We ordered on line and we're pleased with the results. The pizza was delicious and the salad was beyond anything we expected. My only issue was that the $5.00 online order discount offered on the website was not part of the check out process. That doesn't mean the pizza wasn't good, because it was. Is there something in the water in the Coachella Valley that results in horrible service and quality at every restaurant? We just received a cold pizza from this Round Table. A cold pizza that was 40 minutes late, after the delivery person called and told us it would be 20 minutes late. A pizza that arrived, nice and room temperature, after sitting all by its lonesome on the delivery person's backseat. No sleeve, no blanket to keep it warm. And I didn't even mention the part where the delivery person called--twice--to say he'd be late. Once to say he'd be 20 minutes late, and again five minutes later to say he'd made a mistake and he was outside the gate...at another delivery. Because he was not, in fact, outside our gate and had called the wrong number. And he would be late after all. Even later than he had originally estimated, not that he told us that. So caveat emptor: do not expect hot or timely pizza from this Round Table. But expect a few phone calls about the anticipated tardiness of your lunch, which will probably be wrong. Also, since when is an XL pizza at Round Table cut into eight slices? Are these meant for the Jolly Green Giant? Thanks, Coachella Valley! Another winning dining experience! YES! read more

Hands-down the most delicious pizza in town. Roundtable is always so consistent with their wonderfully cooked meals, including pizzas pasta salads and desserts. Been here so many times and always order from here when I have the chance and funds! The pizza is the best in the valley (my personal opinion)! The breadsticks are always on point. The food is priced higher than a dominos but along the same level as a papa johns. They have a $7-8 buffet during lunch hours which is a steal!! Plenty of room for groups and can even rent a backroom for special events like fantasy football. It has a small arcade for children too. The only downfall here, is they're in need of a renovation to modernize the look and atmosphere...I've never had any problems with fraudulent charges when ordering and I've been a regular here for 8years!! Received pitiful service tonight, 7/15/13 Running an effective pizza joint isn't exactly rocket science, but these amateurs, even on what is an otherwise quiet Monday night, just can't seem to get it right. Order a salad? Don't worry, they'll forget to include a fork. Ask for cheese and red pepper? Don't worry, they'll forget it. Ask for light cheese on your pizza? Don't worry, they'll ignore that request completely, instead piling on whatever they like. Ask for anything? Don't worry, they'll screw it up. And don't even try to respond to this sub-par service, because their green twenty-something manager will scramble to pass the buck as soon as you voice any indignation whatsoever. There are many good restaurants that deliver in the Coachella valley. This, sadly, isn't one of them.. Steer clear, lest a fool and his money be parted. read more

Not sure why but the pizza was not good at all. No flavor and they put so many jalapenos on my pizza that I couldnt see the cheese nor ham. I was very disappointed. The lady at the counter had a very lousy attitude and did not have a happy face at all. The staff was talking instead of helping the customer. I was here to eat not to find out if the staff was on Kim or Taylor's team! Really! Management needs to talk the staff. The girl at the register really needs to be talked to. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Called to place an order, the gentleman that answered the phone placed me on hold, I waited so long on hold I had time to get in my car and drive to the restaurant before he picked up again. I was already standing in the restaurant when he picked up my call. When I mentioned this to him he responded very rude, he was yelling at the other staff to stop telling customers it was going to be 30-45 minutes over the phone and to tell them that it was going to take 2 hours, so that they would be discouraged from ordering. The restaurant wasn't even busy, there was only 2 people's in the Dining area when I arrived. Once I placed my order I told the man that this was by far the worst customer service I had ever seen, and that as a small business owner myself I wouldn't ever speak to customers or my employees the way he was speaking to them, he looked me right the eyes and rudely said to tell the owner and the manager, that if they gave him more help he wouldn't treat people that way. Totally unacceptable response. Other staff was very apologetic about the situation, but I will never order pizza or recommend this round table to anyone!!! I will be contacting corporate about this situation as well. There is never a reason to treat your employees or customers the way I was treated. read more
