would be that concerned so be wary of any quote you get from these guys. Crazy shady and frankly glad we found someone else ‐‐------------------ Jim, in response to your reply you should check your messages again. When I called this company's experts, the team sent three technicians in four hours. Frank arrived, and even though it was late and frigid outside, he was friendly. Fortunately, he had a spare igniter in his truck and soon discovered that the igniter was broken. In less than an hour, he had everything fixed. He took the time to check the rest of the system to ensure nothing else would go wrong. He also gave us some maintenance advice for the furnace to prevent this from happening again. We were appreciative when he left since the home was warm again.

We requested a comprehensive home energy assessment from this company. They went above and beyond what I had anticipated, a simple once-over. The professional tested HVAC performance, insulation levels, duct leaks, and even conducted a blower door test to find leaks and drafts for several hours. He compiled a list of fixes based on potential savings and produced a detailed report including thermal photos. We improved the attic insulation and sealed the ducts. The improvement has been amazing--the home stays more consistently conditioned and our heating and cooling system operates less frequently. We have already observed a 25% decrease in our utility costs. In addition to selling us equipment, They truly stand out for their expertise and transparency.
