I've been using them for several years. Always on time. Always a fair price. Never tries to upsell you. Fully explains everything. Doesn't have to pay for those expensive, silly, H/VAC TV commercials. read more

Always prompt service -- they are there when you need them. Very fair pricing and they do what's needed, not soak you for their benefit. Probably the most honest company I've worked with over the years. Highly, highly recommended n read more

Great business owner. He doesn't upsell, and spends a lot of time explaining stuff, which is very helpful for a first time homeowner. Already called them for two different projects, will continue to call them for all heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend them. read more

Simply the best, matt is friendly, such AN HVAC PRO and saved my dog's life. You couldn't find anyone better!

This company (Ken) is knowledgeable, professional, and fair. He put in a new HVAC unit for us in 2011 and has been expertly servicing it since then. I wish all my repair technicians were as good as him. He goes above and beyond when working at our home; very thorough and observant. If you are looking for someone who is fair and an expert on HVAC, choose Naperbrook Heating and Air Conditioning. read more

Fantastic service! Have used Gary and Ken for years and would never use anyone else. When we sold our old home which Gary had replaced the A/C the buyer's realtor was raving about how nice the work was. A professional and trustworthy provider. read more

Our furnace give out during one of the coldest weekends. I called 3-4 places for a quote. Gary came in to check out the furnace. Gary's quote was the lowest by about $1K. No muss no fuss. He told me what I needed and what I needed to do in the meantime to keep our home warm. He mentioned the new furnace would come with a 10 year parts & labor warranty. The other guys were offering much higher prices and lower warranty. Gary and his son came on time on a Monday to install the furnace. I would highly recommend Naperbrook Heating & Air Conditioning and would definitely use them again for our next house. read more

We have used this company a few times. They installed a new AC unit for us a few years ago. I have to say how refreshing it is for a company to respond quickly, show up on time, or have the courtesy to call to say they're running late. We had them out to do a furnace check as we wanted to make sure there should be no surprises once the weather gets really cold. While they were out, I asked them to look at the humidifier attached to our furnace as it didn't really seem to be working. Mike confirmed that the unit was indeed dead (it's the original unit and 27 years old). I asked him how much a replacement would cost. He gave me a ballpark figure and said he didn't want to push the purchase as he never knows a person's financial situation and he'd have to call the supplier to determine the cost. This was a Thursday afternoon. His dad called back and on Tuesday we scheduled an install. Yesterday, Gary called to say he'd had a cancellation and would they be able to come out the next day. I told him we'd be available and we made an appointment for 10. Right before 10 I got a call they were running a little late and would be there by 10:30. They showed up at that time and started the install. Mike said the unit we had was undersized for our house and was pretty inefficient. They got the new unit installed in about an hour and went through the operation and upkeep with us. I love having a great local business we can rely on for any heating or air conditioning needs. read more

Our A/C went out on a Friday night with a scorching 90+ degrees outside. The next day I decided to troubleshoot the issue. The AC condenser was not spinning, yet I could hear the power and the outside electrical system trying to start the fan to no avail (I cleaned it and tried to jump start it). I finally decided to call the professionals on Saturday afternoon (another 90+ degree scorcher). To my surprise, they suggested to come the next day in the morning @ 10:00am. I gleefully accepted. He (Gary) came out the next day on-time, asked a few questions, isolated the issue, replaced a part, gave me a summary of what occurred, asked me if I had any questions and was on his way within 25 minutes. That's service! The AC works great now. Thanks Gary. read more

Our air went out this summer, we knew our HVAC was old and needed to be replaced. They came out quickly and were able to get it working for the summer. They explained the issue thoroughly and we knew it was a temporary fix to get through the hot spell. We were then able to coordinate and plan our install and purchased from them when it died! We thought the price was reasonable, they were quick, clean and explained everything to us. read more

I have used Naperbrook several times. They are fast to respond, extremely polite, small family business and more important they are extremely knowledgeable. There were a few times where I thought I might need a new water heater or air conditioner, and they talked me out of it saying mine still had a few good years. They never tried to up sell, use fear tactics and nickel and dime me. The best part are their prices. Extremely reasonable compared to other companies. Naperbrook have my business as long as I live in the Chicagoland area. read more

Gary did a great job replacing an outdated furnace and air conditioner in a very old house. He is fast, dependable and very fair. I would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs. I was impressed with the quality of the furnace and AC. I was more impressed with the price and honesty. You can't go wrong with Naperbook Heating & AC. read more

These guys are just amazing. My AC went out and unfortunately they couldn't fit me into their schedule. I told them the symptoms and they immediately told me what was wrong. Ordered the part and had the unit running in no time. Dead accurate troubleshooting. read more

I got quotes from five heating companies on replacing/repairing the boiler for our radiant heat. The quotes ranged from over $4000 - over $9000 to replace the boiler. But Gary from Naperbrook (recommended by a friend) said the boiler is totally fine - no need to replace. He said that one of the pipes was corroded and the system wasn't getting any pressure (which no one else noticed). For just $550 he purged and cleaned and repaired the system. Now, ah! - the house is much warmer and more evenly heated. He made more sense to me than the others, I loved that he was honest, and he saved us so much money. I highly recommend Gary from Naperbrook. read more

Naperbrook heating and air installed a furnace, ac and humidifier. I got several estimates and they all were within a few hundred bucks of each other. I decided to go with naperbrook because they seemed to be the most knowledgeable and extremely honest. After having them out here to work I am more than certain I made the right choice. This is honestly the cleanest looking installation I have ever seen! These guys really take pride in their work and it really shows. They even had to hand fabricate a sliding door for where the filter goes because I didn't have enough space in my furnace closet for the normal door and it looks better than anything you would be able to buy at the hardware store! If you want a fair price and an extremely high quality job definitely go with naperbrook heating and air. I'll be going to them forever and telling all of my family and friends about them! read more

Ken and Gary are the best. Last winter, my HVAC was failing. After calling 4 different companies, I settled on their no-nonsense, honest approach. Their equipment is top-notch, their knowledge is very deep, their timing is on the spot. Their pricing was very competitive. But I picked them because they are honest and trustworthy. I knew I'd get a fair deal from them. Since I originally hired them, I needed them to come back out and install a fresh air intake line that we jointly decided not to install initially. When they were here, I asked them what the charge would be and they said there wouldn't be a fee. That's integrity. These guys are legit. read more
