We had a really great experience with Albo Moving! The company was super easy to work with from the…read morebeginning and communication was always easy and responsive. On moving day, Eugene and the two other guys on his team were awesome. They were really careful and thorough with everything. They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff. Overall, we were really happy with Albo and would definitely recommend them. Moving is stressful enough, so having a team that you can trust to actually take care of your belongings makes a huge difference!

She made the entire planning process easy and found me the best-priced moving date. All I had to do was send photos of my apartment--she accurately documented my inventory, provided a competitive quote, and, most importantly, the quote was honored with no surprises. On moving day, Ika and Soso arrived right on time. They worked quickly while taking great care of my belongings, and they were both friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with throughout the move. The entire move was completed just under the estimated time, and the final price matched the quote exactly. Reliable and transparent - highly recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was quoted $3,000 for my home move, and despite the inventory…read morebeing exactly the same as what was listed in the estimate, the movers suddenly claimed it "took more time" and jacked the price up to $5,000. They moved only half of my belongings, then told me they wouldn't move the rest unless I paid the inflated amount immediately. This felt like outright blackmail during a stressful move. They said the crew spent 14 hours, while the crew came at 9:30AM and left 10PM and two hours was spent in me arguing with their manager on phone about the payment while the crew sat doing nothing. They could have fit all the stuff that needs to be moved in one trip but moved it in two trips taking more time and so that they have leverage to force me into paying to complete the move. The behavior was unprofessional, manipulative, and completely contrary to what was promised. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay far away.
