I ordered a small mushroom & spinach for pickup, drove to get it, but when I got home, it was a small pepperoni pizza. I then drove back to return it, cause it was sealed (not a meat eater), and the staff were annoyed as if I interrupted their conversations, but the one black female offered to make it once I asked for a refund, so I waited and received my correct order. I do not trust this business anymore. The staff are too distracted while making pizzas, chatting or gossiping, which was why I received the wrong order. No one greets you when you walk in nor do you see anyone upfront, they are all in the back talking. Not very polite at all.... read more

Ordered a to go order from my local Round Table. The staff was friendly, ambiance was quiet, it was close to closing time. My food was ready when I got there. I prefer Round Table than Dominos for sure. I feel that the Round Table in Pinole is a little better than my local Round Table in Hercules in terms of the quality of the food. I like that they have a good variety of appetizers. All I have to say is you can't go wrong with a Round Table pizza read more

King Arthur Pizza - always been a fan and always will appreciate Round Table. Hubby and I order here multiple times a year and we love the pizza ! Always great toppings and consistent quality and flavor ! We love and we will be back soon ! read more

Gave them another chance and they immediately recognized me and apologized for the mishap. I've been back three times since this atrocity and the service has been great. I'm really appreciative of the manger for recognizing and rectifying the issue. read more

Amazing pizza and exactly on time. Been eating in this pizza place since I was 8. Great customer service

Zero stars of if I could. I call for delivery and every single time I call they're so rude!! It's not that it's a language barrier they are just rude. I'm not sure if some of these workers need to take a simple class on customer service at contra costa college or DVC. Back in April I did a delivery ( mind you it was to the senior living ACROSS THE STREET it took 2 hrs to get there. Today I called for delivery and the woman was so rude to the point I just hung up the phone. The manager here really needs to get the group in a together and remind them their paychecks come from paying customers, not flipping pizza read more

This is probably the worst Round table ever they don't answer the phone, I called 5 times the within 20 minutes they answered the 5th call the professionalism here is terrible they are very rude and disrespectful, in person is even worse they speak there language give nasty looks etc. Good luck to whoever spends money with these people in the future you'll need it and a little bit of patience lol read more

The customer service here is just as trash as the pizza they server. I placed an order for two extra large "well done" king author supreme pizza for daughter's soccer team. You can imagine my horror when I get home to find that the pizza is not well done but in fact a saucy undercooked mess. I had spent over 80 dollars to feed these teenagers inedible pizza. I had to order burgers and fries for everyone from in n out for 10 people. I told the manger there and told me they would credit my account. They never credited my account and didn't bother documenting the issue with my order. Save your money and do not order from here. Go to Pinole instead. I will never give this location another dime of my money. read more

I don't understand the poor reviews. I have not once in 16 years had a bad pizza or poor service here. No bells, no whistles, sure, but outright bad stuff, nope. Go here for a transactional relationship and you won't be disappointed. Do you tip? If not what do you expect? read more

I have been ordering from here for over 12 years and the service hasn't always been the best but tonight I ordered and the person helping didn't fully understand my request but instead of not helping me she got someone else and her name was Rheena and the service was amazing. The two woman that helped me today made me have faith that this store does care about it's customers. Great job you two! I hope the owner gives them recognition for a job well done! read more

Because it was football Sunday and Hubbers and I didn't really feel like prepping anything. He suggested pizza and wings, and since it's been a long while since I had that kinda combo (and keeping in the spirit of FOOTBALL!), why not. Hubbers ordered everything online. I decided to pick 'em up during halftime since the delivery fee wasn't worth it. We also got to use a coupon, so SCORE! Our pie was barely coming out of the oven by the time I got there. Boxed and ready to go along with the wings. Hubbers forgot to add on extra spicy sauce on the side on his online order so I asked for some when I got there. Checked my order and realized blue cheese was missing. I also asked for ranch while I was at it. Got home and low and behold, both containers I was given (one ranch, one blue cheese) were actually both ranch. No, it wasn't worth the drive back. Hubbers said it wasn't a big deal. Food wasn't too bad. It felt appropriate for the occasion. FOOD: 3. Mediocre at best. SERVICE: 3. Not a lot of interaction, really. VALUE: 3. PARKING: Private shared with lotsa others. Not an issue. OVERALL: 3. Average at best. It was a lot of food for both of us, but we didn't mind leftovers. If anything, I'd keep them in mind for the sole purpose of grub while watching sports. Not sure if I'd come back otherwise. read more

Why do I do this to myself?! I must love bad service. Don't ever order from them. They claim they never received my online order and here is proof. Round Table Pizza - Proof - Pizza Near Me - Hercules, California

I wish that the people at Hercules RTP would learn how to read. Let me ask you. Is it really so difficult to read the notes you ask for? I ordered a pizza from them tonight. All I asked, in their note section, was that they not slice it. Why? Because the pizza stays warmer if it's not sliced, and that's the way I like it. Also, often, the people who slice a half-and-half pizza don't really slice it that evenly. The pizza itself was OK, but not exceptional, which the $40 price for a medium pizza was what I expected. This place is way overpriced for the quality of both the pizza and the service. I don't think I'll order from them again. read more

I prefer Zachary's Pizza, Little StarPizza , Blue Line Pizza, Arizmendi Bakery's pizza, Sliver Pizza and Cheeseboard Pizza. But guess what, those aren't near my house. Round Table is and they are reliable. And although not my favorite place they do a good job. I preferer Round Table over Pizza Hut, Mountain Mike's, Dominos, Costco, Little Caesars, Papa John's or Papa Murphy's. But that's just my opinion. So anyways I give Round Table a 4.5 for consistency. And the staff is always great. Thank you staff. read more

This review is based on a take out order. I called round table on my way home from work. The friendly employee answered right away and once giving my phone number she could see that I was a previous customer and knew my name. I placed my order and she said it would be ready in 20min. Once I arrived I noticed a sign on the door that states all customers must a wear a mask. All employees were wearing masks too. I noticed one employee was taking phone orders, another checking people out for pick up orders, and someone behind the counter preparing the pizzas. My order was ready when I got there. They do have apple pay which is nice but then the receipt prints out and you still have to sign it with a pen. They offer cheese and peppers and it's already in a little brown bag ready to go. Our go to is the chicken garlic gourmet and it was delicious. This round table has always been clutch when I'm craving pizza! read more

This review is based on lunch take-out. During the pandemic, my work team was still on-site, so we would get pizza and eat outside. We would order take-out from Round Table in Hercules and all of the pizzas were made exactly to order, hot, and super savory. What was amazing is that this was on a consistent basis (yes, we ate way too much pizza). Our go-to's are Garlic Chicken, Gourmet Veggie, BBQ chicken w/pineapple, and Double Play Pepperoni. I've tried another Round Table near my home and it is not up to the "pizza standard" of the Hercules branch. I'm not sure if the Hercules RT is putting more on the pizza or what, but it tastes super awesome. read more

I go to this particular Round Table because its in our area. Usually not too busy on a weekday whenever I order for pickup to get my favorite garlic twists. What I thought a usual slow Thursday night turn out to be a night with a big twist. The computer was down and too many orders placed were behind getting filled. Including mine. Chaos in the kitchen and customers appear agitated. But the young lady in charge, named Tiffany, handled the situation admirably. There was a very agitated customer that kept yelling for his pizza. Yes, pizza order was missed or not ready but so were other customers. But Tiffany handled the situation and the customer beautifully by being calm and professional. Great job!! Many customers complimented Tiffany on handling this difficul moment. This Round table is in good hands as long as Tiffany is in charge. Keep up the good work!!. read more

Again and Again this place is such a hit and miss (mostly more of a miss). I called in and was put on hold for over 5 min. So I call in again and this time was placed on hold for 3 min. Fast forward...my ordered was finally delivered after waiting for over 1 hour (really). Opened the box to a very sad looking, burned, rubbery crust mess of a pizza. What happen to quality control. Would you eat this? If not why serve it?! Pizza was burned Pepperoni looks like it was just thrown on there The crust was like eating rubber. This would be my third time I wrote a bad experience for this establishment. And every time management always says they're going to fix the problem. But they have not. read more

Please be aware: I ordered pizza for my family from Round Table Pizza in Hercules. My mom found this baked in her pizza slice. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Elizabeth, of the issue. I have ordered from this location for years, and I can't believe it was handled this way. Get your pizza elsewhere. read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Hercules, California

I've been coming to this round table since 6th grade and I use to love this place. After what took place today when I went to get pizza and wings I can no long come back. I ordered pizza and wings and they made a mistake on my wings and gave me the wrong flavor which is no problem. Instead of making new wings the correct way they proceeded to take a napkin and wipe the sauce off my wings and put a different sauce on them. When I confronted them about what they was doing they tried to deny what they was doing when I saw with my own eyes what was going on. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but the quality and service is horrible. read more

Oddly enough, though we've had a place in Hercules since 1998, this was our first time in the Creekside Center Round Table location. Overall impression of the facility: the place is clean (though the men's room seemed a bit smelly). Staff were friendly and efficient; our made-to-order pizza was brought to the table in about 15 minutes. Two of the rooms have televisions, turned to sports at the time of our visit. There's a claw machine for the kids, but it looks like a snare and a delusion, with lots of plastic balls interfering with the claw's access to the few toys. The cashier was chewing gum, which I found obscurely annoying, but no doubt that's just me. There's a not especially large or elaborate salad bar. Pricing is odd: $9.99 by itself, minimally discounted to $8.69 with a meal. One nice appetizer item: parmesan garlic twists, served with a ranch dip. Salty but good. 3 pieces, $3.99. Pizzas come in four sizes: personal (six slices, actually adequate for two people), medium (eight slices), large, and extra large. Thin crust is the default across all sizes, but there's a pan option for the large only, and a gluten-free crust option for the personal size. There's quite a premium for the gluten-free: $17.99, versus $10.99 for the same size thin crust. Also, for some reason, the gluten-free has almost twice the calories per slice as the regular. There are several wing and pizza options. We ordered the house special King Arthur's Supreme; medium, and we ended up taking three slices home. It's pretty elaborate: three unspecified cheeses; four meats (pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, and linguica); mushrooms, green pepper, yellow onions, black olives, and a mildly spicy tomato sauce. Pretty good! Plenty of parking in the common Creekside Center lot. read more

This round table is horrible with there customer service. I was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answers my phone. So then I keep calling for another 20 minutes and still no one picks up. So I make an online order and wait for a confirmation to see the delivery time. And so I keep trying to call them and they still don't answer . So I drive there because I'm already annoyed because I'm not sure if my order went through with my credit card or not. So while I'm waiting in line I try to call and their phone is not ringing. Like they silenced there ring on their phone. I was already upset told them just to completely cancel my order and just refund me. I Don't know why I keep coming here and waisting my time! I end up going to MIKE pizza down the street. Where they were quick to answer my phone and take my order and has wonderful customer service and quick! read more

FRAUD! I am on Round Tables email list. They sent me a promotion code for a discount ($5 off) if I order online. I ordered on line after clicking the link. I order about $70. 2 XL large pizzas. The promotion code, which is good until Feb 28, 2020 was not accepted. I phoned. They said that they do not offer any discounts. Then why did the email send me to them? LIE! False advertising! I went back to the email. I went to CONTACT US. I TRIED to complain to them. Their form insists that I input the city for the store. The block is BLACKED OUT. I can't input ANY store name or city. NONE. & they won't let me contact them without inputting the city for the store. TRASH! read more

Ordered pizza tonight PRAYING they stepped their game up and deliver as advertised. Nope, they still cutting counters and delivering a mediocre product to ppl like me who paid a premium price. Word to the wise. Hercules and Pinole locations are not worth it. Save some money and order Little Caesar's. Same pizza, much less money. Why pay $30 when you can get the exact same pie for $6. I've been a loyal and consistent RT customer for over 15 years. After they screwed me tonight for the 3rd time in a row, I'm done. Sad but I guess profit has dictated their quality, or lack there of.
