We sat down at a quiet booth, all the window seats were still full even after 8pm. It took some time for our server to bring menus, but our food arrived pretty fast once we ordered. We had the Chicken Garlic Pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised, because I think the pizza has really improved since my last visit. The crust is very light and fresh, and the pizza didn't weigh me down, it wasn't greasy at all. My only complaint would be that the pizza was somewhat dry, they went too light on the white sauce. I was going to ask for a side of sauce to dip our pizza in but by the time our server returned I had already had enough to eat. The prices aren't bad either. We will definitely be stopping at Cascade Pizza again when we are in the area.

Their server was nice and the right amount of attentive. Wow the lunch special menu is small. It had a good variety. I ordered a mini pizza with soda and a five piece chicken wing off of the lunch special menu. It was nice that she asked if I wanted the wings out first. I really liked the crunchy breading and mild heat of the chicken wings. I was disappointed to find very little meat on the bones and the wings/little legs were all very small. The pizza was really good. The crust was my favorite part of it. The lunch special #MIN pizza comes with two toppings and I had double Canadian bacon. The crust under the toppings was thin and soggy so everything slid off, unfortunately. I'm not sure how to rectify that because the crust was done perfectly and I like the amount of sauce and cheese and toppings on the pizza so I really don't know how they could avoid the soggy underneath part. Maybe they can figure that out. All in all, I thought that it was a fair price and I love their inside seating area and service.
