After a week of non-chain restaurants in Portland, we were done with being surprised, even if it was to be pleasantly surprised by our meals. We wanted something predictable. So, when my Round Table showed up on my Yelp app search as we were coasting back home on I-5, I yipped with glee, and charted our course into Yreka. I love my artisan pizzas as much as the next pizza afficianado, but I'm also an unabashed fan of Round Table. Wombo Combo FTW. This location didn't disappoint. First the guy running the register was an idiot who couldn't keep the order straight, asked for half a pizza with no meat. When it came out I had meat on all of it and when we went to tell them what happend one of the workers acted like it was our fault they fucked up. Great pizza but the service was horrible. Maybe because the girl was pregnant she just figured she didn't have to greet you, smile or say anything except how much what I ordered cost. Customer service was a negative star if I could give one. Then the cook dropped half our pizza on the floor and brought us the rest that we hoped wasn't from the floor as well. He made us another small pizza with out question thankfully. Overall the restaurant was Terrible but I still gave 2 stars for the pizza tasting good. read more

Overpriced for what it is, but better than kfc. Try to go for the buffet its priced good

always disappointed with their pizza... I suspect they use frozen crust or it's loaded with preservatives as it is very chewy and very difficult to digest. Other local pizza shops have a more natural tasting crust that actually feels and tastes like bread. Pizza is overpriced, I personally would rather have a grocery store frozen food aisle pizza than this. read more

Pizza was good. I had a takeout but the place looked neat inside. They have some very delicious artisan pizzas but little overpriced.

Ordered a Maui zowi and there was no pinaple, or chives. Which it's supposed to come with. Called the manager on duty not the guy who used to work at gold rush burgers but a diffrent one and they said I do not care. And said take our business else where. Been coming here since I was 4 years old and it's still made with the good stuff. Arcade isn't quite what it used to be but that more a sign of the times than anything. Living in SoCal now and the Round Tables down south just aren't the same. The ingredients here are held to a higher standard. Crust is super light and crispy, tomato sauce is fresh, and the pepperonis are thin and crispy just how I like. This restaurant even has the original decor from back in the day. On a road trip and ordered pizza for delivery to my motel. They said it would take an hour. Waited for 1.5 hour for a small pizza and salad. Pizza was cold and they didn't even deliver a plastic fork with the salad. read more

We eat here atleast once a month. The garlic bread sticks are so good. Tonight we ordered the Maui something pizza and it was really good. The chicken wings are great too. We have our kids birthday party here almost every year. He loves the arcade games inside. The staff is really nice. The whole place is really clean. We will be coming here for many years to come. read more

The quality of the pizza does not make up for the lack of service. I always have to wait more than I need to for my food, no matter how much food I order or how busy it is. I never eat at this place, and when I forget why I don't, I'm instantly reminded as to why. read more

They seriously need to be educated on Veganism and have a better vegan option for all their menu items. I went in and ordered the small veggie delight and asked if the pizza sauce had cheese in it and the young man taking care of me confirmed it did. And I asked for none of the Italian herb dressing either. When I get my pizza I inspect it and I see it looks like it has like a ranch type sauce on it. I'm vegan. So i was disheartened to find this out. I had to throw the whole thing away. I was so mad. The place looks like a dump when you go in and it was hardly busy. good solid place stop for pizza when on a long distance drive up/down Interstate 5. the town is very small but the staff is friendly.

Ordered the chicken garlic pizza online and left a $5 tip with my order. Got my pizza without mushrooms with no call back to let me know they had no mushrooms so I could substitute. When I called to get some kind of credit for the blunder, I was offered 10% off my next order. Since the pizza cost $25 the $2.50 offered didn't even cover my cost for a topping which is $2.98. Without mushrooms and no other topping pizza was very oniony. Very dissatisfied! read more

I have been a long time customer of Round Table for over 20 years now. Last week I ordered the same two pizza's I always do - a medium Mau Zua with extra sauce on the side, and medium half cheese, half peperoni. I asked for extra sauce on the side. Before we were done with the order I said "please, please don't forget the sauce," to which the man replied "oh no, I won't, I am putting writing it on the ticket right now and putting it in the bag! Well, of course the pizza came and NO SAUCE! I called and explained I didn't get the sauce and they apologized and offered to drive some out. I told them no as I live too far away to come out here again. They offered a free pizza next time and I declined. I just wanted them to know they dropped the ball and maybe do better next time. Tonight I order the same two pizza's and again ask for extra sauce on the side. The man says no problem. I reminded him that last time they forgot. The man says "don't worry I am writing it down and putting it in the bag myself." I said thats what they did last time too. lol He promises it won't happen again. He asks what kind of sauce for my bread sticks and I said ranch. When the pizza came NO SAUCE AGAIN! And I had given the driver a $5.00 tip! SO I called back up and talked with a lady manager who was NOT nice. I explained what happened and she curtly told me that that was because the driver forgot the bag with the sauces in it! To which I replied "well what can we do to make sure this doesn't happen again?" She says, very quickly, "pay for it so its on the ticket!" I said "excuse me?" "I didn't realize I WASN'T paying for it?" I explained if I order something - like a certain pizza or bread sticks or a special type of sauce - I assume I AM PAYING for it! I asked her where then is my ranch dressing - did I pay for that? She was very rude with her replies and continued to explain to me that I am responsible for making sure that her driver brings me the right stuff. I asked to speak with the man manager and he attempted a weak explanation of why his lady manager was so rude! Needless to say - after 20 years of regular patronage my family will no longer be customers of this pizza establishment. There are of course many good ones in this town and I highly recommend you spend your money where it is appreciated and where customer service is still important! read more
