During my wifes lunch today we decided that we were trying to eat something quickly because she only had an hour to eat lunch before she had to get back to work. So we decided to go to The Pizza Factory and right when we walked in, we were actually looking for a Buffet and we noticed that place didnt have one and plus they were really busy so we just walked out. Then we headed to Taylors and because they were busy we decided well, lets go to Round Table Pizza and eat their buffet, in hoping that they had one. Well to our surprise they did but while it was small, it was satisfying none the less. So we got 2 Buffets which included the Salad Bar, the Pizza Buffet and 2 drinks. I got to the Salad Bar and let me tell you I was very impressed by what was offered. Besides the lettuce mix you got a choice of ham, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, cucumbers, mushrooms and much much more. Well I created a salad, then went to the Pizza Buffet (As small as it is) and grabbed the BBQ Pizza and then the Sausage and Pepperoni pizza. I had 2 slices of Pizza and Salad and then I grabbed my drink a Wild Cherry Pepsi. I'm very impressed by this place because 1, while the Buffet was a bit small, the staff was very friendly and even though there were dishes on the tables, which gave me the indication that they were a good place to eat at because others had eaten there too, I'll most certainly come back. The only thing I can say is that I'd be further impressed by this Round Table if the Pizza Buffet cart was a bit bigger. Everything was good none-the-less. read more

What a great last minute lunch! The two employees I saw were very nice and helpful. It was not busy, but clearly was busy before I arrived as tables were dirty, but cleared by the time I left. Everything inside looked great. The pizza and salad were delicious! read more

So this was our Maui Zowie pizza tonight, our children came over to eat the pizza because they were hungry but it totally fell short on toppings. This is not our normal Maui Zowie. Barely any bacon bits, maybe 3 bits on the whole entire pizza. Crust was thin and not bubbly. We are locals and frequent this Round Table often. This looks like something comparable to little Caesar's. It was late and after a long day our family was looking forward to this. Super disappointed. read more

First time here was a better experience the pizza had some variety. But the second visit wasn't great $55 for two adults and two kids for their lunch buffet and all they brought out was pepperoni and white sauce chicken. We waited for a bit hoping he would bring out something else but it was another round of pepperoni and white sauce chicken. The gentleman that helped us (blonde guy) was nice but was standing around on his phone while there was plenty of dirty tables so it seemed messy. The Buffet definitely wasn't not worth the price I can go to Costco down the street for $9 if I wanted just pepperoni. read more

Held a meeting here for about 15 people they have a separate meeting room that you can reserve great pizza as always, soda machine, plenty of parking in the lot (next to Raleys) and friendly weight staff. No patio. Some daily specials and occasionally an online coupon. read more

We have come here for many sporting event get togethers. A nice gentleman named Gerard has helped us a couple past times but tonight I got there before the crowd came (Friday night) and was able to witness his work ethic. Gerard kept his cool the whole night, no matter what anyone's requests were and even through the kids asking to make change for a dollar. He was very helpful with everything that we needed for our baseball teams get together and families attending. also I did notice when we came in that the area was clean and well kept where previous times has not been. Keep up the good work guys! thanks for the great service Gerard! read more

Round Table Pizza is our favorite, and today the young woman (mid-20's?) who served us our "to go" order at noon is a fabulous employee. I have never met a RTP employee who planned and organized plates, etc. to expedite service during busy times. She was efficient, smiled readily, and offered very quick service. read more

The pizzas are good. Ingredients are fresh. Staff is friendly. They could use with a remodel to their restaurant.

I would like to start off by saying my family and I have always been a huge round table fan. Unfortunately after our experience last Thursday, I will never able it eat it again. One of the most disgusting, horrible things happened. We ordered a pizza and had it delivered. Upon my family sitting down to scarf down our first slice, my oldest son felt something hard in his It was a TOOTH! I immediately checked his mouth and found all of his teeth were in tact. I then called round table and was told that corporate would be reaching out to my family. I have yet to hear from them. I am extremely disappointed, my son is now traumatized to eat pizza (which was his favorite food) and I will never eat pizza again after thinking about this disgusting occurrence. read more

There was hair in my bite of pizza when I ordered... it was 100$ for 2 pizzas and 12 garlic bread sticks, way to overpriced I'll never in my life go to this place, I rarely write reviews so I mean hopefully that will set it on how bad of a experience this was. read more

Thanking Manager! Delivery now through Door Dash. Order 2 pizza's and concerned about delivery some 20 minutes after stated delivery time. Door Dash delivery guy delivered the pizza but no knock or door bell. Pizza sat outside for over 25 minutes and rain started to hit the boxes. Called store and MANAGER answered. He was amazing in immediately offering new pizza's or a full credit. I want to thank the Manager for his outstanding service to his store and the Round Table restaurant. I understand he is paying the price for Door Dash and their problematic delivery service. read more

Messed up our mobile order. We ordered three pizzas 2 came No help when you called the store.

Unfortunately the Loomis round table lost thousands of dollars of my business. I get pizza almost one a week but me & my wife will never agree so we always get a half & half, unfortunately this round table will not let you use coupons on half & half orders. This bothers me enough to not even eat there at all. The way I found this out is I ordered $30ish online & they tried to compound the order & rip me off with a $50 plus bill. With so many pizza choices in the area I'm not sure why the push away their loyal customers. They must be doing well in the market to not care. I have been eating at other round tables for decades, the service & management have been spot on. I would even stop by round tables 10+ miles away on my way home because of the amazing specials. I will check in every couple years to see if the management changes. read more

Always great customer service and the most consistently great tasting pizzas from this location. THIS PLACE WAS A GODSEND! My family and I were struggling to find a location to hold a gathering after a funeral. Places could either not handle the number of people or it was just too expensive. Albeit, Roundtable was not our first choice (sorry!), we are so glad that it worked out this way! We were able to book the party hall last minute. Despite that, everything went smoothly! The pizzas were made hot and fresh! And they were delicious! The location fit our party easily, even after we spilled over into the main dining area. Everything was clean and we couldn't ask for a better experience! The thing I am most grateful for was the customer service. Before we could ask for more, Gehard (so sorry if I misspelled your name!) was on top of everything. He was so pleasant and accommodating. He knew exactly what we would need and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything while we were tending to the guest. even with the minor issues we had, he had a solution. I cannot say thank you enough to him for all of his hard work. I have to give a special shout-out to the staff in the back, Dylan and Stephen (again, sorry if it is spelled wrong!). We ordered 19 pizzas and they all came out amazing! You can tell that even as they worked fast, they took pride in their work. Ya'll are amazing and I cant thank yall enough! read more

How hard is it to follow the basic request of an online order? Small pizza, single topping, requested heavy red sauce. Instead it's damn near dry. Glad I paid the extra for a side of sauce or it would be inedible. Not the first time (or second or third) they've totally botched this simple request (heavy sauce) but it's the last. We won't be back. read more

I have been to this Loomis round table twice. The first time was not the best but we decided to order pizza for pickup again rom there and this time was absolutely horrible. I ordered two pizzas. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:35pm. We arrived to pick up the pizza and it was not ready. Normally if it was a little after that time like 10 mins or even 15mins it wouldn't have been that big of a deal. We waiting about 45mins and then when we got the pizza they gave us the wrong order. Luckily we notice before we left so we went back in and told them the order was wrong. We then had to wait an additional 15 mins. We finally ended up getting our order at around 6:30pm. The staff did not offer a soda while we wait for the pizza. They didn't provide us any coupons or discounts for the extended wait. We did over hear them telling other customers that they were running an hour behind. There were others also waiting for their orders and we frustrated as well. After this experience I will never be going back to this location. For the amount of money spent on the pizza and then to have the horrible service it is not worth it. I honestly do not recommend for anyone to go to this location as you will most likely be waiting for long periods of time to get your orders and you will not receive good service. read more

It's always really difficult to rate franchised restaurants. Nothing stood out at this particular Round Table Pizza; both good and bad. Sad to say .. but the customer service is nonexistent here. What a disappointing place all around. Had a large order and was not treated very well. Had a pick up order and they didn't believe me for whatever reason. They called back after I placed the phone order for pick up ... just to verify it was really me. When I asked the guy why he was calling he laughed and said they just told him to call me to verify it was my order. When I arrived to pick up my order they hadn't put it in the oven .. my guess is they still didn't believe it. All in all ... I offered to pay ahead and it wasn't accepted due to taking a " credit card over the phone policy". My pizza should have been made without question read more

Last night was sad. Round Table was my favorite pizza for years. My son and I ordered a King Arthur Supreme for pickup. When the box lid was raised for inspection most of the ingredients had ended up on one-half of the pizza. The manager, a very dedicated young woman who has worked there for years, immediately saw the problem and offered to re-make the pizza herself. We had just come from the grocery store next door, and had just placed ice cream and chocolate bars in the car, and it was 95 degrees outside so we couldn't wait. She very kindly offered to have the remade pizza delivered to my home. Perhaps 15 minutes later a very polite young man arrived with the remade pizza. When he opened the lid the cheese and ingredients had all stuck to the top of the box. Whoever boxed it forgot to put the little plastic table in the middle to keep this from happening. We didn't think this would change the taste much so we accepted it... Unfortunately the second pizza was not only ugly, it didn't taste like it should have. A very disappointing experience overall, ordering from a restaurant I have patronized for many years. read more

I love this place, yes they do mess up quite a bit but overall it's still good. If they do mess up and you bring it to their attention they will immediately go out of their way to fix it. Sometimes the tables can be a little dirty but nothing a quick wipe down with a napkin won't fix. Their pizza always tastes just fine and its great place for large groups or parties. They have lots of TVs playing all the popular sports events. Many people don't like the fact that some of the employs are young and most likely enjoy some occasional reefer use. Well I'm open minded and applaud them for working hard. Loomis has a couple pizza places but this one is my favorite. They are friendly, the pizza is good and it's a chill atmosphere. read more

Ordered take out tonight and was very disappointed with the service. Showed up on time and was told it would be ready soon, so I paid for it and waited. About 10 minutes into the wait and watched the employee take out our pizza and drop it on the floor. I heard their conversation about the incident and they never approached me about what happened. I approached them about the delay and I was told it would only take about 7 minutes to make another pizza. It was a solid 25+ minutes with no sincere apology for the delay, no discount offered, anything extra offered for the inconvenience (we were celebrating a birthday so it was a bad time to be late with dinner). I simple sincere apology would have went along way and prevented this bad review. read more

1st off I placed my order online like I normally do. The guy got here to deliver it and bless his heart he had the wrong order. He said they gave him the wrong order. He would call and have my order here in 5-10 mins. Well my order got here same guy and the cinnamon things like always have barely any icing. I asked for extra icing when I placed my order (pic below, proof) and didn't bring that. Done with round table. The last time no icing was on them. I was like are you serious? Sucked it up and made my own. Well this time barely any icing. Round table in Rocklin did the same exact thing when my husband ordered from there a couple weeks ago and did a pick up. Horrible! HORRIBLE i mean like, what the hell. We got this like family pack which included a large pizza, wings, salad and a cookie. I mean the salad was the best thing for crying out loud. Whoever made this pizza needs to be fired. Literally no cheese or sauce. None. Just bread and occasionally a few pepperonis. Some pieces looked like it couldn't been recycled, the pizza looked, tasted and smelled old. It was also cold. Like this was just a horrible experience. They are lucky they even get one star. Please make sure you check your receipt if you've used a credit card. Picked up 1large pizza Saturday evening and paid with my credit card. The piazza was $35.46. And walked out with pizza, but no receipt and wasn't asked if I wanted my receipt. Took the pizza home and received a text on my phone while eating. After eating I checked my text and it was from my credit card co. alerting me that I had a charge or hold from round table for $992.36!! I immediately called the pizza parlor and explained what happened. The manager found the charge slip and said he would send a credit to the credit card company. Sunday morning went to the pizza parlor and asked how this might have happened. No explanation, was asked if we tipped $9? Received an apology and the statement that I must have put wrong numbers in while using my card!! First of all, I don't enter a PIN when using my credit card and I 'm never the one that enters the amount of the charge! I have been refunded the difference by the credit card company, glad I used that and not an ATM card, which would have taken the money immediately. Stay alert and make sure you take your receipt. read more

My daughter and I came in for lunch at 1200 on a Friday and one other person was inside. We ordered one medium combo/pepperoni pizza, one side salad and one fountain drink. The total was over $37 dollars. After I was able to breathe again I payed. The employee was nice, but when he brought us the pizza he informed us that extra ranch was yet another cost. The pizza was just ok, but for the price it sucked. We all want to support our local restaurants, but they must have forgotten that the customers are also hurting for money and shouldn't be gouged. Thank god I didn't bring my family of five here or I'd have to get another job. I will find other local businesses to support in the future. read more
