Wow, amazing movers! We moved from Philadelphia to Wilmington. Our day-of crew was Romy's team…read morebased out of Brooklyn, NY. They were efficient, kind, respectful, strong, and talented. They packed the truck so well, carried items with care, and put everything in the right place on the destination. They disassembled and reassembled furniture correctly. On-time and ended earlier than estimated. I have moved over 20 times in my life, and I truly never want to move without Vector Moving again. The company was great too! Great and fair price for moving, especially when moving in the middle of the month. It was also very easy and clear to set up the order online and get a quote, and very easy to share inventory information; Dave from the Headquarters was communicative and friendly. They sent lots of helpful instructions week-of as well. Thank you Romy and team, Dave, and Vector!

José and his team were fantastic! Vector Movers provided a great experience from beginning to end…read more I got a few quotes and theirs was the best & I did a bunch of research on Reddit and they were also highly recommended there. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

I contacted four different moving companies to move us from our large two bedroom sixth floor…read moreapartment (elevator building) to our small two bedroom home. Meetunghouse's form for the request was by FAR the easiest to fill out. On the day of the move, they brought everything we needed (moving blankets etc.) We boxed everything else ourselves before they arrived. The three movers assigned were cheerful and helpful and did their job very, very well. We've moved a lot over the years and this was one of the best experiences we had. They even helped us pick up a Facebook marketplace patio set on our way! Remember to tip your movers - it's hard work!!

I hired Meetinghouse to pack for me and move all the stuff. Mostly everything moved from one place…read moreto another, but the packers forgot to pack some things and the movers were stressed! The packers and movers were two different crews - one worked Thursday afternoon and the other Friday afternoon - which may have contributed to the problem, because the movers were definitely not pleased with the packers. It got to the point towards the end of day 2 where I just told folx to put stuff down because I felt guilty about how hard the move was on them. Based on the other reviews, I'm thinking I might have caught some of the folx on off-days? I will say they were prompt and polite, and Sway really tried to make up for what he could tell was not the smoothest move. It was not an inexpensive move, but the price matched with other companies I got quotes from. *I'd recommend not asking them to move plants because almost all of the plants they handled lost limbs. Not sure how to get around this if you're a person without a car or just want everything moved in one trip, but I'm glad I moved most of the plants myself. Art was handled delicately though!

The mover was to move three rooms and some boxes from PA to MA. He broke 2 beds, a table, a chest,…read morea statue, an antique sofa. He won't give me an insurance claim form. I have pictures of all of it. He moved my stuff in a stolen shopping cart from the Wegman's because he forgot his moving carts. He charged me $950.00 extra for a second truck which was supposed to carry my stuff to storage. I reminded him at 6:15 PM the night before to bring the truck as it was in our agreement. He never brought the truck and he charged me for the truck. He claims I said the money was for his guys. HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF A CUSTOMER TIPPING AN IDIOT MOVER AN EXTRA $950.00 for breaking things? Taking that money is a violation of the contract and is fraud. The men were tipped before they left according to the guidelines he gave me by phone. I even called the night before to ask his tipping policy. Owners do not get tips. I left $120.00 in cash for the 3 men. So, their tip was $1,070.00 according to Dan. What an idiot! He also yelled at me for calling him the night before to see if he was coming. It was 6:15 PM and he had not sent me the contact information he was supposed to send for the next day. In Massachusetts I have had to hire Task Rabbit to remove the broken furniture from my apartment including a bed that was handcarved by a member of my family several generations ago and an antique sofa made by my great grandfather. I also had to hire a second mover today to remove all of the items marked STORAGE that he left in my apartment in the loft. There are also still three boxes in my house in PA that he forgot to pack. Apparently, he used them as a doorstop and forgot the boxes. There are also two important paintings missing. Every item was color coded and there was a list of directions and maps of the complex. He complained he should have charged me extra because it was such a long walk. Has anyone ever heard of a mover complaining for three hours because he has to carry things? His responses actually show that he also cannot read, write or follow directions. Stay away!! I demand my insurance claim forms. I paid extra for additional insurance. Apparently, he does not have ANY!!
