I prefer Round Table than Dominos for sure. I feel that the Round Table in Pinole is a little better than my local Round Table in Hercules in terms of the quality of the food. Zero stars of if I could. I call for delivery and every single time I call they're so rude!! It's not that it's a language barrier they are just rude. I'm not sure if some of these workers need to take a simple class on customer service at contra costa college or DVC. The customer service here is just as trash as the pizza they server. I placed an order for two extra large "well done" king author supreme pizza for daughter's soccer team. You can imagine my horror when I get home to find that the pizza is not well done but in fact a saucy undercooked mess. I had spent over 80 dollars to feed these teenagers inedible pizza. Because it was football Sunday and Hubbers and I didn't really feel like prepping anything. He suggested pizza and wings, and since it's been a long while since I had that kinda combo (and keeping in the spirit of FOOTBALL!), why not. Hubbers ordered everything online. I decided to pick 'em up during halftime since the delivery fee wasn't worth it. We also got to use a coupon, so SCORE! Our pie was barely coming out of the oven by the time I got there. Boxed and ready to go along with the wings. Hubbers forgot to add on extra spicy sauce on the side on his online order so I asked for some when I got there. Checked my order and realized blue cheese was missing. I also asked for ranch while I was at it. Got home and low and behold, both containers I was given (one ranch, one blue cheese) were actually both ranch. No, it wasn't worth the drive back. Hubbers said it wasn't a big deal. Food wasn't too bad. It felt appropriate for the occasion. FOOD: 3. Mediocre at best. SERVICE: 3. Not a lot of interaction, really. VALUE: 3. PARKING: Private shared with lotsa others. Not an issue. I wish that the people at Hercules RTP would learn how to read. Let me ask you. Is it really so difficult to read the notes you ask for? I ordered a pizza from them tonight. All I asked, in their note section, was that they not slice it. Why? Because the pizza stays warmer if it's not sliced, and that's the way I like it. Also, often, the people who slice a half-and-half pizza don't really slice it that evenly. The pizza itself was OK, but not exceptional, which the $40 price for a medium pizza was what I expected. The friendly employee answered right away and once giving my phone number she could see that I was a previous customer and knew my name. I placed my order and she said it would be ready in 20min. Once I arrived I noticed a sign on the door that states all customers must a wear a mask. All employees were wearing masks too. I noticed one employee was taking phone orders, another checking people out for pick up orders, and someone behind the counter preparing the pizzas. My order was ready when I got there. They do have apple pay which is nice but then the receipt prints out and you still have to sign it with a pen. They offer cheese and peppers and it's already in a little brown bag ready to go. We would order take-out from Round Table in Hercules and all of the pizzas were made exactly to order, hot, and super savory. What was amazing is that this was on a consistent basis (yes, we ate way too much pizza). Our go-to's are Garlic Chicken, Gourmet Veggie, BBQ chicken w/pineapple, and Double Play Pepperoni. I go to this particular Round Table because its in our area. Usually not too busy on a weekday whenever I order for pickup to get my favorite garlic twists. What I thought a usual slow Thursday night turn out to be a night with a big twist. The computer was down and too many orders placed were behind getting filled. Including mine. Chaos in the kitchen and customers appear agitated. But the young lady in charge, named Tiffany, handled the situation admirably. There was a very agitated customer that kept yelling for his pizza. I've been coming to this round table since 6th grade and I use to love this place. After what took place today when I went to get pizza and wings I can no long come back. I ordered pizza and wings and they made a mistake on my wings and gave me the wrong flavor which is no problem. Instead of making new wings the correct way they proceeded to take a napkin and wipe the sauce off my wings and put a different sauce on them. When I confronted them about what they was doing they tried to deny what they was doing when I saw with my own eyes what was going on. Oddly enough, though we've had a place in Hercules since 1998, this was our first time in the Creekside Center Round Table location. Overall impression of the facility: the place is clean (though the men's room seemed a bit smelly). Staff were friendly and efficient; our made-to-order pizza was brought to the table in about 15 minutes. Two of the rooms have televisions, turned to sports at the time of our visit. There's a claw machine for the kids, but it looks like a snare and a delusion, with lots of plastic balls interfering with the claw's access to the few toys. The cashier was chewing gum, which I found obscurely annoying, but no doubt that's just me. There's a not especially large or elaborate salad bar. Pricing is odd: $9.99 by itself, minimally discounted to $8.69 with a meal. One nice appetizer item: parmesan garlic twists, served with a ranch dip. Salty but good. 3 pieces, $3.99. Pizzas come in four sizes: personal (six slices, actually adequate for two people), medium (eight slices), large, and extra large. Thin crust is the default across all sizes, but there's a pan option for the large only, and a gluten-free crust option for the personal size. There's quite a premium for the gluten-free: $17.99, versus $10.99 for the same size thin crust. Also, for some reason, the gluten-free has almost twice the calories per slice as the regular. There are several wing and pizza options. We ordered the house special King Arthur's Supreme; medium, and we ended up taking three slices home. It's pretty elaborate: three unspecified cheeses; four meats (pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, and linguica); mushrooms, green pepper, yellow onions, black olives, and a mildly spicy tomato sauce.
