We were blown away with this bar/restaurant today. We walked in and immediately greeted by Dawn. She was super sweet and extremely helpful! We ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and Day Shift burger. Both were amazing! The burger had fresh sautéed onions and mushrooms plus cheddar. It comes with BBQ sauce which I opted out of, plus really good bacon. My guy had the cheesesteak which he loved! He gave me a bite and I was amazed at how heavy a half sandwich was. They really pack in the steak! There is no doubt we will be back. I really want to try other options on the menu. It's a small place with pinball machines and sunlight streaming in the windows. Definitely a must! read more

Was excited to try the Menner burger. Ordered medium well. Came dripping in blood. Not being over dramatic. Asked to get cooked less rare. Brought back out by a nice man but just as bloody. Very disappointed and will never return. Total waste of money. The pop was also the worst. How can diet pop be so disappointing yet they succeeded. The bartender gave my credit card to another customer (by accident?). She didn't charge me for the tab, but I was never contacted by anyone since then that they had gotten the card back or an apology from the owner. Nothing. Avoiding this place is a good idea. We ordered a hamburger and wings. They were good. I just found the restaurant a little obnoxious in terms of noise. It's sort of a pub/bar but the thing that was annoying was the sound of the bowling ball arcade thing they have there. There were times it was so loud that my husband and I just stopped talking until the roar of the people simmer down a little and then add on top of that the stupid bowling ball thing. read more

Stopped in for the first time with the wife on a early Saturday evening. We were greeted with a warm hello! You could tell most patrons were regulars. While the place isn't fancy, the place is clean and they have very reasonable prices on their drinks and food. Our server was especially friendly and told us about the owners who take pride in their establishment. John the owner who also cooks came out of the kitchen to say hi and see how the food was. While they don't have an extensive menu, everything was very tasty. We had a bacon bbq burger, with caramelized onions and garlic mushrooms and a "Fatboy" wrap both with fresh hand cut fries. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Both my husband and I ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken was so tough that it couldn't be cut with a knife let alone chewed. When the bill came we were charged $60 for a $20 bill. The server promised that this charge would be removed but this remains to be seen. The exhaust system in the restaurant must be broken because air in the restaurant was heavy with grease and an oily greasy smell clings to our clothes as we drive away. read more

It's a neighborhood kinda place if they don't know you everyone kinda is Leary around you definitely not a good first or second impression. I personally don't care what people think or say but it will make most feel they are in the wrong place. Neighborhood dive bar with a vast selection of liquor and a little less impressive was the selection of draught beer. There were six on tap. A larger selection of craft beers would be a nice addition. The bar was L-shaped with one large TV and a couple smaller ones. There were tables in the room set up more diner style. I'm not sure I'd come for much more than the bar since that is the style and atmosphere. High tops may be more useful with a few more TVs. Even though the interior is somewhat set up as a restaurant, it's definitely a bar crowd. If you bring the kids, they'll learn some new words. It was a Saturday afternoon and there were a handful of mature adult patrons inside at the bar. All were welcoming and friendly. There was a small patio where you'd be subject to smoke. The bar tender was attentive and engaging. The owner did come out and chat a bit. He's proud of the scratch cooking they offer. I did find this impressive and will be back to try some of their offerings. The pricing on the menu items looked very fair, and look forward to trying some. What a find! This "dive" bar is a hidden gem! I've always heard they had a good burger, but never got a chance to stop...but we did this last week....AMAZING! I got the 1/3lb "better in Menner" burger...perfectly cooked and juicy! We also go the wings with "awesome" sauce. The sauce was good, but the wings are served "whole", not drumsticks and flats. They were kind of small and not very much meat on them. Overall, we were happy and will be back! read more

Great breakfast. They are observing the rules regarding social distancing. Some outside seating. I had the "gravy train". Very well seasoned sausage gravy over homemade biscuits, potatoes O'Brian, and two eggs. I also added sausage links and coffee and I couldn't have eaten another bite, generous portion size. You may be wary about going to a bar for breakfast but do not worry, they're friendly. I've never had a bad meal here and the drink selection is decent. read more

The lady with the long dark hair that works there is incredible and always makes you feel special. We had the special Ahi-Tuna salads with the dressing on the side. It rivaled fresh salad with fish from the Florida Keys. The owner was fun to speak with and the staff was friendly. The tuna was cooked perfectly to rare with a tangy Asian-Soy based dressing. No "yucky" preservatives on the lettuce it was fresh and crunchy. A great gin and tonic with lime while we waited. A friend posted the special, sirloin pita, plus I ordered the sides and 2 beers... callie the bartender, larger young lady, cassie's sister, 1st tried over charging me 10 dollars, I caught it, she immediately admitted the mistake. I gave her a 50 for my 27 dollar bill. I gave her one 20 back for change, so I could tip more, then she said I never gave her the 20... I said count ur drawer(it was dead at that time) she would only look at the tape and say I've only rang in 3 20's so far. So i say you hit no sale to break my 20.... she wouldn't count her drawer, with a meager crowd, but told me cassie was her sister, I'm assuming cassie is the owner. read more

Great dinner in town with old and new friends. Couldn't miss Steak night at the Rounders Lounge. This is the place for Tuesday nights and I wasn't disappointed. Owner and chef checked in on us and the rest is of the staff attentive. Don't be fooled by the bar look and feel if you're looking for dinner, this place has great food. I came to Rounder's in early 2012 as a visitor. I quickly turned into a frequent patron, and as of summer 2013, I have worked part-time at Rounder's because of how much I enjoy the environment and respect the owner, Joe Pesec. The drinks are affordable, homemade shots are delicious, and the entertainment is a can't miss. Every Friday this summer features live music with no cover charge. It's a great spot for a quick drink or a night of partying with friends and family. I definitely recommend you to try this local bar. read more
