2.5 inch plastic filament in our pizza
G M.

My son found a 2.5 inch plastic filament in our pizza! Dangerous! He could have had major health problems.

Pepperoni pizza and food from the salad bar.

Round Table Pizza has always been my favorite pizza chain in Northern California. This location has never given me any problems in the 7+ years I've been a customer, and when it comes to pizza delivery, they always deliver my pizza on time. I was told that there's a new store manager that transferred from another location; let's hope he's at least as good as the previous guy. I usually just get a large pepperoni pizza from here, so there's nothing fancy to write about it, other than it's always warm and delicious. Lastly... While Round Table Pizza isn't the cheapest pizza chain, the ingredients they use help make up for the extra money you end up paying; I'd rather pay more for good pizza than pay less for bad pizza. I recommend this location to every pizza lover.

I did a quick Yelp search and was surprised (and excited!) to find LHL Malatang just under 10 minutes from home! The place wasn't busy at all when we got there, which meant no crowding at the buffet style section. I loved how smooth it was to grab all my favorite toppings without having to wait in line. Only minor letdown? There were only a few slices of beef left, so I opted for lamb instead but it still hit the spot. My bowl ended up being about $26, which honestly felt like a steal considering it was nearly 2 lbs of food. Definitely way more affordable than some other spots I've been to. I went with the mild beef bone broth but my Bestie got the sour spicy beef bone broth and wow, game changer. I kept sneaking sips from his bowl! Next time, that's definitely what I'm getting. Super flavorful and it lingered in the best way. All in all, I'm a fan. With how close it is to home, I can already tell this is going to be my new go to malatang fix. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area and to get their sour beef bone broth!

LHL is located in a giant strip mall near Crunch Fitness so warning that parking might be hectic during peak hours. The inside of the restaurant is super clean and sanitary, with a sanitation(?) cupboard for the bowls and tongs. All the ingredients were super fresh and the employees were constantly refilling any veggies or meats that were low. Their sauce bar is clean and well-stocked, however I did feel that their sesame sauce was watered down. I got the spicy bone broth in hot and I thought it had enough of a kick, but I could've gone spicier! My friend and I also felt that their broth didn't have enough of the richness/depth that we enjoy. I'll give them another visit in a few weeks to see if they work out the few kinks. They're offering 15% off your entire bill until mid May in celebration of their grand opening!

The combination of meat, veggies and the exterior crispy pancake created such an outstanding tasting effect. The lamb dish had one of the most tender meats I've tasted. The brown sugar sticky rice cake was soft inside and hard outside; with just the right amount of sweetness. Service was ok. They should've been kinder and more grateful. I liked how they have a sign posted on window saying that gratuity is at free will and you don't pay for the wrong dish they send to you. It showed accountability. That's why we keep coming back, for now.

There was no line for us to be seated. I was able to flag down a server to seat us since they seem to be extremely busy cleaning tables and servicing others. The hotpots are full of ingredients and the broth has always been tasty. Unfortunately, the meats seem to be overcooked. Prices have been going up over the years where only the monthly special is enticing for the value. Servers were friendly and checked in on us, but it took 25 minutes for our food to show up at our table after we ordered. The only consistent experience I've had are the oranges at the end of the meal. They are always amazingly sweet, juicy, and comes off the peel easily. I don't usually enjoy oranges, but I love the ones HomeEat offers! Will be back if in the area, but hope kitchen service will be quicker in the future.

WHAT AYCE Indian food from northern and southern India: chicken, fish, lamb, vegan, appetizers, desserts (plural!). Delicious! We tried stuff that we might never order in a regular Indian restaurant. COST $25 weekdays $28 weekends is VERY REASONABLE to me for a place that has no limit on what you can consume. We went on a Friday night, no time limit for us, but if they are super crowded I can see how they might put a time limit. FOOD 10/10 I wish I took a picture of the buffet line but I didn't want to be weird. There were so many choices, and several dessert items too, including soft serve ice cream, this place is a gem. Everything was awesome! They now have a breakfast buffet too, next time I'm back in the area I'd love to try that!

Not many renovations as you enter half the old bar seating area is the area in which their buffet is displayed. Alot of display's of happy hour promotions, catering, pricing which none reflected on aspect of the business or the other (website). Friday afternoon is apparently considered a weekend buffet even though there are many business's around for a quick biz lunch. So we were charged the 'weekend buffet' pricing per person. Around $28. The buffet is on the massive side. Northern, Southern and probably a couple other regions of Indian food. It's rare I get a Indian buffet with so many options. Was happy sambar was available, medu vada, idli's. But also tried out some dishes never heard of. Upon seating we were brought both naan and dosa. Coconut and tamarind chutney was a nice surprise also. Chicken option and fish were done well. I can't remember exactly what recipe as tried a lil taste of many, but the point is they cook their meat and fish well with great flavor balance. There were a handful of goat options also. Never had a chickpea salad like they offered nor bitter gourd pickle! Loved that chickpea salad. As for the bitter gourd pickle, it was a good pickle recipe but if familiar with bitter gourd, it was 'unique'. Too full for dessert but it does exist. It's on the keeper list.
