I raised two kids in a small town with a Pizza Factory that made some rereally awesome tasting pies! As the town grew, of course the chain restaurants came and drove Some of the small, local eateries out of business. Fast forward to 2020... We found out about this local gem. We ordered pIzza, baked spaghetti, and salad bars and found everything to be outstanding! The pizza crust is so close to what I remember, there are plenty of toppings on the pie, the service is friendly, and the dining room is reminiscent of the good old days. What more could you ask for? This Pizza Factory is not too far from my house, so I come here on occasion if I'm on this side of town. The menu pretty much looks just like the rest of the Pizza factories, and that's a good thing knowing what you'll get will be the same at every location. The staff is young and perky as most pizza places are. Prices are not bad, unless you get you pizza loaded up like we did with a ton of toppings, by it sure was good! I love the crust here, I even eat the whole thing not leaving any crust on the plate like I do with some other pizza places. It costs more then those fast pizza places like MOD or Blaze, but it's worth it to get a quality pizza. read more

Was very disappointed with my experience last night. The atmosphere wasn't welcoming, the staff wasn't too friendly or personal either. I had ordered a hot honey pizza and it was extremely bland. Too much honey, it was very sweet and couldn't taste any of the sauce, cheese, pepperoni, or dough, just honey, not only that but I paid 16 dollars for a small pizza, which is pretty absurd. Not only this but it took well over half an hour for my pizza, which I could somewhat understand, but there might have been one person in there. Probably would not try again. read more

The ineptitude of the kids working at this location is absolutely astounding! The last time we got a pizza here, we asked for jalapenos to be added to one side of our meat lovers pizza. When we received our pizza, half of it was meat lovers, and the other half was just plain cheese with jalapenos on it. I called up to complain and have a new pizza made and delivered and only got attitude from the person who answered the phone. Eventually, I got somebody to bring me a pizza that was correct. Fast forward a couple of months, and guess what just happened again! What is most infuriating is that my wife spoke to a gentleman named Hunter and made it extremely clear exactly how she wanted the pizza to be. All meat lovers with jalapeños added to half. She made sure Hunter confirmed this when she was making the order, and once again, when she was picking it up. Well, Hunter didn't bother to look at anything. He just said yes, it's fine, and sent the pizza out the door. The pizza was half cheese and jalapenos and half meat lovers. I can't make this up! When I called to speak to Hunter about it, he was far more concerned with "being yelled at" than he was with fixing the order. He even confirmed that the order went into the computer correctly and that the mistake should not have been made. When I asked to speak to a manager, there was no manager on site at all. It's no wonder these idiot kids can't get anything right. There's nobody willing to stick around and make sure they know what they're doing. I am done with pizza factory. read more

I ordered the pan combo thick crust. The pizza was extremely hot. The pizza had a really good flavor. The pizza would have been perfect. Just the dough seemed to have not cooked enough for my liking. Just today I called to place an order for delivery, I was asked to hold. 12 minutes later I hung up. Normally delicious but today it had almost no flavor. Must be someone new trying to make a pizza.

First time I've tried this place - happy experience overall, and I'd hit them up again under similar circumstances. I was headed over to join a group of friends who had been busy working at a friend's house all day. Most of them had been at there since 7AM. I was *not* there that early (those of you who know me, know that I'm a night owl and sometimes actually don't even get to sleep until around 7AM - waking *up* before 7AM would definitely be an anomaly). Anyway, I was headed over to take on the "late" shift... I'd be working beginning around 6PM and through the night. I knew the others were hungry and hoping I'd bring food. Pizza works great in those situations! I ordered two pizzas, both XL - a Greasy Spoon, which is their version of a "meat lover's" type pizza... and a Hawaiian, which is a pretty standard combination of Canadian bacon and pineapple. I added jalapenos to half of the Hawaiian. The first pizza was definitely a hit with the gang, the second... not so much, but that just left more for me - LOL. I knew going into it that Hawaiian pizzas aren't always loved by people... but I was buying and driving, and I just felt like getting it. Now that I know these guys' tastes a bit better, I guess I'll probably stick to more mainstream options. I mean NOBODY complained a bit... but the Greasy Spoon definitely disappeared first. It's a great group of guys and ordering pizza for a diverse group of anyone can be a pain in the butt! "Ewww, mushrooms"... "I'm vegan"... "Ewww, olives"... blah, blah, blah... at least I didn't get any of that. Overall - good pizza, good price, good dough. Good to know Pizza Factory is a decent option for feeding a crowd amongst many out there. read more

6/12/21 Usually a great place to eat and they are still good. However, I asked for extra cheese on my pizza and they didn't even give me what I asked for. They charged me for it and I even left a tip till I got home and noticed that they disappointed me. Lesson learned make sure they give you what you order before leaving! read more

In the last two years my wife and I have traveled and lived in multiple cities from Las Vegas NV to Sarasota FL, and now Auburn Ca. You can find pizza anywhere! but a really good pizza is hard to find. We found the pizza factory in Loomis and have not had a bad meal yet!! We get a large half & half Hawaiian & all meat, hands down the best pizza we have had anywhere!! The staff is very friendly and seems to really care about the customers. I am very impressed by the level of integrity of this place. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. There was a glich and my order was missed. Patrick came up to me and told me what had happened. He didn't make any excuses and just apologized. They more than made up for the mistake and still my order and was out within 15 minutes. DONT GO HERE. DECEPTIVE. SHADY. RIP OFF. I called in to order a large pizza but was told that they were running a special for a XL 2 topping for $17.99. I said ok I go to pick up my order and show my groupon voucher for $20 to the cashier when a man comes up to her and quietly (so I wouldn't hear) say "charge him full price ". I ended up having to pay an extra $6 something for the pizza when my total should have been $0.00. HOW DOES A $20 VOUCHER - 17.99 = EXTRA $7 IN CHARGES? It doesnt but this place shamelessly and nonchalantly ripped me off. Even after i called out the Man for the price difference he had no explanation. Was in town visiting a friend and finished up dinner around the corner. The Giants/Dodgers game was on TV but not at my hotel room, and so I popped my head in their door to see if they had the game on. They did but they were closed. However the owner, a Giants fan, was there with his buddy, a Dodgers fan and they were hanging out having a beer and watching the game. With open arms and a cold beer they invited me in to watch the game after hours. Are you kidding me?!? How cool is that, small town hospitality in today's hectic, busy, crowded and sometimes overly angry world. Not here though, not at Pizza Factory in Loomis! Please go eat here.
