They moved only half of my belongings, then told me they wouldn't move the rest unless I paid the inflated amount immediately. This felt like outright blackmail during a stressful move. They said the crew spent 14 hours, while the crew came at 9:30AM and left 10PM and two hours was spent in me arguing with their manager on phone about the payment while the crew sat doing nothing. They could have fit all the stuff that needs to be moved in one trip but moved it in two trips taking more time and so that they have leverage to force me into paying to complete the move. The behavior was unprofessional, manipulative, and completely contrary to what was promised. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay far away.

On moving day, Eugene and the two other guys on his team were awesome. They were really careful and thorough with everything. They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff. Overall, we were really happy with Albo and would definitely recommend them. Moving is stressful enough, so having a team that you can trust to actually take care of your belongings makes a huge difference!

Their follow-up was outstanding and they provided all the information I needed, answered every question clearly, and made the entire process feel organized and stress free before moving day even arrived. On moving day, Leo and his team were exactly what you hope for (and rarely get). They arrived on time, fully prepared, and completely focused. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with care, fragile items were handled thoughtfully, and nothing felt rushed or careless. What truly sets this team apart is their attitude and teamwork. Everyone was polite, efficient, and clearly experienced, working seamlessly together. They made what is usually a stressful, exhausting day feel completely manageable and honestly, easy. No hidden surprises, no damage, no drama, just excellent service from start to finish. If you're looking for movers you can genuinely trust, Pick and Pack Moving are exceptional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.

He assured me everything would go completely smoothly. Their claims department offered me $150 as compensation, even with more than $8000 worth of estimates/receipts from contractors and handymen. They also said they moved our foosball table and said it wasn't on the list, it was the first item listed. I also color coordinated my home so they would know what goes where. They ignored it. I had multiple bags (nice, easy to move storage bags) of clothing that ended up upstairs that should've been brought to the basement. When I brought this up they ignored me.
