Pulled up to this Round Table Pizza and it did not disappoint. Spot was easy to find, parking was solid even during peak hours, and the place had a steady flow of people coming in and out. Inside was clean. The floors looked freshly mopped and the counter area was tidy. No grease trails. No weird smells. Just that warm garlic butter scent hanging in the air. Staff was locked in. Friendly but efficient. Took time to explain the deals without sounding robotic. The cook even came out to double-check the toppings before the order went in. Our Supreme was layered up heavy... every bite had flavor and the crust had that perfect outer crunch with a soft pull underneath. Breadsticks had the right balance of butter and parmesan, not overdone. Tables were wiped down and prepped between customers. Soda machine was working, which sounds small but we've all had those "flat Pepsi" moments. None of that here. The whole experience felt smooth and consistent. It's giving... Came here last min today for the lunch special, thought I'd grab a quick meal for me and the kids, but ended up having such a nice sit down experience! Firstly, staff were so sweet. A guy named Miles greeted us and took our order and he was just so sweet. Put me in the best mood. Then a girl came in for her shift and she was also really sweet and friendly. Both just had top notch customer service. The pizza was so good! I got the bbq pizza and it was the perfect mix of crunchy and cheesy and saucy. Those who know me are aware that I am not a fan of Pizza. For me, it has always been because the majority of Pizza houses have thick doughy crusts, skimp on the toppings and overdose on the cheese. But Round Table Pizza is in a class by itself. Their crusts are thin, cheese is not overloaded and their toppings are fresh, diverse and abundantly spread on the pizza. My two favorites are the Gourmet Veggie and the King Arthur Supreme, with the former having an edge over the latter. So when I am in that rare pizza mood, and when I can, I get a large pizza split between these two choices. As for service, it has always been friendly, accommodating and consistent. read more

I grew up eating Round Table pizza. Not exclusively of course, but it was my parents' pizza of choice due to the prevalence of veggies on their pizzas. Now that I'm older and a parent myself, I can see the appeal. Many of the specialty pizzas are topped with chunks of fresh tomato and red/green onions which adds a nice contrast to any heaviness from other toppings. After a long hiatus, we recently placed an order and tried the following two pizzas: Italian Garlic Supreme: Pepperoni, Italian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions, and lots of garlic on Creamy Garlic Sauce. The creamy garlic sauce is a white sauce, and quite excellent. I would give this pizza a 5/5. Their sausage is amazing and the crust is nice and soft but with a good heft to it. Maui Zaui: Ham, crisp bacon, juicy pineapple, tomatoes, red & green onions on Polynesian sauce. This pizza was good but a little on the sweet side for me with the Polynesian sauce. I might try it in the future with white sauce instead. I did like that the bacon was crumbled and not in strips or chunks. If one of their specialty pizzas isn't up your alley, you can customize them to your liking or build your own pizza. They also offer wings, salads and a sandwich option, which I have not tried. One drawback is that their prices are on the high side and I couldn't find any coupons online, but they do have a rewards program, which I always appreciate. They use quality ingredients so their prices are higher. I recently purchased their stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 6 garlic twists. I ordered online and it was ready for pick up within 30 mins. The place is pretty small with a few tables for dine in. This location is mostly carry out or delivery. I enjoyed the garlic twists more than the pizza. I'm more of a deep dish fan and so I prefer Numero Uno. Next time I will have to try the King Arthur Supreme until then it gets a solid 4 star. Definitely try them out for yourself. read more

I was reluctant to post this review but this is a fair warning to all potential customers. I wouldn't wish such poor customer service from this establishment on my worst enemy. I ordered for pickup the day of my child's birthday, with no issues 12/23. I got home, and the pizza was tossed together and inedible. I made the 1-minute drive back, however, they were closing and I was told a pizza would be comp under my phone nr number. They accepted the pizza and closed the store. I called to place an order on New Year's Eve 12/31/2023, and that's when all the employees had amnesia. A family member then went to the store in person and again, no recollection of the comp pizza order. The manager completely ignored my family for 10 minutes...10 minutes without saying a word. Not trying to solve the problem or come up with any type of solution. Thanks for ruining my kid's birthday and New Year's Eve. Here's a pro and cons to this location Pros - It may be my fav RTP location. Food is always on point - Lunch special is amazing. Under $10 gets you full unlike other locations. - Owner and employees are always cool and down to earth. Always greeting and providing extra stuff like cheese and peppers - They know how to make the garlic twists right. Cons - Interior is a bit on the small side. - Prices are a bit higher than other pizza spots This RTP location is an easy 5 stars for me. I usually get the round table pizza from Tarzana but their quality is going downhill, and the round table in Burbank they sent me a cold pizza and it didn't even have cheese on it. This place has gone down hill ever since this manager "Steve" took over. Before him customer service was great. If I had any problem with my order it was always handled great. I've had minor issues with my orders but "Steve" the manager couldn't care less. His answer is always "there's nothing I can do about it". How is that possible if you're the manager? He's obviously not very bright and has zero customer service skills. He has no idea how to handle customers which is very sad if your in the restaurant business. When my pizza was prepared incorrectly, I called to get the situation rectified. What followed was the most appalling half hour I'd ever experienced. I was treated with hostility and suspicion from the manager, who told me he made the pizza himself and that he did not believe me. I was pretty taken aback by this, and asked, "you don't believe me?" He replied "that is correct," in the nastiest, smuggest tone I've ever been spoken to with in a customer service setting. I said I could take a picture, and he said he'd believe me when I brought it in. I have a disabled wife, which is why I ordered delivery in the first place. I can't just drop everything and drive several miles over a bad pizza order. When I asked why he was talking to me this way (I was genuinely shocked at how rude and mean-spirited he was), he asked what I felt was the point in continuing this conversation. It was surreal. I've never been treated that way in my 36 years by a food service establishment. And not that it matters, but I ordered a Maui Zaui with Polynesian sauce, not red sauce. Last week we decided to have a pizza night so we called in to have a large pizza deliver to us. We ordered a half veggie and half meat pizza. For the veggie side added chicken. We also ordered caesar salad and lemon bar for dessert. The delivery was very fast. The pizza got to home the way that I wanted it... The ingredients were fresh and the pizza itself was tasty... The only suggestion that I have for this location is that to keep their pies for extra 5 mints... The crust could have got more crispy and would have been better if it had cooked more... As for the salad it was tasty. I mean it was not the best caesar salad I have ever had in my life, but as far as salad from a pizza chain goes, it was pretty good. As for the lemon bar, you might say why in the world I got one from them. In response I have to say just for convenient I suppose... I have to say that it was not good at all... We had the misfortune tonight to have our delivery order mistakenly post as a pick up... the wait time was quoted at "up to 90 mins"... so when we got a call asking if we were still coming to pick up after over 90 mins it was a disappointment to say the least. Rather than becoming irate and berating the poor young lady for having to tell me of the mistake I accepted that these things happen. I also work in a restaurant and I can attest to the fact that "these things happen". She comped my entire order and made fresh food. The delivery guy made the delivery despite it being while the restaurant closed. The driver was surprised when I tipped him. If more people could realize that we are all human and things happen instead of complaining constantly and being horrible customers the world would have less anger. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and suddenly this low IQ of a manager "Steve" who obviously has zero business sense is telling me I'm too far!! I tried to explain to him that I'm a business owner too and if you have loyal customers you should do everything in your power to keep them but his little brain couldn't comprehend this!!! He kept saying if you order more then I would service you therefore it's not the distance it's the fact that in his little mind I don't order enough. The price is a little more than dominos and other pizza place out there but its worth it. Parking is very convenient but you have to call and not order online to make sure they got your order correctly at least 25 minutes prior pick up because that's how long it takes for them to make it. read more
