Was ecstatic to find a Living social discount to save some money on a couple pizzas. unfortunately after buying the discount and getting a confirmation email I come to find out when ordering one night that my order was cancelled and refunded due to already being sold out. ??? I already paid and had confirmation. I know this is on living social as well but Round table did business with them so Its their issue as well. This is a letter I sent both e-mail & post mail but no one has ever responded. Dear Sir/Ma'am: I came into your Chatsworth restaurant at about 8:30pm after a grueling day at work and with a long drive ahead still that evening, and before continuing I came into your store to eat-in and relax. My order was taken politely, I then asked where was a sink I could use to wash my hands since pizza is normally a finger food. I was instructed that I was to walk across the parking lot to the Panda Express where there I would need to ask for a key to their restroom. When I returned I sat at one of the dine-in tables having my drink and awaited my food. To my delight the dining area was void of other customers and I was enjoying the quiet. An employee emerged from the kitchen and called to me from the counter that my pizza was ready. I got up from the table and was handed a boxed pizza then asked if I wanted condiments? I replied "No, there on the table", I returned to my seat consumed my boxed pizza and left. I must tell you that except for my food that was prepared to the Round Table satisfaction I had expected, my overall experience with your Chatsworth Restaurant was notably unpleasant. I personally feel that for having a dine-in area that serves a predominantly a finger-food menu and not having a hand washing sink for dinners is exorbitantly unhygienic. To also compel a customer to leave your store, walk across a parking lot at night, around to a distal side of a different building and embarrassedly ask for a key to the restroom of a different restaurant business without giving patronage is humiliating. To further discourage me was the fact that after my return when I was seated, relaxing looking forward to my supper I am ordered up to retrieve my boxed to go meal from the counter being left to wonder if I am being asked to leave? Unacceptable and displeasing was my visit to your Round Table Restaurant in Chatsworth. Your employees addressed my order politely and your food was the standard to be expected but I do not feel I will dine-in at your location in the future or recommend my compatriots to either. read more

We always order from this location, even if its a little ways from us because of the service and the quality of the pizza. We've only had a bad experience once, with the wrong order of pizza, but the manager took care of it by offering us a credit for our next order. I also want to comment that I believe the prices here are a bit cheaper than at the other round table location on Ventura. read more

OMG My pizza i got from Round Table in Chatsworth tonight was awesome! I asked for the crust well done cause i like it crispy but don't like thin crust. The crust was cooked perfectly. the cheese was hot and melted perfectly. Nice and stretchy. Not broken like it can be from some places(not sure if you know what i mean). Lots of toppings. Good Flavor, I loved every bite. And got there in 35 min. even tho it was promised in an hour. YAY! finally good delivery pizza! Congrats Round Table! read more

One my favorite chain pizza places. Still great options for crust and toppings. This location has a small but ample eat in area. However, they don't have an ice maker if you want drinks with ice cubes. The order taker, didn't get her name, but she has the best attitude and customer service. She did great at juggling several tasks, phones, and greeting customers with ease and cheer. Great job!! read more

Super awesome service! Delicious food! I highly recommend the Maui Zaui with the Polynesian sauce. I can seriously drink that sauce; simply sex. The prices are a bit higher than most chain pizza places, but the food here is ridiculously worth it. And they pack some plates, napkins, and cheese and chili packets for your delivery! You get the normal tasty Round Table pizza at this friendly and professional location. I often order a custom pizza delivered and they always get it right. Consider ordering online. Bar none, Round Table Pizza is my favorite delivery Pizza. It's the thin crust and the zesty tomato sauce on our pepperoni pizza that my husband and I both really love. He's from the east coast and only loves thin crust Pizza. This is good stuff. Round Table at 20519 Devonshire in Northridge was definitely NOT worth the trouble of going. As a dine-in customer, I found it appalling that they never even brought the water after being told the pizza would be 20 minutes to make. Then, although there is a sign stating no public restrooms are available, they refused to let my 3 year old grandson use the bathroom, as it was for "employees only." How do you tell a 3 year old he can't go potty for a minimum of 20 minutes and then another 1/2 hour or so to eat? When one kind employee finally allowed the child to use the restroom, the snotty manager berated me and said, "That can't happen!" We canceled our order and left. Honestly, in a situation like that, it's a judgement call and that manager made the wrong call. A little goodwill can go a long way towards good customer service. read more

Picked up a couple pizzas and salad tonite and not disappointed ! We originally called another Chatsworth pizza place that put us on hold for over 5 mins. When I called back they tried to do it again Round table pizza has a nice tomato sauce with generous toppings. A great original crust and the salad was adequate. The manager? Round Table is hands down the best pizza chain restaurant on the west coast (and possibly US, but that's yet to be determined). I've always had a great experience ordering (delivery) from the Chatsworth location, friendly order takers and friendly delivery! The pizza is always hot and fresh and always tastes great. I was trying to go to Panda Express a few days ago for lunch and when I saw the line literally out the door, I was like mmm I don't know where else to go. I walked over to around table, I've had the full size pizza and thought it was just ok. So I walked in and was the only person there, a very nice guy greeted me. He and the other women their provided excellent customer service. They actually have a mini meal for individuals like myself that just want lunch and a chill atmosphere. I had a pretty good size salad and a mini 4 baby sliced pizza. It was the cutest and smallest pizza I've ever seen. Sorry, forgot to take a pic, I'm still new to this! I also got some bread sticks for my boyfriend that I didn't eat. The pizza came out fast and it was affordable. I was super impressed that this could be a lunch possibly in the area.
