This is not my favorite round table. Sad, dark, rundown, and filled with employees who seem as though they'd rather be anywhere else. The pizza is edible but easily the worst I've ever gotten from a round table. Last time I tried to get a pizza there I arrived at the specified pick up time and despite the restaurant being empty and basically nothing going on in there my pizza hadn't even been started yet. I just left and bought a frozen pizza at luckys that I'm absolutely positive was better than what I would have gotten at this gross round table. read more

Walked in and ordered a pizza at 4:37, they told me it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes.....45 minutes later it was ready. Sad thing is there was myself and one other couple just before me in the place the whole time. Their pizza came out two minutes before mine. They must prioritize the call in orders over the walk ins. We use to order from here every week but the pizza is so inconsistent one week it's good the other week it's burnt and the flowing week under cooked and they can't even cut up the pizza evenly I will never spend my money here again! My order usually over 30 dollars every time I given them a chance thinking it will be better well it's not! I done with this place! The worst experience we have ever had with Round Table. Called around 4:45 yesterday to order a delivered pizza , person who took the order didn't know how to process the credit card gave him the card information and pizza information numerous times before he got it correct ordered a large King Arthur Supreme and told him I had the $19.99 coupon. Ten minutes later he finally got the order done and said it would arrive in 45 minutes. The order arrived in 35 minutes, we gave him the coupon a cash tip and took the pizza, after he left we realized he didn't give us a receipt. When we opened the box it was the worst looking pizza we have ever seen dried out with a lot of pepperoni and green peppers no tomatoes, no sausage and some dried out mushrooms. Checked my statement and they charged me $28.59! read more

Before you go to pick up your pizza, call first and make sure they haven't forgotten to make it. That's what happened to me. I ordered online so I could put in writing what I wanted on each side of the pizza. When I went to get it, they hadn't started it. Had to go back and then when I finally opened it at home, it was all the same. They didn't make it to order at all. I was too tired to go back a third time so I took it back the next day for my money back or a gift card. The manager refused. She said I could have a new pizza made right then or a credit for just that location. We didn't even get pizza.. because no one cared that we walked in. One server was sitting down watching TV... saw us..heard us.. but didn't acknowledge us. There were NO other customers in the restaurant! I saw and heard others in the back.. but no one came to help us.. so we left. I guess they are doing so well that they don't need customers. I am beyond disappointed by the customer service that this place has. When ask to speak to someone in regards to a messed up order by a misunderstanding of the use their Terms I was transferred to 3 different people. The last person whom I spoke to was the Manager "Noah". He was very Rude and was referring to my parentals as if he was talking to my 16 year old who picked up the pizza when he was actually taking to the parent directly. (I don't appreciate being talk to like that nor do I appreciate them talking to my daughter like that if that was the case). When I told the manager that I couldn't eat the pizza he didn't care to make it right and basically just said ok and hung up. I work all over the area and was in Marina today and saw the restaurant open for the lunch buffet. I decided to stop in and immediatley fellt a little concernd by both the run down exterior and interior appearance as well as "ghetto" decor and level of cleanliness. I pressed on. The pizza buffet was very poorly stocked the whole time and it was quite clear they had deliberately decided to only put the cheapest of the pizzas they make available on the buffet. The drink selection is good featuring hawaiin punch, dr. pepper, and the usual caudry of pepsi products. I wouldn't go back when the round table in Watsonville is much better food. read more

I really tried giving this round table so many chances, but I'm finally done. The long wait times and hold times on the phone mentioned by previous reviews is true, but that's not what bothers me about this place. Every time I go to pick up my pizza, the customer service is the worst. The employees stand around and talk to their friends (who come in to chit chat and reminisce) and completely forget about the customer. They're so focused on talking with their friends that I've encountered many mistakes. They get my order wrong at the register, charge me for different things, give me the wrong pizza at pick up. I have to pay very close attention because something is ALWAYS wrong. read more

Where do we start? Have been going to Round Table for most of my 39 years of life. This particular round table when I walked in 3/4 of the tables had not been bussed, to the staffs defense Monday night football was on and the place was not extremely busy, but the takeout drivers were in and out my whole dining experience. 1- ordering was a challenge cashier looked baffled that I was placing an order. First beer I ordered all foam so she dumped it out and tried again all foam again. So we decided on another selection that was ice cold, the cashier was in need of some training for her job but the facility was not in great shape to assist her in anyway. 2 50 dollars for 2 pizza (with a 12.99 coupon) and a beer seemed a little outrageous. But I guess even for pizza better bring the big boy wallet. 3. Pizza was average at best after a 20-30 minute wait. 4. So next time I see that many dirty tables I will take a trip to mountain mikes or for that money drive to the California pizza kitchen. read more

This Marina location is our favorite. We come here every Friday. The staff is super nice to us. Our favorite pizza is the Maui Zaui with Polynesian sauce. Never been disappointed yet. We always pick up because we live a few minutes away, so I have never used the delivery service. read more

I called in an order for pick up, just to grab and eat before a doctor's appointment and busy evening. They said 20 minutes, but when I showed up in 30, it still was not made. So unable to wait for them to finally make my pizza (only a large pepperoni... Very simple) I left. Not only is the pizza expensive but they left their customer starving. I am yelping due to the fact that on Aug.15th I placed an online order and shortly after the unforseen happened we had a rolling black out. Shortly after power was restored about 45 min. I called to find out about a refund. The girl that answered immediately and rudely said We're closed....i explained if they were going to refund me for the pizza I ordered online. She said she voided it and my money would be in my account in 5 days...fast forward to 5 days I go to round table pizza since my money $67.61 was not back in my acct. This time I spoke with a young guy that said I'll have the owner call you tomorrow this was Aug.20th....on Aug. 21st around 1pm cause I still had not heard from owner so I call and get the rude girl again explaining that I still have not received my money nor has owner called and she says well I refunded it.....so I preceded to tell her if owner does not call I'm making a police report for stolen money and calling coreperate. Mind you I then get a call from the owner and he makes excuses for the girl that she just voided it and didnt reverse charges. So the owner tells me my money will be in my acct on Tues 8/25 he called his credit card company. Well its now 8/25 and I still do not have my money and called him again and he says oh I just guessed tues since they said a couple of days.....this is not acceptable service from them its been 10 day..... read more

My family and I went in today for the "All-You-Can-Eat Pizza Buffet" they offer for $6.99. I thought that it would be great since I have ordered from Round Table Pizza before and had decent pizza. I was mistaken. The pizza buffet was supposed to begin at 11:00 am, but when I went in at 11:05, there was no pizza to be seen anywhere. I asked if the buffet was going on and the cashier said it was, but that they cook the pizza when people arrive so it is hot. I decided that it might be worth the wait when she assured me it would only take 6 minutes to get the pizza out. I just filled up on the (rather poor selection) salad bar. 15 minutes later, ONE single small pepperoni pizza was put onto the bar. 10 minutes later, a basket of about 4 very BURNT cinnamon twists were laid beside the pizza (that was now mostly gone) and another 5 minutes later, 6 small garlic twists were laid out. 10 minutes after that, just when I decided I'd had enough of this nonsense, they put out a chicken and cheese pizza. They dont pride themselves on customer service either. I went to the counter to ask for a new salad bowl and was completely ignored by the cashier, who refused to even acknowledge that I was at the counter, as she chatted on the phone, so I just helped myself from a stack of bowls on the counter. Overall, I would say this was a waste of time and money. This whole ordeal made me late for an appointment. read more

How is it you run out of cheese on a weekend. Just tried to order pizza and they told us they ran out of cheese.

First time at this round table. Ordered through the phone about 10-15 minutes before I arrived to pick up and paid. She said a few more minutes and the pizzas will be done. 45 minutes go by. We have ordered a sodas in this time waiting and then finally we ask about the pizzas and she says oh I didn't know you were here they have been ready... We got nothing in return for her not seeing is sitting right in front of the cashier. I will not be going back to that terrible customer service. read more

normally i love round table..... this time it was a complete disaster. my kids wouldnt even eat it. i called and told the girl and she chuckled like its a joke o do u qant to talk to my supervisor. i then talked to the supervisor who offered a 15% discount next order or remake or refund. i told her im not looking for a refund discount or remake just was calling to let them know what a disgrace it was. i declined the refund and discount and will not be ordering from marina round table again. ever. costco outshines them and its bigger and better. never should a 32 dollar pizza outdo a 10 dollar pizza. lord take marina round tables, tables bc they pizza wasnt even round like it should of been. they should be called round fraud read more

Reserved the backroom for a graduation party. When we arrived the space had other customers already in it. It was not cleaned. We had to wipe tables down and pick large trash off the floor. Ordered multiple large pizzas which tasted okay but was unable to purchase pitchers of beer. Every beer choice except Bud and Coors was out. Salad bar was horrible. Salads with mayo, potato and pasta were old and yellow. Yuck. Service was okay. Woman at counter was friendly. All in all the experience was horrifying and disappointing.
