Ordered online and everything was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and the pizza was loaded with veggies. We really enjoyed it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I always do delivery and EVERY TIME not sometimes EVERY TIME I always have to wait at least 20-30 minutes on hold before they can take my order. I don't mind waiting but for them to have me wait and still get my order wrong bamboozles me. Don't eat here unless you are really craving hard, cold pizza with bad service. read more

I've been enjoying pizza since I was a very young girl and my dad would bring home an anchovy pizza on Friday nights. I've eaten a lot of pizza since that time. I do enjoy the specialty pizzas that many restaurants feature and will go out of my way to try the latest spot. However, every once in awhile only a Round Table thin crust pizza with everything on it and topped with anchovies, will do. The pizzas seem to be pretty much the same at every Round Table, but the service varies. I like this location; it is clean and the people working here are friendly and they NEVER forget to put the anchovies on the pizza. read more

Love the pizza from round table but every time I order from here I feel like I am ordering a super greasy pizza but that is how their pizzas are made! With a crap load of grease! Besides the grease - the pizza here is good. So if you can eat passed the greasy part then you are good. I always ordered delivery but on the rare occasion that I sit in , the service is decent- nothing special. The restaurant is pretty cold but they always seem to have the AC in the place. Parking there is plenty of it. Delivery is good too - never had a problem with that. One thing I do have to mention is their pizza tends to be on the more expensive side. Expensive meaning , compared to other places like Mountain Miles or Dominos - which have good pizzas as well. Just depends how much money you wanna spend on your meal for the day! read more

Good pizza for a chain kind of thing. Probably the best pizza place in Hercules since back in the day. And when I say back in the day, I mean days before Extreme pizza. Round table is still better. Although, I find their garlic bread twist tastier than anything on this earth! I'd actually only go to Round Table for the garlic twist. Man, I wish I had some now. The only thing I don't like is the workers. Not the most attentive people around. I mean, most of them just stand around in the back doing nothing. I remember watching one guy and girl flirting with each other. Geez, I didn't know they had that much free time. read more

I love pizza but rarely eat it while out. I like to make my own or when I feel like being bad I feast on Zachary's, Little Star or Patxi's. It's all about the deep dish for me. I was staying at mom's and she wanted RT. And since Moms wanted it we got it, no arguing with Moms I learned that a looong time ago. I ordered myself a small gourmet veggie and had them add chicken and subbed the creamy white sauce for the zesty red. It comes with mushrooms, onion, green and red peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and garlic. Yes, it was pricey without a coupon but it was fully loaded with toppings, tasted fresh and delicious. It was worth the almost $18 price for 6 slices. The delivery fella was friendly and appreciated the tip. The pizza arrived sooner than the time quoted on the phone and the order was correct. Good stuff! read more

Walked in ordered a small pizza with 1 topping and 6 twist for dine in. We walked over to the table we were gonna sit at and every single table was covered in crud, seats everywhere and food on the floor. Ok, I clean my table off so we don't get get sticky leftover food and junk on our clothes and wait over 45 minutes for our 2 items. Not once did they come clean the tables or straighten up and the girls at the register have crummy attitudes. You aren't doing us a favor by letting us order food from you that's literally your job. Never coming back here again!!! This place needs new management and a new staff. read more

Who is actually in charge of this place?? I was hung up on multiple times just trying to place our order tonight. Then my husband goes to pick up and tells me it's total chaos inside. Employees shouting at each other and being completely rude to the customers including him. He was waiting for the order to be completed when the girl answering the phone told a customer on the other end that there was a huge line out the door when there was zero line. Like what!?? Please grow up. Not funny, not cute, not professional. We won't ever come back to this round table. Benicia round table has excellent customer service and quality read more

Round table is my favorite pizza! The crust is just right, and it's not too greasy. The round table in vallejo was also super greasy so I love the Hercules location. Not too greasy.... Their specialty pizzas are also very good, my favorite is montague's meat marvel! read more

I grew up on Round Table Pizza and was all about them and thought they were really the last honest pizza out there but it took one mistake from their customer service to mess that all up for me and I vow to NEVER order from this location again! My husband and I decided to order a vegetarian pizza with 6 twists and have it delivered to the house since it was Friday night and we were both tired. Usually their fast and when they say an hour it's usually about 40-45 minutes. Well after an hour and a half passes I thought it was odd so we decide to call and check on the status of the delivery. The young lady who picks up the phone answers and tells me that my pizza has already been delivered!! I told her no it has not been delivered and we've been waiting over an hour and half for it to arrive. The lady then tells me that her driver already delivered my pizza to my address & so I told her if the driver already delivered my pizza then why would I be calling asking where my pizza is? So I ask her again where is my pizza and she gives me the same answer. I asked her to confirm the address to where the pizza was delivered and she gave me a wrong address. She confirmed my address BUT she gave her driver a completely wrong address so someone else got my pizza. After confirming that you would think I would get an apology right or something?! So then I ask for a refund over the phone & then she tries to say I have to call a 1-800 number to get a refund for HER MISTAKE! WTF?! HOLD ON! So now i'm furious and I ask for her manager. The moment I asked for a manager she tells me she is the manager. I really didn't think she was the manager as she handled the whole thing unprofessionally but if she was the manager then she needs better training! So then I said I'm not calling the 1800 number as I'll drive down to your location and speak to a manger in person. So now i'm furious because it's Friday night and about 9:00 pm and I'm HANGRY and mad especially now that I have to leave the house to talk to a manager. I walk in and I talk to the girl at the register telling her that you guys delivered my pizza to the wrong address & your telling me that I have to call a 1800 number and that ain't happening. I told her straight up I want my refund now. Then the girl at the register asked if we wouldn't mind waiting for them to make another pizza for us as our order to complete it. After she told me that I recognized her voice from the phone call and asked where's the manager? I was the only customer in the restaurant besides my husband so her coworkers can hear the whole conversation. Her response was the manager wasn't there at the time! OMG so many lies!!! So then I told her I don't want to wait any longer for a pizza that you claim was delivered to my address that never was and it's been over 2 hours now & all I want is my money back. After the hassle on the phone with this lady and me having to drive over here just to get a refund, I didn't want anything from this location for their lack of customer service. She asked again if I was sure if I just didn't want to have my order made? I TOLD HER NO! JUST MY MONEY BACK. After this whole ordeal and after I finally got my money back for their error you would think I would get an apology for an error on their part right? Nope not at all. Nothing. Their pizza's are overpriced and for the overpriced pizza that I've always paid for you would think we would get better service. Thank you but no thank you. Hercules Round table ya'll lost an honest customer who you had for 30 years and you can thank your staff for that one! Bye!! read more

This Round Table is great! My family has ordered here quite a few times, and it has been very consistent. They have friendly staff, they place is clean and the food is good. Usually, we order for delivery. Our food gets here within the time they provide, it always arrives hot, and they are very pleasant to speak to when placing a phone order. I've been to several horrible round tables, so we love this one. read more

I ordered a pizza on the phone and my wife picked it up. It was the worst pizza I've ever seen/tasted, so I went to take it back and speak to the manager about it. The manager was polite, calm and very apologetic. He offered to refund my money or remake the pizza. He was so sincere about my being inconvenienced that I decided to give him a second chance. He said it was a difficult day and boy I can understand that. He told me how long it would take to remake, offered me something to drink while I wait and gave me updates as I was waiting. When the pizza was ready (within 10 minutes) he brought it over, opened up the box and showed me the picture perfect pizza as if it were a first born baby. Again apologizing and finally saying thank you for giving him a chance to make it better. So, this is a review for the manager who did an excellent job of doing his job and taking care of the customer. That to me is more important and it made the pizza all the more delicious when I got home. read more

We've ordered from this location 3x and so far so good.... until tonight. 1. One of our pizzas was delivered incorrectly. We ordered one pepperoni and one cheese. 2. The staff couldn't even find us in the system. The manager had to step in and she was successful in locating our order. She read the order back to me, as we ordered it, and then insisted that the correct pizzas were placed in their boxes because she was the one who did it. Sorry lady, I'm starting at two pepperoni pizzas here with kids that won't touch it, even if I peel off the "spicy" pepperonis. Toddlers are sensitive like that. Which is why we ordered one cheese only. After my husband told her he was going to drive the wrong pizza to her and to have the correct one ready for exchange, she (the manager) did the right thing and offered to put a replacement in the oven right away and have the driver bring us a fresh cheese pizza. Awesome! The pizza arrived relatively quickly. The driver was pleasant and apologized for the mix up. I was also pleasant and thanked him for a second delivery. I open the box to feed my hungry and now cranky kids and find that the extra cheese pizza we ordered was now magically an extra sauce light cheese sloppy mess with an actual entire slice missing any ingredients at all... juuuuust bread. If my husband didn't love those damn Parmesan bread bites so much I'd say this will be the last order. I prefer Round Table but $$$$$ read more

I have not rated Round Table pizza in a while. This location continues to serve quality pizza. Service is always nice and friendly. The Maui Zaui continues to be my favorite. I so wish all my take out orders from other restaurants were on line. read more

Worst experience ever!! 1. got the wrong order 2. Had to meet guy and whole different address he kept complaining that he had other deliveries to do had no time to come to my address. 3. Freaked out when he saw my PUPPY 4. Forgot chicken wings 5. Accused me of not knowing what I ordered. 6. Called me back after worst experience ever to meet him again at different location for 2 liter I didn't order. And commenced to accuse me that I didn't order what I was asking for. 7. Informed him that I was calling in to complain and said it again but it's not on the receipt yet when I called in they repeated my whole order exactly how I was telling him. Now waiting on correct pizza another 20-30 minutes. Do I recommend this place for delivery NO!!! read more

This store and its managers where less than helpful with my order today. We called in an order for pickup. I drove down and gave them a gift card I received back in May. They swiped it and said it isn't working, maybe its not activated. So I paid with my debit card and went home. I jumped online and checked the balance of the gift card only to find that it did in fact get charged. So I overpaid by $25, no biggie I'll just call and they'll fix it right? Wrong...I called and spoke to Jose the manager (who was there when this all originally happened in the store) and after going around and around, he says I'm sorry I can't help you. So I guess the roundtable website and I are a couple of liars, or this store and its management would just rather steal from their customers than to make things right. read more

For those who order from hercules #roundtablepizza check your receipts if you give a coupon. I gave them one and they didn't use it but acted like they did. Its hectic there Friday-Sunday nights so you might get distracted from looking at your receipt. The girl who rang me up did not apologize and said I never gave a receipt/coupon It's under new management I heard and his wasn't he first time they've done this. Edit again...the last time they never made my pick up order until I complained I waited 30 more extra minutes after I got there so they made it on spot... other time I was with my family and they never made my dine in until I saw 2 groups after us get their food. read more

Round Table Pizza - This pic is showing the calls I made that went unanswered. Not very good customer service guys! - Pizza Near Me - Hercules, California

I have mixed feelings when it comes to round table pizza. First the pizza is good don't get me wrong I do enjoy it however that is when the bottom crust isn't burnt. It's usually a hit or miss for me when I get my pizza. Second the prices are super high and as a broke college student I don't eat it often and I usually opt for Dominoes. I do like the fact that they have a lunch pizza buffet that is probably their only saving grace for me. It's unlimited pizza, bread sticks, salad. However its not like generic cheese and pepperoni pizza, its their specialty pizzas as well so you actually get some good stuff for the price and it's all you can eat. So for their buffet they get 4 stars but overall its 3 for me. read more

Although they're the best pizza in Hercules, calling themselves the last honest pizza is a misrepresentation and fraudulent! And here is why: Every time I order for delivery, the driver shows up with NO coin change. Example: if the bill is $32.13, I'll give the driver $40.00 cash. He gives me back $7, minus the .87 cents. When asked where's the rest of my change, he'll usually explain they don't let him carry change....Really?! What's up with that?!! So last time I asked him for his managers name and called the Mgr with him standing there on my porch. The manager explains that the driver is wrong. So I've got the driver telling me one thing and the manager telling me another. Complete frauds and rip off artists! Drivers pocket the change and expect an additional tip. They're ripping all the delivery customers off. I won't even mention the $2.50 delivery fee.....last honest pizza?! Dont think so Round Table! Ill give them one star for pizza, that's it. read more

This was once one of the best round table pizzas around, but not anymore. I don't know if they have a new owner or what, but the pizza isn't prepared with love like it once was. The staff is very unprofessional and seemingly always looking for a reason NOT to work. Whenever you call you get bad attitudes, disconnected calls, and a staff that lies about what time delivery starts and stops. Shame on the manager, and the owner for letting what was once a gem turn into this disaster. read more

I ate here yesterday and spent $38 on a large chicken garlic pizza and 6 wings ...i got so sick from the food . I could not tell you if it was the pizza or the chicken wings but it was not worth the money. So disappointed and still not feeling 100% even the day after. read more

Ordered 2 large pizzas for pick-up. Got there 40 mins later and it turns out they gave our pizzas to the wrong customer. It turns out the cashier "accidentally" gave our pizzas to her friends that had previously placed an order. I highly doubt she would've gave her friends the wrong pizza. She "conveniently" gave them our specialty pizzas at the price of a basic pizza. To make matters worse, the person in charge didn't even offer to compensate for the inconvenience. After complaining, we were able to get $10 off our next order. The pizza is actually pretty decent but I'm very disappointed with the service. read more

My brother and I were craving pizza on a football Sunday two weeks ago. We decided on Round table Pizza from Hercules since we have ordered there in the past. Had a coupon for 22.50 for a X-large 2 topping pizza, Garlic twists and chicken wings. Called for deliver. Was told it would cost 27+ and I said, why. Tax should not be that much. RTP said 2.50 for deliver. WTF, since when does Round Table charge for delivery. Out of curiosity I asked how much the deal would cost without coupon. I was told 44.+. WTF!!!! Can I get some diamond toppings with that. We were fungry so we ordered. This pizza better be good. Was told 45 mins. Got pizza, my brother wasnt gonna tip but said the delivery person seemed cool, so he tipped. Pizza was warm, not hot. Took a bite of my slice and.....mofo , where is the pizza sauce!!!! What is a pizza without sauce. Bread, cheese and toppings. I was outraged and didn't want to eat it anymore. The twists were stale as if they were left over from earlier in the day. The chicken wings lacked flavor. I don't know if they were supposed to be hot wings or what, but they didn't taste good. Also, the wings were small, as if the company got them from a grade f meat company. I am not kidding. Cornish hens had bigger drumsticks than some of the wings we got. Went to a family gathering the next day and they ordered from Round Table Pizza. It was a King Arthurs Supreme. I took a slice to see if they had pizza sauce on it. Same f-ing result. NO gdam sauce, or just brushed on hastily. The toppings are used to mask the lack of sauce I tell you. Also, their pizza is the worst the next day. Even if you reheat it in the oven, it turns to cardboard. I have had local and small mom and pops pizza places with better pizza that was cold. ARRRGGGHHHHHH!!!! RTP's slogan used to be the last honest pizza. That is total BS now. Trust me, they have suffered and regressed to Chuck E cheese pizza with expensive toppings and lousy customer service. I WILL NEVER EVER buy or eat Round Table Pizza from Hercules ever again. Martinez RTP is way better for their lunch buffets. Everything is hot and fresh and a good amount of tomato sauce. I wish I can give this place 0 stars but this review will suffice. read more

The customer service at this restaurant stinks! I ordered a pizza with no onions for p/u and when I got home I saw it was full of onions. I called the restaurant and asked if a new pizza could be delivered but was told because it was raining it would be over an hour and a half. I asked what compensation would I receive and was told I could get a $5 discount on my next order! I asked that another pizza be made and I would pick it up, so I went back in the rain. When I got to the restaurant I asked to speak to the manager and was told, after a five minute wait, that he could not speak with me because he was in the back "rolling dough." How rude! Dined in with family for dinner, first thing I noticed was the tables were crummy and a bit sticky like they haven't been wiped down properly. We were the only people eating in, so service was fast. We ordered two personal sized pizzas for the kids, salad bar and a delicious veggie gourmet. When our pizza was done and taken to our table we weren't given any plates, so we kept placing the hot slices back on the pan after taking our bites. We usually go for delivery or take out rather than dine and I think we will continue to do so. Good food, but it appears they care about take out orders more than dine ins, so they don't fix up the dining areas as well. Shame, maybe more people would dine in if they did. read more
