During my wifes lunch today we decided that we were trying to eat something quickly because she only had an hour to eat lunch before she had to get back to work. So we decided to go to The Pizza Factory and right when we walked in, we were actually looking for a Buffet and we noticed that place didnt have one and plus they were really busy so we just walked out. Then we headed to Taylors and because they were busy we decided well, lets go to Round Table Pizza and eat their buffet, in hoping that they had one. Well to our surprise they did but while it was small, it was satisfying none the less. So we got 2 Buffets which included the Salad Bar, the Pizza Buffet and 2 drinks. I got to the Salad Bar and let me tell you I was very impressed by what was offered. Besides the lettuce mix you got a choice of ham, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, cucumbers, mushrooms and much much more. Well I created a salad, then went to the Pizza Buffet (As small as it is) and grabbed the BBQ Pizza and then the Sausage and Pepperoni pizza. I had 2 slices of Pizza and Salad and then I grabbed my drink a Wild Cherry Pepsi. I'm very impressed by this place because 1, while the Buffet was a bit small, the staff was very friendly and even though there were dishes on the tables, which gave me the indication that they were a good place to eat at because others had eaten there too, I'll most certainly come back. The only thing I can say is that I'd be further impressed by this Round Table if the Pizza Buffet cart was a bit bigger. Everything was good none-the-less. read more

So this was our Maui Zowie pizza tonight, our children came over to eat the pizza because they were hungry but it totally fell short on toppings. This is not our normal Maui Zowie. We have come here for many sporting event get togethers. A nice gentleman named Gerard has helped us a couple past times but tonight I got there before the crowd came (Friday night) and was able to witness his work ethic. Gerard kept his cool the whole night, no matter what anyone's requests were and even through the kids asking to make change for a dollar. Thanking Manager! Delivery now through Door Dash. Order 2 pizza's and concerned about delivery some 20 minutes after stated delivery time. Door Dash delivery guy delivered the pizza but no knock or door bell. Pizza sat outside for over 25 minutes and rain started to hit the boxes. Called store and MANAGER answered. Messed up our mobile order. We ordered three pizzas 2 came No help when you called the store.

Unfortunately the Loomis round table lost thousands of dollars of my business. I get pizza almost one a week but me & my wife will never agree so we always get a half & half, unfortunately this round table will not let you use coupons on half & half orders. This bothers me enough to not even eat there at all. The way I found this out is I ordered $30ish online & they tried to compound the order & rip me off with a $50 plus bill. With so many pizza choices in the area I'm not sure why the push away their loyal customers. They must be doing well in the market to not care. I have been eating at other round tables for decades, the service & management have been spot on. I would even stop by round tables 10+ miles away on my way home because of the amazing specials. THIS PLACE WAS A GODSEND! My family and I were struggling to find a location to hold a gathering after a funeral. Places could either not handle the number of people or it was just too expensive. Albeit, Roundtable was not our first choice (sorry!), we are so glad that it worked out this way! We were able to book the party hall last minute. Despite that, everything went smoothly! The pizzas were made hot and fresh! And they were delicious! The location fit our party easily, even after we spilled over into the main dining area. Everything was clean and we couldn't ask for a better experience! The thing I am most grateful for was the customer service. Before we could ask for more, Gehard (so sorry if I misspelled your name!) was on top of everything. He was so pleasant and accommodating. He knew exactly what we would need and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything while we were tending to the guest. even with the minor issues we had, he had a solution. I cannot say thank you enough to him for all of his hard work. I have to give a special shout-out to the staff in the back, Dylan and Stephen (again, sorry if it is spelled wrong!). I have been to this Loomis round table twice. The first time was not the best but we decided to order pizza for pickup again rom there and this time was absolutely horrible. I ordered two pizzas. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:35pm. We arrived to pick up the pizza and it was not ready. Normally if it was a little after that time like 10 mins or even 15mins it wouldn't have been that big of a deal. We waiting about 45mins and then when we got the pizza they gave us the wrong order. Luckily we notice before we left so we went back in and told them the order was wrong. We then had to wait an additional 15 mins. We finally ended up getting our order at around 6:30pm. The staff did not offer a soda while we wait for the pizza. They didn't provide us any coupons or discounts for the extended wait. We did over hear them telling other customers that they were running an hour behind. There were others also waiting for their orders and we frustrated as well. After this experience I will never be going back to this location. For the amount of money spent on the pizza and then to have the horrible service it is not worth it. I honestly do not recommend for anyone to go to this location as you will most likely be waiting for long periods of time to get your orders and you will not receive good service. read more

Last night was sad. Round Table was my favorite pizza for years. My son and I ordered a King Arthur Supreme for pickup. When the box lid was raised for inspection most of the ingredients had ended up on one-half of the pizza. The manager, a very dedicated young woman who has worked there for years, immediately saw the problem and offered to re-make the pizza herself. We had just come from the grocery store next door, and had just placed ice cream and chocolate bars in the car, and it was 95 degrees outside so we couldn't wait. She very kindly offered to have the remade pizza delivered to my home. Perhaps 15 minutes later a very polite young man arrived with the remade pizza. When he opened the lid the cheese and ingredients had all stuck to the top of the box. Whoever boxed it forgot to put the little plastic table in the middle to keep this from happening. We didn't think this would change the taste much so we accepted it... Unfortunately the second pizza was not only ugly, it didn't taste like it should have. Please make sure you check your receipt if you've used a credit card. Picked up 1large pizza Saturday evening and paid with my credit card. The piazza was $35.46. And walked out with pizza, but no receipt and wasn't asked if I wanted my receipt. Took the pizza home and received a text on my phone while eating. After eating I checked my text and it was from my credit card co. alerting me that I had a charge or hold from round table for $992.36!! I immediately called the pizza parlor and explained what happened. The manager found the charge slip and said he would send a credit to the credit card company. Sunday morning went to the pizza parlor and asked how this might have happened. No explanation, was asked if we tipped $9? Received an apology and the statement that I must have put wrong numbers in while using my card!! First of all, I don't enter a PIN when using my credit card and I 'm never the one that enters the amount of the charge! I have been refunded the difference by the credit card company, glad I used that and not an ATM card, which would have taken the money immediately. My daughter and I came in for lunch at 1200 on a Friday and one other person was inside. We ordered one medium combo/pepperoni pizza, one side salad and one fountain drink. The total was over $37 dollars. After I was able to breathe again I payed. The employee was nice, but when he brought us the pizza he informed us that extra ranch was yet another cost. The pizza was just ok, but for the price it sucked. We all want to support our local restaurants, but they must have forgotten that the customers are also hurting for money and shouldn't be gouged.
