I am happy to see that they have lunch specials again. This is my first time back since they got rid of lunch specials and then they changed ownership. Their server was nice and the right amount of attentive. Wow the lunch special menu is small. It had a good variety. I ordered a mini pizza with soda and a five piece chicken wing off of the lunch special menu. It was nice that she asked if I wanted the wings out first. I really liked the crunchy breading and mild heat of the chicken wings. I was disappointed to find very little meat on the bones and the wings/little legs were all very small. The pizza was really good. The crust was my favorite part of it. The lunch special #MIN pizza comes with two toppings and I had double Canadian bacon. The crust under the toppings was thin and soggy so everything slid off, unfortunately. I'm not sure how to rectify that because the crust was done perfectly and I like the amount of sauce and cheese and toppings on the pizza so I really don't know how they could avoid the soggy underneath part. Maybe they can figure that out. All in all, I thought that it was a fair price and I love their inside seating area and service. They have an outdoor patio in back but it was so hot out that I didn't even ask about it. By the way, the air-conditioning was working great! read more

So sad that my last experience at this place was the worst it has ever been since we've made this our regular "special pizza" place everytime we have a pizza craving. We have ordered the same for many times - salad, yummy bread and the Hubb's pizza. It's the perfect amount to eat while there, but also enough for that "day old" pizza, but all changed. We ordered the same but the bread was undercooked. They were busier than normal, so i actually had to get up to find our server. I found a "server" and told him that the bread was not cooked, but i was told to look for the server that actually setved us at our table cause he couldn't do anything (but after he still came by our table to ask if we needed anything When our server came, i told her about our bread and she apologized. I told her i wanted to re-order but i was also told that the bread would take a very long time to make. The pizza was not the best either. Unfortunately, it was very sloppy. The ingredients were not distributed on the pizza evenly and it just was not the same. Hi, I would like to start with i live in Everett. We found Hubbs when we went for a drive and decided to stop there and loved it and when i wanted pizza we drove to Hubbs. Then one Saturday we decided to take a one of our kids that has not been there to show them how good it was so maybe they drive out there to get pizza and found it closed. We went online and it said it was permanently closed. SAD. Then two weeks ago we decided to see if we could find another good pizza place. I went online and found it said it was open. I called just to check. I was happy to hear that it was. So went out on 3/8/2026 and found that it wasn't like it was before. The service was not good. We were seated and given menu's and that was it. Other tables of people were seated after us and had drink orders and i bet they had there order for food in. I asked a bus person if we had a waitperson and he said he would get someone then he walked past us a few more times and still nobody to take our order. At that point i decided that if the service was like that we should just leave and find somewhere else to eat. Don't know if the food has changed because we never ordered. read more

We've always loved Hubbs and have always recommended them to others and we always get a large all meat and large Hubbs special. This time we were very disappointed that they've changed how they make them, it's noticeably made with less quality and tastes and looks cheaper. The large is now barely bigger than the medium size but also it's not Pan style anymore. It's more like a alfys style crust and not even close to as good. It's almost a thin crust. When you charge $34 a large, you better make it worth it and that's not even close to worth it. After 10 plus years of going to Hubbs, we will no longer be going there. And when you ask for a timed order, you'd hope for it to be done on time or atleast apologized to. I showed up at the time I called for and it was 15 minutes late and there wasn't a single customer in there so I'm not sure what the excuse is. read more

Considering I requested extra sauce and the pizza well done with toppings on top, there was very little sauce, the pepperoni was not crispy; although they got the on top part right. The salad was fine; nothing special but all ingredients were fresh. They included plenty of dressing, but unfortunately no parm or pepper flakes with my delivery order. My husband and I decided to stop at Hubb's Pizza and Pasta for dinner. My husband ordered the Hubb sub which is their version of a grinder with EXTRA meat which was 4.00 more added to the cost of the sub. I had a calzone. Our food came out in a timely manner so service was really good. No complaints on the calzone. My husband looked at his grinder and it was flat skimpy on the meat! $14.50 for just a normal sub and added extra meat for an additional $4.00 that is $18.50! My husband called a different waitress over and asked her if that was double meat and she said "yes that is how they come with the extra meat." There was barely any meat on it! Our waitress came back to the table and apologized and took the $4.00 off for the apparent extra meat we may or may not have gotten. For the money don't order the Hubb sub. If you want a grinder go to Rocket Alley and they are not stingy with the meat and they do not charge you extra and it is loaded for $12.00! Costco's roast beef sandwich is piled with the meat for less money as well. Management should be embarrassed sending that little Weiner of a sandwich out to a customer and charging $14.50 and an additional $4.00 for meat that is clearly not there. Disappointing for sure. Beautiful facility and good service. However, quality, quantity, and taste of the food resembled take out, average fast food chain. For example: Dinner is iceberg lettuce with a little bit of cheese on top and the blue cheese dressing looked and tasted liked it is straight out of the bottle. the Hubb sandwich hardly have any meat and full of mayonnaise. The meat in the sandwich it looked and tasted liked it came out of the bag from the Chef's store. Hubb Pizza is decent but not special. Price for the food was higher than average. TLDR: They burry the toppings with cheese on their pizzas. The first time we came we ordered a large pizza. Half garden special and half bbq chicken with an order of wings to go. The wings were fine, it comes with this blue cheese/ ranch blend which we didn't care for. Ranch or blue cheese options would be nice. But... The pizza was just awful. I thought it was cheddar cheese on top that's how burnt and yellow it was! They buried the toppings under all of this cheese. The whole thing tasted one note. I thought "who puts this much cheese covering all your toppings? Especially a veggie pizza". Ive never seen this before ever. I figured it must have been a mistake. We were so disappointed, especially since it's $24+ for a pizza. We live 20 minutes away and it was late and I had to feed everyone so we ate it. I called the restaurant and the manager was very polite and said they would comp our next pizza hence the 4 stars. I decided to order a pepperoni pizza this time because who can mess that up? Well once again the cheese is on top of everything essentially just steaming the pepperoni and layering it with rubbery cheese. The hostess let me know that's how they do things there. I don't understand what the other people here ordered because the pictures of their pizza looked so good. With the toppings on top even! The crust was good which isn't an easy task. This is the third time I have ordered from Hubbs. Pizza is mediocre. The toppings and cheese separate from the crust, it's as if toppings and cheese thrown on already baked crust. The mozzarella sticks were okay but the marinara dipping "sauce" was not sauce it was like water. Spaghetti and meatballs.....okay. Lack of cheese, flavor was off and was actually a bit spic. This time they left out my dinner salad and dressing and the time before that I did not receive 2 dinner salads and 2 dressings. With all that said I will get in my vehicle and drive to a pizza place that is better and I love. I door dashed every time I ordered from here as it was the closest pizza I could get. So today our family decided on going to Hubb's Pizza. We got there just after it had opened and it was nice and quiet... until this other family came in to which they were extremely rude. There was only one person working as the waitress and Hostess, as she brought our drinks another family came in to pickup a togo order and she said she would return but as she went to return the rude family insisted she come to them first. We gladly waited though as we knew by doing anything might stress her out more plus we figured she would come to us right after and still put our orders in at the same time to which she did. To say the least we felt she did a wonderful job and handed the matter very professionally. Now for the food, there starter salads are awesome a good amount of food and fresh. As for the pizza, I felt this pizza not only looked amazing but tasted as well. My only minor complaint I would say is we ordered the largest pizza they had but it felt a little small 8 slices and barely fed our family of 5 2 young kids my mother in law my wife and I. However, if you put quality of food over the size then this is a top notch pizza. the pizza is filled with toppings as you can see in the picture and the taste is amazing. Overall I would recommend checking this place out just be aware when ordering the largest pizza if you got a decent size group you might want to double that order. read more

So I had to sit there and watch my friends and husband eat while I waited for them to correct my pizza. How embarrassing. How hard is it to not add a item. We planned my sister's surprise birthday dinner at this location yesterday, and it was amazing. Many tables put together and tables along the sides, perfect for cake and presents. It was a perfect secluded area for a party. The staff, especially Aubrey was so so helpful. She made sure all of us had drinks, refills, anything we needed. She was on it constantly asking if we need anything and had amazing customer service and was so friendly. She even stored our birthday cake in the fridge and brought it out after dinner. She really made our party and experience extremely welcoming and smooth. The food was great. We will definitely be back. I went to visit my aunt and her man for T-Day in Oso and we failed to bring home enough food for dinner the day before so we ended up coming here for dinner. Plenty of parking, comfortable ambience and the hosts are plenty hospitable, but my main complaint is just that the pizza has no taste. I got the #6 small with spinach, olives, ricotta, and tomato sauce. The crust is slightly thick and brushed with either butter or olive oil to render it nice and golden. The part that had toppings was mediocre but I was amazed that the crust had 0 flavor. It was like biting into thin air. Very strange. I heated up the last half as leftovers but sitting in the frig didn't change the experience. I'm glad locals appreciate this place, but I just couldn't. read more

It was too late to go back and the family has to eat. So we ate it anyway. The toppings are good, and that was the extent of things. The crust has no flavor and seems more like over priced Pizza Hut. To boot, there was almost no sauce on the pizza. The one star is for the fact they allowed me to walk out of the store with something I would have sent back to the kitchen if I was dining in. I was really excited about this place! We don't have a lot of good sit down dinner places out here and we were hoping Hubb's would be our new family spot. We will definitely give it another shot later down the road, but as far as opening nights, this was a bust. :( The marinara on the pizza was spicy (and I love heat!) but so spicy my kids couldn't even eat it. They do not have a kids menu, yet they call themselves a kid-friendly restaurant...? I feel pizza is ALL about the crust, and that too was a disappointment. The cheese was all mozzarella and no flavor (especially in contrast to the sauce) I hesitate to criticize the service too heavily because it was obviously much crazier than anticipated for a Sunday night Grand Opening. My server, Casey, was super nice and helpful, however! All in all, the pizza needs a little balance in flavor. The staff needs some extra support in the kitchen. There appeared to be no hostess or greeter...just a waitress that seemed distracted. So sad....when you walk in and see the seating area I was reminded of a cheap spec house rec room. Very generic, plain and cold. No personality, nothing unique or interesting about it. Clean, yes it was.....so there is one positive. There was a Birthday party of approximately 12 - 14 and that table dominated one of the waitresses. That makes sense. The other waitress (our waitress) was either new, untrained, or had some personal issues distracting her from her primary function: greet us, makes us feel welcome, attend to us, inform us of any specials, and first thing get a drink order and serve drinks in a timely manner. I had to find her in the kitchen area a couple times, once to say we were ready to order drinks, and once to ask for a second drink. We had to go looking for the waitress when we were ready to order food.....at this point we are almost an hour in.... We ordered one large pizza and sausage tortellini. The food took almost 40 minutes to appear and the tortellini we ordered had somehow become penne pasta and the sausage was in the form of "pellets". That is the only way I can describe it. I had seen cooked ground sausage in small irregular chunks, I had seen sausage in slices like from braut or some such tubular form, but I had never seen sausage pellets. Perfectly uniform pellets. The pesto sauce was sparse leaving the dish quite dry. There was only small packets of Parmesan cheese to top the dish with. The waitress apologized about the penne mix-up and replaced the pasta dish, it was just as uninspiring as the first incorrect dish. The pizza was actually pretty darn good. My main complaint was it was cut in 6 irregular sized slices. A large pizza cut into 6 slices. It messed with my sense of balance. A couple pieces were huge and we tried to cut them with the butter knife at the table, with no success. The overall experience was not great. Not quite at the level of terrible, but it was bad. In an effort to remedy the awful experience our waitress comp'd the drinks. That was very nice and helped a bit. We would have definitely preferred a great experience. We left a ~15% gratuity anyway and hope management will read this review and get a clue. I have seen other similar reviews and I am not sure there is hope. We are foodies and we love and really like lots of various foods, and establishments. We write in hope of helping, even saving a poor or mediocre establishment from demise. We need more local owned quality restaurants with either excellent unique food selection, OR an excellent take on what we already like about other establishments, or there is really no reason to come back. There are too many excellent Pizza and Pasta establishments already in the area, which I will not name. We hope the management finds this review instructive and helpful. Not a slam! We LOVE Hubb's pizza! The crust is delicious and possibly the best I've ever had. I'm Obsessed with their BBQ chicken pizza I am one of those weirdos that likes pineapple on pizza and it's my absolute favorite from this restaurant! This is a great pizza restaurant. They also serve subs and fish and chips and other food. The 2 people I encountered when entering the restaurant were pleasant and professional. I ordered a 14 inch 2-topping pizza for $17.99. It was a delicious pizza with a great pan like crust. We asked for napkins and the gentlemen (maybe owner) offered plates and forks. As I sat waiting for the pizza, I asked if they sold bottled drinks for take out (they do not) he then asked me if I would like some water. That was very considerate. We will be back. I asked about the pictures hanging on the walls. Customers take a (clean, unused) box on their travels and forward the pictures back to Hubbs. He then prints these Canvas pictures and hangs them on the wall. Really cool idea!! We really enjoyed the pizza and will be back! I do suggest eating in the restaurant. There are only 2 good Italian eateries in north Snohomish county. One in Stanwood and one in my home town of Arlington. Hubs salads are fresh and satisfying for a starter. The pizzas, sliders, Italian cheesy bread with jalepenjos will OPEN your eyes. Being a resident of Arlington, we attend here quite often as the staff is friendly and the service is great. They even have a private room you can request for groups and/or family dinner meet ups. I am glad they are here to provide options in town other than a burger. read more
