When one of our friends posted a 4 star review, the team lead would not let up until it was corrected to a 5 star review. He said he would be fired if the 4 star review remained online. It created an uncomfortable tension during an already stressful move. I am grateful for their good hard work, but I would prefer to post a review because of the quality of service, not because I feel pressured to in the moment. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

Meetunghouse's form for the request was by FAR the easiest to fill out. On the day of the move, they brought everything we needed (moving blankets etc.) We boxed everything else ourselves before they arrived. The three movers assigned were cheerful and helpful and did their job very, very well. We've moved a lot over the years and this was one of the best experiences we had. They even helped us pick up a Facebook marketplace patio set on our way! Remember to tip your movers - it's hard work!!

Based on the other reviews, I'm thinking I might have caught some of the folx on off-days? I will say they were prompt and polite, and Sway really tried to make up for what he could tell was not the smoothest move. It was not an inexpensive move, but the price matched with other companies I got quotes from. *I'd recommend not asking them to move plants because almost all of the plants they handled lost limbs. Not sure how to get around this if you're a person without a car or just want everything moved in one trip, but I'm glad I moved most of the plants myself. Art was handled delicately though!

Round does sit in his moving sprinter on SOCIAL MEDIA (FACEBOOK) while he has some of his GERIATICS movers to do the actual move and no actual moving truck as he states prior to the move. He came 2 days to do the move because he does not have a moving truck as expected . A sprinter and a small van but the first day was a complete debacle when they had an accident on the property the day they were doing the move. So that day now we are down to one vehicle a which took a few hours before that move got started. Moving past that one senior citizen dude out of his crew of movers and they dropped and broke my 70 inch TV and two of my sofa chairs. The movers did the best they actually could without much directions from Round who was busy on SOCIAL media. He left them to destroy my furniture and he did not replace any of it. He claims he has security for moving but never repaid for any of my furniture that was destroy by his crew he brought to do my move. The move went into 2 days and still everything was not moved. He is not a honorable business, he seems to break TV's in all of his moves. However, he was paid in full over $2000 and this was the WORSE moving company ever. He is not a person who takes ACCOUNTABILITY for his errors and especially being a mover but does not intent to pay for things his company breaks. Also I made sure I was that he an his crew had waters and ice teas to drink during this horrible experience of this move. They left all the bottles on the grounds as if they have no type of respect for peoples property. I had to clean it up because It was disgusting to see they left it on the ground. I have pictures of all of it. He moved my stuff in a stolen shopping cart from the Wegman's because he forgot his moving carts. He charged me $950.00 extra for a second truck which was supposed to carry my stuff to storage. I reminded him at 6:15 PM the night before to bring the truck as it was in our agreement. He never brought the truck and he charged me for the truck. He claims I said the money was for his guys. HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF A CUSTOMER TIPPING AN IDIOT MOVER AN EXTRA $950.00 for breaking things? Taking that money is a violation of the contract and is fraud. The men were tipped before they left according to the guidelines he gave me by phone. I even called the night before to ask his tipping policy. Owners do not get tips. I left $120.00 in cash for the 3 men. So, their tip was $1,070.00 according to Dan. What an idiot! He also yelled at me for calling him the night before to see if he was coming. It was 6:15 PM and he had not sent me the contact information he was supposed to send for the next day. In Massachusetts I have had to hire Task Rabbit to remove the broken furniture from my apartment including a bed that was handcarved by a member of my family several generations ago and an antique sofa made by my great grandfather. I also had to hire a second mover today to remove all of the items marked STORAGE that he left in my apartment in the loft. There are also still three boxes in my house in PA that he forgot to pack. Apparently, he used them as a doorstop and forgot the boxes. There are also two important paintings missing. Every item was color coded and there was a list of directions and maps of the complex. He complained he should have charged me extra because it was such a long walk. Has anyone ever heard of a mover complaining for three hours because he has to carry things? His responses actually show that he also cannot read, write or follow directions. Stay away!! I demand my insurance claim forms. I paid extra for additional insurance. I told Uncluttered Spaces that I couldn't do anything physically because of the pain I'm experiencing and they said that was no problem. In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. They worked non-stop and clearly labeled all of the items that I would take. They offered sound advice on what I should bring but didn't dictate their opinion.
