    Chili Cheese Hot Dog $9
    Jenn M.

Long wait, overpriced food for the quality. We are pretty easy when it comes to food, but this place is a no go. There is no menu, no descriptions, no images. I ordered a deluxe burger for $7 and this is what I got. My wife ordered a chili dog and paid an extra $1 for cheese and it was just slices of American cheese. Everything is just frozen food at outlandish prices. Our order: Small Onion Rings Large Fry Deluxe Burger Chili Cheese Dog Hot Dog Total: $33

Owner! Took time to chat with me and they did take excellent care of me! Thank you all!

Love the latest owners. Truly have a compassion for customer service and community! Will be supporting them!

The Fountain Drive-In in old town Arlington is open for business. We've been here in the past usually for their very generous scoops of ice cream servings for the kids. Today I ordered the Jumbo Burger with cheese (extra $.75) through the drive thru. It was prepared fresh and surprisingly the drive thru line moved reasonably fast. I wolfed down the burger on the drive home and it was yummy. Great double meat, lettuce, tomato, onion and melty cheese. Delish! We love supporting small local businesses so I encourage you guys to try this place when in the area. It's a great stop for some grub on the way to the Darrington/Burlington areas. Thanks for being open during the pandemic, guys! #thankyouthursday

BAD FOOD / DO NOT RECOMMEND

First time here, last time here. Should have went to Nutty's down the road but thought we would be supportive of the local businesses. Would you believe this order cost $30? Plus a five dollar tip, yeah $35.00.......Was it worth it? Not worth it! Horrible food: Store bought frozen chicken and burger patties. The burger and chicken patties were drenched in mayonnaise. Supposed to be a butterscotch milkshake but straight up tasted like vanilla. Supposed to be a chocolate milkshake but straight up taste like vanilla. The portion of fries are laughable and the onion rings are downright disgusting full of bad grease, I might as well have ate a handful of old Grease. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. You would think this place would be more inclined to review their business especially if they have been in business since 1961. Not doing well.

Price is way too high for food that is sub-par. There is also incredibly slow service for simple items.

I was able to find parking right out front. There were several people socializing outside and various parties seated inside. There is a large main dining area, as well as, additional seating off to the side from the entrance. Decent natural light, assorted seating configurations, and very clean. Upon entry, one sees the pastry case filled with fresh baked items, including items that are noted as gluten free. I glanced and didn't see anything savory for breakfast during this visit, but selected a giant cherry danish for The Homie. When I arrived at home, I measured the widest diameter, it was seven inches across, which was pretty impressive. There are also spigots for self serve ice cream and frozen yogurt against one wall. There is quite the vast assortment of toppings to customize your frozen treat. I'm sure this place is very crowded during warmer months. I also got a 16oz mocha, no whip, to go. Featured coffee roasts are from Whidbey Coffee. Very welcoming counter person/barista, who crafted a very tasty mocha. This kept me warm later while I waited in line at another business further down State. Great indie cafe destination since 2016. Took me a decade to check out The Creamery. But better late, than never.

These tiny tastes from heaven were absolutely delightful and delicious - pure joy in every bite! We ordered three types of mini cupcakes, one dozen of each baked with traditional flour, and one dozen of each with gluten free. The cake of each variety was incredibly moist and tender, a perfect sponge that practically melted in the mouth. This is an achievement worthy of accolades! The stars of the party were the rich, custom-made German chocolate cupcakes. These were a special request, the favorite of the birthday celebrant. A broad age range of discerning foodies raved about these delectable treats. The second, vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream that were artfully frosted to resemble sunflowers, which added such an imaginative and charming touch to the celebration. The third, chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. The sheer balance of flavors is noteworthy. The richness was there, and it never overwhelmed; the sweetness was present, and it wasn't dominant. It was a harmonious symphony of buttery, chocolatey, sugary perfection. Each cupcake was a tiny work of art, beautifully crafted and almost too pretty to eat. Almost. As you can see in the picture, a few were eaten before a photo could be snapped. What a good problem to have! These scrumptious creations also thoughtfully incorporated the themes of the party. Weaving together baking, decorating, and listening are a very rare and welcomed set of gifts, which generate top-notch expertise in their craft. I highly recommend The Creamery Co. for any special occasion.

It was so crowded! The service itself wasn't great which is saying something given there are no servers. You wait in line and order at the front, then you find a table (if you're lucky) and they bring the food out to you. Last Saturday, our cashier was a young blonde female and she genuinely seemed miserable. An incredibly unwelcoming presence and that followed with similar service by the rest of the staff. It was odd given the very minimal interactions most people probably have with the staff to begin with. The food is good. If you want a burger and fries and some huge onion rings, this is your place. It's not an out of this world burger and definitely not a place I'd recommend because of the food itself but the atmosphere. It's really what makes this restaurant so fun. It wasn't the food and definitely not the customer service for me. It was the atmosphere. Therefore, I probably won't go back. Food service is one of the hardest jobs in my opinion and I don't want to ever take my family and friend back to a place where I felt like an inconvenience just ordering my food. Disappointing and at the same time, check it out. Maybe it'll be different when you go. I'm hoping so!
