The worst part about owning a Harley Davidson is having to deal with the dealership for and parts and Harley Davidson in Texas is amongst the worst dealership for after sale customer service. Once you have purchased the motorcycle, they could care less about you after waiting around for 30 minutes to purchase some parts and inquire on some additional parts. I left everything on the counter and walked out because you could not get any service. Even though there was at least 12 Harley Davidson people standing around doing nothing and unless you wanna talk about buying a brand new motorcycle, they don't have the time of day to discuss anything with you the service people and the parts people act like you are putting them out to ask them a question. I have owned Harley Davidson's for over 20 years and while I can say the attitude of Harley dealerships is the same Longview Texas roughneck Harley Davidson takes it to a whole new level. Guess I'll have to drive to Shreveport to actually get and be able to talk to a customer service person although I doubt it will be any different there than it is in Longview. Looking to sell my 2025 so I never Harley Davidson dealership again. read more

As much as I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for a Harley Davidson Dealership.  When a bike sits for 8 weeks without being looked at and there is no real intention of looking at it something is definitely wrong.  When bike was dropped off for warranty work was told there were a few bikes in front of me. Totally understandable. But after a month told 5 bikes in front of me, six weeks told two bikes with torn down motors in front of me. Only a few days later told queue was cleared and plan was to start troubleshooting my bike in next couple of days. Two weeks later still not started and told two bikes in front of me again. This dealership had no intention of looking at my bike in my opinion. When talking to the service rep he showed no concern or interest in resolving the ongoing issue I have had with bike loosing power when letting off throttle.  Bike was picked up and moved to a different dealership after sitting for 8 weeks. read more

My husband was recently traveling and had a roadside bike emergency where he lost his security pod on the road. Rough neck was the closes dealership near his location. He gave them a call to assist him with getting his bike started so he could get to the dealership before they close for them to program a new pod to his motorcycles. The staff was amazing!! He made it there at closing time and multiple employees stayed to help him. The customer service was outstanding and they went above and beyond to help a biker in distress. They refused to take back the bike they sold me after I only had it for 3 weeks. Do to medical reasons I needed a trike , because I could not hold up that bike . Told them I needed a trike and they refused to sell me one even with me offering to but $4000.00 down. Then they kicked me out of there HOG Chapter for no reason. I am a disabled veteran and did not expect that level of disrespect from them. Military veterans should not buy anything from Roughneck Harley. I will not be going back there ever again unless they apologize for there treatment to me. Even then still may not get another bike from them. read more

Great dealership for buying a motorcycle and service after the sale. I've bought two bikes from them and the staff is always patient, courteous and attentive to my needs as a customer. Financing and taking delivery was also painless. I rode away the same day and got the financing that I wanted both times. After my bike purchase, they made sure to keep me up to date on any service bulletins regarding my Harley, and they make sure to take care of the "little things" during your service. Typical of most (nope, ALL) Harley dealerships I've visited. I live 200 miles away and called to see if they had a certain bike in stock. My thought was because they were away from the major metropolitan areas they would be a little customer oriented. I spoke with "Sales Rep" who informed me YES, we have that bike in our store. I explained very carefully what I owed on my current bike, the specific bike I was looking for, AND, what I could spend. I was told (by Sales Rep) yes, "it will cost us...but we will make it work." I rode my bike in the rain for 200 miles only to find (once I arrived) 1) "Sales Rep" was not there, 2) they did NOT have the bike I wanted in their store, 3) they insulted the trade-in value of my (2017 CVO, paid 42k, 1500 miles, only offered me 23k)! I may not be the most educated, but I do know that these jokers would have taken that $23,000 offer and turned it into a $35,000 sale!!! AND "SALES REP" TELLS ME, "IT WILL COST US, BUT WE WILL MAKE IT WORK???" Are you freakin' kidding me? If those that rate 5 stars really believe this store values your business and not just your money, think again! You're ONLY a $ to them. read more

I had warranty work done here twice(same problem) for a '17 Road King that I purchased here. Both times they left the cable unsecured and it may seem minor but it's the attention to detail that matters. I didn't complain....but was looking at a Softtail for my son and THEY called me to follow up. I mentioned the work not completed and their answer was to take me off their social networking and text list. LOW CLASS. Bossier and Tyler get my business from now on. It's no wonder turn-over is so high down there. read more
